• Jan (9/5): - Das Apartment liegt am Rande der Altstadt dadurch ist es morgens und abends sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Läden und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr gut, die wichtigen Informationen wurden 24h vor Anreise zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider war das Internet über den gesamten Zeitraum ausgefallen.
• Phil (10/5): Excellent location, lovely apartment and StayLab staff very helpful, with good communication - The location of the apartment was excellent, it was a 5 minute walk into the main square, with plenty of facilities, lmore than arge enough for the six in our party. The bedrooms all had double beds and ample space for clothes. Shower could have been better, it did not stay in the same position and the screen had no seal on the bottom so the floor became wet when used.

• Diletta (10/5): Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno Bellissimo. - Appartamento bellissimo, pulito, nuovo e molto accogliente. C’era tutto il necessario per la nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo Niente, tutto perfetto.
• Helena (8/5): - Skvělá poloha ubytování na náměstí asi 4 minuty pěšky. V blízkém okolí skvělé hospody, kousek na vlakové nádraží odkud je možné podnikat další výlety. Jenom jedna koupelna pro 10 lidí, vana, lepší by byl sprchový kout, nefungoval kávovar a na terasu se asi nedá moc chodit, protože je pod ní hospoda a je dost cítit co zrovna vaří.
• Rafał (10/5): Świetny obiekt. Pojechałbym tam jeszcze raz - 8 miejsc do spania, więc możne zabrać dużą rodzinę. - Zadbany, komfortowy, nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie dość bliska ale bez hałasu z ulicy po otwarciu okien. Duży taras- wyjście z obydwu sypialni. Taras z uspokajającym widokiem na ogród. Ogród widziany z tarasu mógłby być nieco ciekawszy, ładniejszy ( jakieś małe podświetlenia- lampy, solary? może mała fontanna? I nieco bardziej zadbany - poprawa wyglądu nasadzeń. Ale nie wiem, czy właściciel tego obiektu ma uprawnienia do ingerencji w ogród.

Olisi hyvä olla lyhyt ohjeistus niiden käytöstä. Tosin ei niitä paljoa reissun aikana olisi katsottu, kunhan pari kertaa illalla vähän yritettiin niitä saada toimimaan.

• Stacey (10/5): What a beautiful apartment. - The apartment was beautifully decorated and really very spacious. The location was excellent, although it was close to the main square it was quiet in the evenings and I felt safe when I was out with our kids. Bars, restaurants and a handy shop nearby too. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation. The only downfall was the shower. The shower head is connected to the bath taps which means you can't have the shower above your head.

• Lesley (8/5): Excellent stay but install a shower! - The location is excellent. Very clean, comfortable beds and easy to access. The batgroom needs to be looked at. There is a big bath, whicj is lovely, but no shower, apart from a small hand held attachment. Therr is nowhere to put your toiletries when trying to wash. I am not sure who designed it, but it really needs to be reviewed.

We enjoyed our stay a lot - I like how spacious the property was and how close it was to the old town and surrounding tourist areas I think the shower could be improved. The bath was noisy when standing in and we could not move the shower head higher.

• Jake (10/5): - Easy enough location to find once you land at the airport, type ‘17 swietego krzyza’ into uber/bolt and you’ll be there in 25/30 mins. No issues getting into the property and accessing the key for the apartment. Entrance hallway set the tone with a really classy feel and the room was spotlessly clean. Ideal location in between the old town and the main train/bus station. Street in which the accommodation is situated is also very clean, as is the whole city. Comfortable beds, spacious living space, all the amenities you need. Large balcony accessible by two bedrooms, granted not the greatest view but you don’t go to a city to lounge on a balcony, if you want nice views just walk around and you’ll find them! Nice restaurant directly next door as well (moo moo steak & burger club). Overall Krakow was a really enjoyable city break, aided by this wonderful apartment, would 100% stay here again.

Легке поселення з зрозумілими та чіткими вказівками. Є ліфт, ящо вам це важливо. Не достатньо посуду на кухні. Немає витяжки. В меньшому туалеті немає батареї, було достатньо холодно. Підлога не пдігрівається, тому досить холодна (капців немає 🤨). В залі не щільно зачиняється вікно, тому був протяг та чути шум з вулиці.

• Julia (7/5): Great apartment in the centre of Krakow old town, only a short walk from the main sights, and easy access to the train s - Great location. The staff very good at responding quickly and helped to organise a tour for us. We had a day with out any hot water due to a problem with the whole building which meant we couldn’t shower one day.

• Rebecca (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - We stayed at a 4 bed apartment. Very centrally located. So close to the main square and lots of bars, places to eat. Lovely view of the basilica. Big balcony which would be fab in summer. Very easy access with code and keys in lock box. Apartment was beautiful. Spotless clean, really well furnished, lovely kitchen, seating area, bedrooms were very cosy, lots of storage, a few nice touches with tea coffee olive oil etc, pods for the dishwasher and washing machine, lots of towels etc. loved the hooks inside the door for all of our coats etc. 2 bathrooms were very nice. We had 4 teenagers with us and we and they loved it. Safe area. The only thing as other reviews have said is the shower. We had no problem with it being within the bath, but the shower door does not stay attached to the bath, there is a gap and the water sprays everywhere. We figured out if we rolled a towel and wedged it on the side of the bath it would stay closed and then very little water would go on the floor but it needs to be changed for a longer fixed glass panel! • Antonio (9/5): Un gran apartamento en el centro histórico - La ubicación es perfecta y la climatización fue ideal. Se nota que está renovado hace poco porque todo es muy nuevo. La equipación no puede ser más completa, no falta de nada, lavadora, lavavajillas, platos, cubiertos, tazas, cafetera... Tuve un pequeño problema y me atendieron muy rápido y eficientemente (gracias Olga). Alojamientos como este enriquecen a la comunidad Booking. La tv no funciona por falta de señal. La puerta de una habitación no se podía cerra porque estaba rota, y aunque se notaba que la habían intentado reparar, no estaba operativa. La bañera es preciosa pero poco práctica, donde esté una buena ducha... :) Todo esto no tiene mayor importancia para mí pero se debería tener en cuenta.

The shower was a little frustrating as the glass shower door did not stop the water from running out of the bath, so we had to use lots of towels to mop up the water after each shower.

• Christine (10/5): Stunning, truly exceptional. It was well equipped, clean, cosy, and superb location - We did not realise that there were symbols included in the entrance door code. We did eventually work it out with some help. The shower in the bathroom flooded the floor every time we used it. No big deal as it is an original Art Deco bathroom, just for your information.
