- Alice Roseanne (9/5): Loved this apartment - Loved this apartment. Clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Only one minor complaint - an extra chair in the living room would have been good as four of us were staying there and only really three places to comfortably sit.
- Alev (6/5): Overall, still reasonably good. - Nice cleaning accommodation with good fittings in a very central instructive area of the city It took us 15 minutes to work out where the switch was for the oven. There were no instructions left on the kitchen counter and the socket to turn the oven on was in fact located at floor level at the back of a cupboard next to the oven behind the pots and pans, which made you have to lay on the floor and move everything out of the way in order to reach it. Also, we had no hot water on the Saturday night and no hot water at all for showers and only icy cold water on the Sunday morning. We were not left any instructions about how to turn it on. That is really unfortunate and made for an uncomfortable Sunday morning. When I raise this with the agency who managed the property I was met with two responses firstly why earth I haven’t raised it with them before so they could have resolved it and secondly that current occupant didn’t seem to have an issue. As to the first there was a little point in raising something when we were having to check out very shortly and as to the second, perhaps they were given the courtesy of some instructions I don’t know. But I’m a little shocked but that is the sort of reaction to what is a very reasonable complaint. It is a way of being dismissive and rude and I was quite shocked by it..

- Ann (9/5): Marvellous. I’d stay there again anytime I’m in Nottingham - Great location. Clean as a whistle. It had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable and well appointed. It was lovely. Absolutely nothing to complain about
- Amanda (5/5): Not worth the money. - Comfortable beds, good bathrooms Freezing cold when we arrived and took all afternoon and evening to warm up. We had to wear our coats for several hours and it made our stay miserable. Had to pay 10.00 parking fee in car park as no parking facilities.

- Manickam (7/5): Although we faced the 3 issues with baggage drop off and loading, the hot water supply and the parking facility, we will - Its location which is close to the city centre and City Square. The communication from the accommodation operator and guests could be improved in the following issues faced by us: 1) We were not informed that the access road to the venue is narrow and busy for our vehicle to drop off the family members and the large suitcases. 2) We were not informed of the water heater manual, since the hot water supply is controlled by a semi-automatic preset feature/function. We didn't have enough hot water as it is winter and there are 3 people in our group. 3) We were not informed that the parking facility at Spaniel Row: the operator locks the gate from 10:30 pm to 7 am. We almost got the car inaccessible as we needed to travel to Gatwick Airport at 3 in the morning.

- Adeola (9/5): A home away from home. Neat, cosy, comfortable, easily accessible, very nice and spacious apartment - The house itself is very good. The facilities were on point. Everything is good. Spacious and very neat apartment, easy to access. Inside city centre, very close to tram, bus and train stations. Very easy to access and i think its very safe. I love it and i will stay there over and over again. I was disappointed not to find a blender in the kitchen. Overall, i do not regret staying there.

We had to keep boosting the water heater whenever the timer is over. Homeless guy always sleep in front of the main door . Feels unsafe . For the last 3 days stayed, we realize that the keypad was not functioning & the main door was not lock.

- Yaegar (5/5): - Great location. I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. For two days, there was no hot water, which made basic tasks like showering extremely unpleasant. Despite contacting the management team multiple times, they made no effort to fix the issue. To make matters worse, my formal complaint to the property management received absolutely no response. Because of these issues, I will definitely not be staying here again. I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and responsive stay.
