• Hirose (6/5): 昭和の民家に泊まるような体験 - 広いスペースを貸切状態で使えた 掃除が行き届いていた 寝室の寝心地が良かった アメニティーがひと通り揃っていた 場所が分かりにくく迷った 脱衣所がなかった バスタオルはあったがフェイスタオルがなかった お手洗いに汚物入れがなかった 各部屋の照明のスイッチが探しづらかった
• Fiona (3/5): disappointing - The beds were comfortable. The bath was lovely. There is a drug store/mini supermarket within walking distance which is handy. You can walk into town from here in about 15/20 minutes which is great. The expectations created by the advert are wrong. The property was exceptionally difficult to find, the hosts were unclear with instructions. We booked this especially because there was a parking spot and a kitchen, helpful when travelling with small children in the cold. On the day of arrival we were told there was no parking spot available - the host said this was because of the snow but, given it was January and snow is normal, this means there is no parking in winter and this should be made clear on the advert. The host organised an alternative spot a 10 minute walk away but also advised us that it wasn't guaranteed to be available as it was shared with others. We had to walk back and forth through deep snow with gear and small children each day. Had I known I would have not booked here. The kitchen facilities were extremely poor - minimal equipment, no knives, only 1 pan, no toaster, no rice cooker etc etc. No salt, pepper, oil, seasoning or any basics at all. Very difficult to cook a meal for 4 so we ended up going out to eat. If the advert were honest, this would be a nice place to stay, it's a shame it isn't. Beware.
• Bryce (1/5): Deceptive advertising and unhelpful host - The marketing for this property on booking.com is deceptive and untrustworthy. The photos are of the entire house, but in reality the host rents out the top and bottom separately (which becomes clear after you have made your booking). There is only one bedroom in the top level, not three, as advertised. One bedroom has 5 single beds. The second room has traditional tatami beds which opens into the lounge / dining room. The sleeping area cannot be separated from the lounge / dining area as there is no door. The third bedroom has been made into storage. The alley kitchen is so small that two people have difficulty moving in it (and the fridge is housed down the hall in the lounge room). Furthermore the shower opens into the kitchen. The only place to put your dry towel and clothes whilst showering is on the kitchen floor. There is no privacy unless the kitchen door is closed. This configuration prevents both from being used simultaneously. There is insufficient table and chairs and cutlery. There are chairs and a small table for 4 people, and cutlery for 5 people. The Host was unhelpful and offensive when we raised that we were deceived by the inaccuracy of the description and photos. Be very cautious booking this place.

• HIDEKO (7/5): 小樽民泊初体験 - 料金的にはかなり格安 ５人でしたが2階貸切で他のお客様が鉢合わせなく過ごせた。 キッチンはレンジ、電気コンロはありました。お湯やチンするだけならOK！ シャワールームには3点セット、歯ブラシ、バスタオル有り難いです。 小樽駅前まで車ではわりと近かったのが良かった。 オーナーが外国の方ですが日本語でメールが届きました。わりと早目に返信があり不安が軽減された。 格安なので機会があったら、利用したいと思った。 道案内を詳しく載せてほしい。かなり迷った。サツドラの横道が目立ちにくく分かりづらかった。初めて行く人には道案内を詳しく載せてほしい。 １階、２階はリビングと、お風呂が違うのが不満でした。 小さいタオルがほしかった。 看板を目立つ様にして欲しい。 玄関フード左下にオシャレだったが目立たなかった。
• takako (5/5): すぐに場所がわかればとても良いのでは。 - 貸切でしたので、ゆっくり過ごせました。 看板もなく、ナビで到着しましたが、別の建物の前へ、無人の為その建物にも鍵があり1時間ほど 困り果て… 違う建物だったと後でわかり。 少し困りました。 夏なのに布団が厚く寝にくいかったのと、 枕から匂いが、海外の方なのかキツい匂いに 少し嫌な気分になりました。
• Wu (9/5): 住宿環境很好，但是很難找到住宿，因為google的地址跟實際位置有落差，當天是好心的當地人帶我找到住宿點的🙏 - 床位足夠寬敞、廚具齊全 洗衣機小了點😂 住宿招牌標示太小不明顯 希望能更清楚的標示 或者導航圖能明確點

• Vigor0313 (6/5): - 面积还算大，设施也都有 房间的位置实在是难找，按谷歌导航开车过去那个位置是不对的，下来找了半天问了邻居才找到，停车的位置也没说清楚，还是问了邻居，另外一楼客厅不给用，实在是大打折扣，房间总体还算干净，单人床和双人床可以，一个双层床都没有铺床单
