Am 20.5. gab es ganztägig kein warmes Wasser, wir mussten kalt duschen. Es gab keine ausreichende Information dazu, nur ein kleiner Zettel an der Rezeption, den wir gar nicht wahrgenommen haben. Da gehört es sich, im Foyer eine große Tafel aufzustellen bzw. jeden Gast darauf anzusprechen. Da es in Swinemünde recht kalt war, ist eine heiße Dusche unabdingbar, zumal im Hotel keine Heizung lief. Wir sind daher vorzeitig abgereist, mussten allerdings den nächsten Tag trotzdem Kurtaxe und Parkplatz bezahlen! Da erwarte ich Kulanz. Jetzt hat mein Mann eine saftige Erkältung!

- Sigmar85 (8/5): Modernes Appartement - Eine moderne Unterkunft. Rezeption konnte Deutsch und Englisch. Zimmer war sehr sauber! Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. (für Hundebesitzer gab es einen extra Bereich zum sitzen) Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich aber liegt auch immer bisschen an der Sprachblockade. Betten waren sehr ungemütlich (hart und man spürte die Federn). Küchenausstattung sehr mager - wenn man kochen wollen würde, braucht man noch viel eigenes Equipment (wir haben es nicht genutzt)

- Ingrid (6/5): - Die Nähe zur Ostsee war fantastisch. Auch die Promenade war sehr gut zu erreichen. Nicht gefallen hat uns der Schlafbereich. Das Bett konnte nicht von beiden Seiten erreicht werden durch eine Trennwand zum Essbereich. Ich fand es auch sehr schmal. Auf keinem Foto war es so dargestellt. Sonst hätte ich das nicht gebucht. Auch das man Handtücher erst nach 7 Tagen tauschen konnte, fand ich nicht so toll. Oder man hätte es zusätzlich bezahlen müssen. Auch eine Reinigung sollte erst nach sieben Tagen durchgeführt werden. Oder früher gegen Bezahlung. Der Kleiderschrank war auch nur nutzbar, wenn man vorher alles ausgeräumt hätte. (Staubsauger, Bügelbrett usw) Alles in Allem war es dadurch kein so toller Aufenthalt, wie wir es bei Booking Reisen gewohnt waren. SCHADE!!!!

- Anna (7/5): Für die Ausstattung insgesamt deutlich zu teuer. Hervorzuheben sind jedoch dieLage und das Frühstück - Die Lage und Frühstück sind sehr gut Für ein zweistöckiges Appartement bei maximaler Belegung von 6 Personen war die Küchenzeile leider sehr dürftig ausgestattet – keine Mikrowelle, kein Backofen, kein Toaster und lediglich ein Herd mit zwei Kochfeldern. Auch im Wohnzimmer gab es außer dem Schlafsofa (2 Sitzplätze) keine weitere gepolsterte Sitzmöglichkeit; die Essgruppe bietet zwar 6 schöne Stühle, diese sind jedoch aus Kunststoff und dadurch recht hart. Die Treppe im Appartement ist sehr steil und zudem ohne Handläufe, was nicht besonders sicher wirkt. Im Badezimmer sind keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Kleidung. Außerdem waren mehrere Kleinigkeiten defekt: das Toilettenschloss im Schlafzimmer, das Schloss der Schlafzimmertür sowie der Schalter der Tischlampe im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Nachttische waren wackelig. Der schöne stabile Beistelltisch aus Holz für Badetücher, der auf den Bildern neben der Badewanne zu sehen ist, steht dort leider nicht. Auch auf den einzigen Fahrstuhl für ein so großes Gebäude musste man oft ziemlich lange warten. Schade ist außerdem, dass in so einer großen Anlage kein Fitnessraum vorhanden ist.

Das Frühstück ist einfach nur toll Das Schwimmbad ist leider etwas klein. Was ich überhaupt nicht gut finde ist das man pro Tag für seinen Hund 20€ bezahlt. Das finde ich sehr übertrieben, zumal man ja sein Studio selber sauber hält. Und das Willkommensgeschenk ist zwar eine nette Geste, muss aber nicht sein.

Die Damen an der Rezeption sehr nett, deutschsprachig und man hat uns problemlos ein anderes Appartment ermöglicht, da wir nicht Parterre wohnen wollten. die Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon könnte bequemer und gemütlicher sein.

Położenie w cichej okolicy blisko plaży jest dużym atutem. Bardzo pomocny personel. Generalnie jedyną rzeczą, która trochę mnie zaskoczyła to płatny parking. Ja rozumiem że to kurort. Auch die schöne Lage des Hotels hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Leider gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt einige Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Bereits die Parksituation war sehr unübersichtlich – die Parkgebühren sind recht hoch, gleichzeitig war die Beschilderung und Erklärung zum Parken unklar und wenig hilfreich. Zudem hatten wir ein Dreibettzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch gebucht. Die als Schlafcouch angebotene Schlafmöglichkeit war jedoch leider absolut ungeeignet zum Schlafen. Die Matratze war sehr dünn, uneben und durchgelegen, sodass sie eher wie ein durchgebogener Rahmen wirkte und beim Liegen Schmerzen verursacht hat. Trotz unserer Beschwerde beim Personal gab es leider weder eine zufriedenstellende Lösung noch eine Verbesserung. Dadurch war das Schlafen auf der Schlafcouch kaum möglich, und insbesondere unser kleiner Sohn hatte dadurch starke Schmerzen.

Wygoda z dwoma piętrami i dwoma łazienkami. Brakuje tylko mikrofali lub piekarnika. Brak zmywarki nie doskwierał. Przydałoby się mydło także w górnej łazience i mikrofala lub piekarnik w aneksie kuchennym.

- Andreas (10/5): Swinemünde mit einem gewissen Luxus - Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, in einem modernen Haus. Wirklich ruhig gelegen und trotzdem dich an der Promenade. Auch nur wenige Meter zum Strand und 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man in der Stadt. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Schlafen ist wichtig und das Bett war hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist gut. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war günstiger als auf Privatparkplätzen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
- Jolanta (10/5): - Pokoje czyste bardzo komfortowe brakowało mi tylko jakiejś mikrofalówki. Tylko to że w dniu wyjazdu nie można było poczekać w restauracji szczególnie że padał desz a pociąg był za dwie godziny.
