Trovare il sacchetto della colazione il giorno della partenza alle 5.00 del mattino è stato davvero un gesto molto apprezzato ( mai trovato in nessun altro albergo).

Anna Claudia (5/5): - Colazione buona, ma un po' ripetitiva. Area piscina molto bella, curata e ben pulita. Brava Laura, la ragazza che si occupa delle escursioni: molto disponibile e preparata. Gradevole l'atmosfera, addetti al ricevimento cordiali. Costo del pranzo davvero eccessivo (30 EUR per persona) per 2 primi, contorni esclusivamente di verdure (soprattutto melanzane, cucinate in tutte le salse) e gelato. Fitness center praticamente inesistente: è una specie di recinto dietro la piscina con 3 attrezzi, impraticabile durante il giorno a causa del caldo. Lo yoga, riportato nel sito come attività, non si fa. Camera al di sotto di quanto un 4* dovrebbe prevedere in termini di manutenzione: lavandino malmesso e scarico molto rumoroso.

Alessandro (9/5): Relax e confort - Nel complesso il resort è ben organizzato in tutti i suoi aspetti è soddisfa il cliente. La gentilezza di tutto lo staff è un valore aggiunto. Migliorerei sicuramente le proposte di cibo e delle bevande del bar in piscina e varierei un po’ di più la colazione, anche se comunque supera ampiamente la sufficienza.

Federica (7/5): Splendida isola - Il resort è veramente enorme e molto bello, ho apprezzato tantissimo la cordialità dello staff, specie i ragazzi dell'animazione. Accesso al mare ottimo, piscina sempre pulita, stanze con vista mozzafiato, il bar sulla piscina offriva dei tramonti spettacolari, colazione abbondante molto ricca, pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Non ho apprezzato tantissimo tutti i pagamenti extra che avvengono durante il soggiorno, alcuni specificati in sede di prenotazione, altri no. A partire da questa tessera che ti permette l'accesso alla piscina ed al mare (come se non fosse scontato averlo...), asciugamani (te ne danno una per tutto il soggiorno, se vuoi lavarla chiaramente devi pagare), lavanderia, navetta (TUTTA A PAGAMENTO, ti porta sempre e solo in centro (ma pagando ti porta dove vuoi eh) ed oltre un certo orario aumenta anche le tariffe!. Suggerirei di implementare il servizio navetta considerata la posizione scomoda del resort nell'isola o quantomeno renderlo gratuito per chi soggiorna. La sera dopo il tramonto fuori dal resort non ci sta nemmeno una luce, quindi sarebbe carino per chi non se la sente di guidare e dunque noleggiare un automezzo (che anche lì devi prenotarlo con largo anticipo e costa veramente tanto!). Qualsiasi escursione ovviamente è un extra. Sono tante cose che, in considerazione del prezzo che si paga SOLO per soggiornare, dovrebbero quantomeno essere incluse, non tutte chiaramente, ma se non stai attento, si arriva a fine soggiorno che ti hanno spolpato vivo. Inoltre ho notato che durante i pasti, specie la colazione, lo staff di sala ti segue nel timore che tu possa portare fuori del cibo, che posso capire la maleducazione della gente, ma ogni giorno era veramente uno stress avere tutti gli addetti sala a fissarti e seguirti.
