• stefan (3/5): Lage top, Ausstattung Flop. - Nähe zur Straßenbahn und Bus, gleich beim Meer. Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Mussten in der Nacht mit Kindern Lage warten bis jemand gekommen ist. Schlechte Ausstattung. Vieles hat nicht funktioniert (Licht im Bad, Küche…) Boden war sehr sandig.
• Dobri duh Kasper (8/5): Ceo odmor mi je ostao u jako lepom sećanju - Lokacija je odlična. Blizu je plaža, kao i prevoz. Ima par radnjica u blizini. Bazen nismo koristili, ali je odmah ispod zgrade Fali neki garderober za kačenje odeće. Manje-više sam svu garderobu držao po krevetima
• Anna KRIVISONOK (5/5): - Sea view 👍swiming pool 👍 The smart lock only worked for one day and then everything stopped — it no longer found the location. It’s very strange to give such a lock to tourists. Why should we always carry the phone with us and make sure the battery doesn’t die when we spend the whole day at the beach or go to another city? Luckily, they also gave us keys (make sure to always ask for keys, because with this smart lock you might end up stuck outside). But the key only works at a certain angle — it’s not easy. There’s no air conditioning. Sleeping and staying in the apartment when it’s +30 to +35 °C completely ruined the vacation. How can it be Spain and there’s no air conditioning? Is this the 21st century? Or are we still living in the 19th? The drainage was clogged — every shower left a puddle on the floor. We had to clean it ourselves.

• maria (6/5): - La ubicación y la piscina La incomodidad del mobiliario, viejo y muy muy incómodo. Sofá y sillas incomodísimas y desvencijadas. Y la especie de sofás de mimbre de la terraza no sirven. Tuvimos que lavar toda la cubertería, platos y demás en la cocina, estaba todo sucio

• Emma (10/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay in a clean, well-located apartment with everything we needed close by. - We had a fantastic stay here! The accommodation was spotless, great value for money, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The view from the window was stunning, and it was so convenient having the tram into Alicante nearby only about 20 minutes to the city centre. There’s a Dia supermarket right across the road, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The area itself is lovely, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The host is also very responsive. Highly recommend! Each room had a fan, which was great for cooling down, though they only seemed to work with the light on. This wasn’t a problem for us in May, but in the height of summer it might not be quite enough.
