• John (10/5): Great hotel, great food, great location. - The staff and room was wonderful. We had the best tuk tuk driver, Koeurn. He took us on all our temple runs, six of them, and almost every night to Pub Street and Downtown. The hotel was in a great location. You could walk to a lot of things and only about 20 minutes to Pub Street, if you wanted to brave the heat. We would stay here again, when we return.

Thank You An aircon unit was a little noisy.. but in the end the manager worked around it for me and was very kind in the end too.

• David (7/5): Needs loose ends tidied but worth staying here - Off the beaten track. Peaceful. Off the main road. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice decor and lighting options. Good balconies You might end up next to a green smoker.. if you know what i mean.. i am not a smoker so that meant closing windows when they lit up. Also room 18 had a very noisy air conditioner backing onto the bathroom wall.. it spoiler an otherwise tranquil stay. Spoke with the team on day two of three and we told it would be escalated.. no feedback was forthcoming and thus i had two nights of the noise disruption. Spoke with the manager again on checkout and he reassured me the problem would be resolved for future bookings and guests. Thank you. All in all that said and the pool was not clean.. i would actually return as it has a nice feel to the place. Staff in general were kind and attentive, smiles as usual for Cambodia

La qualité des plats locaux du restaurant et à peine plus cher que les petits restaurants du quartier. La piscine. Tout est propre et confortable pour autant certains équipements sont vieillissants.

Персонал отзывчивый, рано утром уезжали в Анкор Ват просили сделать завтрак с собой, все собрали без проблем. Мы остались довольны. Расположение не очень удачное, далековато от центра. Во время нашего прибытия бассейн был не чищен, поэтому не было возможности искупаться.

• philippe carriere (7/5): - Le personnel était très bienveillant et l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme malgré que... La chambre très spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Le petit espace privatif devant la chambre et près de la piscine très appréciable. L'hôtel est identifié sous deux noms distincts avec des tarifs et conditions différentes ? A l'arrivée il a fallu négocier pour avoir le type de chambre exact correspondant à ma résa. La télé ne fonctionne pas, mais pour ma part ce n'était pas un problème, le frigo top n'était pas branché, donc j'ai fait un switch avec la télé. La baignoire n'est pas fixée au mur 😂 donc maxi fuite. Et...la piscine qui est magnifique et très rafraîchissante n'est pas entretenu, la pompe ne tourne jamais et hop le soir un petit seau de chlore choc. Les p'tits déj pas au niveau.

• William (7/5): If you’re going to put a massive discount on for people to think they’re getting a great deal, atleast add a disclaimer - Staff were very nice, the room itself is very spacious, bathrooms quite clean. 2 pillows each for a double bed. Had tuk tuk drivers waiting outside to get where you needed to go. Also locked up at night with someone on 24 hour service. The pool is totally false advertising, after 4/5 days here literally no one used it. Quite clearly hasn’t been cleaned or any Chlorine added to it for at minimum weeks. It was fully green with debris all inside it. The room wasn’t cleaned once whilst we were staying here, same sheets and no removing of the full bin in our room, we also had to ask for toilet paper. The bedsheets also had a funky colour on them towards the feet but we decided to not investigate further for our own sanity. A/C is very strong which you think would be a positive however it’s either ice cold or roasting in your room. It also makes everything really humid somehow?? There was quite literally moisture on the floor after you woke up or had it on for a while. To finish off there’s was a large amount of flies in our room towards the end of our stay. This could be due to the bin not being replaced at all during our stay. Who knows.

Notre dernier jour, après avoir libéré la chambre, ils ont accepté gentiment de garder nos valises le temps qu'on prenne notre bus le soir. Les chambres propres et spatieuses. Le soir, ils mettent gratuitement un tuctuc à disposition pour aller dans le centre. Nous recommandons ! RAS
• Lukas (10/5): Great value! Best place for exploring the city and surroundings. - The staff was incredibly kind. We felt more than at home. Everything was very clean. Location is awesome. Quiet during day and night; although it’s right next to the market so you will get the best snacks just around the corner. They got even a free service that brings you to the town center in the afternoon/evening. Beds were super comfy. We stayed 11 nights instead of 4 as planned. Everything was perfect

Le personnel est professionnel et souriant la piscine est plus une mare à grenouille qu’autre chose . Le marché qui jouxte l’établissement est très , très odorant

Breakfast options. Lovely pool. Air condition did not work for a full night. There was no closet or a rail to hang up close. Entrance is not signed with Indra Purak. I walked to far for this reason. Nothing you complain about a .quality residence

Il personale è gentilissimo, ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso e esaudisce qualsiasi richiesta dal noleggio di uno scooter alla colazione fresca da portare via alle 5 del mattino alle pulizie extra della camera. Alles alt und abgewohnt, insbesondere das Bad, Die Lage ist schlicht eine Katastrophe. Ich habe auch noch nie so viele Ratten IN einem Hotel gesehen. Und ganz nebenbei, wir hatten das beste Zimmer des Hauses. Auf den Terrassen kein Sonnenschirm oder Schatten.

