• JEANNIE (8/5): The area is superb and so peaceful. We went down to Birling gap and watched the beautiful sunset. Great Thai restaura - Lovely new rooms at The Tiger Inn. Great shower. The entry system is a coded key pad. The code is sent to you before occupation at 3 on the day of arrival. A good system, however because it omits the necessity of registering in the actual pub, it loses the personal touch of previous visits. The staff have no idea who has moved in until breakfast, but I guess that is the way it is done these days.
• Erika (10/5): We were amazed how much it was beautiful. - Completely new rooms, modern, well designed. A beautiful area around. Close to the main attractions. Staff at Tiger Inn where we had breakfast was really kind and helpful, food is fresh and tasty.

Ambiente circostante delizioso, silenzioso, con pub dove mangiare e fare colazione (14.95£). Grande parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Camera forse un po' piccola in stile moderno, avrei preferito uno stile più british. Il personale praticamente non si vede, viene dato in codice per entrare in camera e si va via senza vedere nessuno. Il tutto è un po' impersonale. Un suggerimento: piastrellare il percorso fra il parcheggio e le camere per portare più comodamente le valigie.

• Johanna (9/5): Superb - Beautiful rooms in a quaint village. We had a really enjoyable weekend in East Dean. Cub Room 4 is a little on the small side for the price, however it is renovated and appointed to a really high standard. Beautiful finishes and furnishings. Spotlessly clean. The green in front of the Tiger Inn becomes a lively place to hang out or have a meal in good weather.