Bin mal gespannt ob die mitgesendeten Bilder gezeigt werden.

Proximité centre névralgique Pub Street dans les inconvénients du bruit . tuk tuk disponible sortie hôtel où à pieds (15/20 mins). Quartier qui montre une authenticité de la vie locale. L’hôtel est une enclave , un havre de paix. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. C’est propre et le linge de lit / serviettes sentent le propre. Le personnel est bienveillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner à la carte selon les goûts. Un petit effort pour améliorer salle de bains ( entretien équipement / nettoyage joints carrelages Les chambres communiquent par une simple portes. Mon époux entendait le voisin la nuit et n’a pas su bien dormir. De mon côté, pas de souci.

• Claudia (8/5): - We were recommended this hotel. We found the room not so comfortable (bed and pillows) but the rest was all good and worth for the price. We were welcomed to stay the following day after check in as our bus was late in the night. We had water and fruits and could use the pool. We were so comfortable with the staff during the afternoon that we almost enjoyed the day in the lobby more than the previous one in our room. Staff are really helpful and friendly and will help you if they can. Also close to a beautiful market and not noisy at all. Recommended!

• Sauter (8/5): Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und uns hat es sehr gefallen - Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen ist prima! Das Hotel ist direkt am Phsa kraom market gelegen, ein lokaler Markt der für Europäer sehr spannend ist. Die Pumpe des Pools war bei unserer Ankunft defekt und das Wasser nicht so toll. Aber nach ein paar Tagen war es klar.

• 明 (8/5): ローカルな市場の中にある南国らしいホテルです - 到着するとウェルカムドリンクとウェルカムフルーツ（食べやすいようにカットしてくれてる）が出てきました。暑い中だったのでとてもありがたかったです。 ドアがオートロック式ではなく普通の鍵なんですが、鍵を何度も回したりと開け閉めがしにくく時間がかかりました。

Super helpful and most if not all can speak English Pool is legit. Location is excellent. Super cool market right out front, but grounds are quiet. Good food. If you want me to be picky, beds were a bit hard. But i talked to them and they said they are ordering new mattresses, so i guess that super minor detail is fixed.

Dobra lokalizacja przy samym lokalnym markecie a do centrum około 20 minut pieszo . Bez problemu można było dostać śniadanie na wynos gdy wyjeżdżaliśmy wcześnie rano. Basen mimo że był codzienne czyszczony nie miał ładnego koloru wody ale mogło to być spowodowane rodzajem płytek w basenie.

Quarto grande, com uma cama muito confortável. A maioria do staff fala inglês, é extremamente gentil e está sempre disponível para ajudar. A comida também é excelente, contribuindo para uma experiência ainda mais agradável. Apenas um pequeno apontamento quanto à limpeza da casa de banho. Mas de resto tudo impecável.

Tellement parfait que nous avons même réservé une nuit supplémentaire, et honnêtement, si nous avions pu rester encore plus longtemps, nous l’aurions fait avec grand plaisir ! Le personnel (employés, staff… comme vous voulez les appeler) est adorable, toujours présent, souriant, aimable et attentionné. On se sent vraiment bien accueillis du début à la fin :) La chambre était impeccable : - Lit super confortable, - Salle de bain superbe, - Et même les petits détails de décoration étaient vraiment top Franchement, aucun point négatif à relever. Tout était parfaitement propre et soigné. Nous avons aussi testé plusieurs cocktails au bar, et là encore : délicieux ! Merci à la personne qui nous les a préparés avec beaucoup de soin 🍹

• Chris.Smart (9/5): Nice hotel with high rooms. - What a little gem. Hugh rooms. We stayed two nights and could easily have said longer but had another booking we needed to get to. The staff are delightful and eager to please. Nothing is too much trouble. We ate two breakfasts, one lunch and one evening meal. All were excellent. It's a bit out of the Central area and access one way is through a very busy market. However we used tuk tuks with ease from there and an organised tour picked us up in a car from there without difficulty. There is a free tuk tuk from the hotel to pub street after 17:00.

Juste parfait. - Emplacement idéal, à la fois proche du centre ville mais suffisamment excentré pour n'avoir pas à subir les inconvénients dus à la surfréquentation touristique du quartier de Pub Street. Chambre spacieuse, propre et admirablement meublée, personnel discret, prévenant et aimable. Je ne vois rien qui puisse être amélioré.
