Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. 5 minutes to the exceptional market. The internet connection was rather slow. The TV set wasn’t functioning properly .

A pochissimi passi dalla metro e dalla fermata del bus. Ho soggiornato per un concerto e dista circa mezz’ora a piedi dallo stadio Olimpico, la strada è sicura e tranquilla. Lo staff è stato super disponibile e cordiale, esaudendo ogni nostra esigenza. È possibile lasciare le valigie presso la struttura anche dopo il check-out. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, se tornerò a Roma sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo qui! Nulla

Stanza Pulitissima, bellissima e super insonorizzata. 40 euro per le pulizie mi va benissimo in quanto abbiamo lasciato la stanza davvero sporca, però dovete rivedere leggermente i prezzi delle camere, per il resto PERFETTI

They organized airport transfer for us so we didn't have to worry about finding a taxi. Building has a great vibe and significant history. Neighborhood had everything within walking distance and was clean and safe.

• Jeanne (9/5): Very convenient location and we appreciated the level of customer service. - A number of nice little touches, like a free bottle of wine, cool elevator, and the apartment was serviced every other day. We liked having a concierge and being able to check-in a little early. Also, Georgia graciously allowed us to store our luggage on checkout day. We had a lovely stay! Well, we liked having a washing machine in the building but I managed to both shrink and completely wrinkle a full load of clothes. It was operator error but a machine that allows setting the temperature might have been helpful.

İkramlar içinde ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim Konum olarak yakında metro ve otobüs durakları olduğu gibi Vatikan ve Santangelo kalesine keyifli bir yürüyüş ile 10 dk civarında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgili ve yardımsever. Genel olarak her şeyi sevdim sadece güneşin az olmasını ve balkon olmamasını sevmedim. Sigara içmek zordu.
• Simona (10/5): Ubytovanie odporúčame a radi sa tam ešte niekedy vrátime :) - Skvelé ubytovanie pre rodiny s deťmi. Ochotne nám poskytli postieľku pre syna, nebol problém ani so skladovaním kočiara. Apartmán bol veľký a veľmi čistý! V Taliansku sme boli už niekoľkokrát a práve s čistotou ubytovania sme mali viackrat problém. Syn prešiel všetky zákutia apartmánu a ani raz nenašiel niečo nepríjemné, takže za nás veľká spokojnosť. V ubytovaní nič nechýbalo, bol tam aj kávovar na kapsule, ktoré nám počas pobytu doplnili. Lokalita je výborná pokial chcete byt blízko Vatikánu. V blízkosti je aj zastávka metra a pomerne rýchlo sa dostanete ku Španielskym schodom, či Fontáne di Trevi. V okolí ubytovania je kopec reštaurácii a kaviarní a rovnako blízko sú aj rôzne malé potraviny. -

• Pooneh (10/5): Veldig hyggelige ansatte som var klare til å hjelpe med alt. Vi takker dem veldig mye. - Sengen var fantastisk og veldig behagelig. Etter lang tid klarte vi endelig å sove godt. Leiligheten var ren og rolig, og hvis jeg reiser til Roma igjen, vil jeg absolutt komme tilbake til denne leiligheten.

• Alla (9/5): - Мы бы всем порекомендовали этот объект! По всем параметрам - эти апартаменты исключительны- месторасположение, чистота, метро- через одну остановку самый центр- Пьяцца ди Попполо! В здании есть лифт, цифровые ключи, тихо и светло! Мы жили на 4-ом этаже и целый день вы могли видеть солнце! Много магазинов и один из самых больших европейских рынков с потрясающими продуктами! Уборка каждые два дня со сменой трех полотенец на каждого человека! Есть пожелание: в номере индукционная плита, для пользования которой необходима инструкция! Желательно на английском и с картинками! Внимание Джорджии было безупречным! Благодарю еще раз, непременно остановлюсь еще раз! Да! Билеты на транспорт лучше купить в метро- на все виды транспорта и на время пребывания!

Plenty of eating and supermarket options nearby. The aircon was going crazy on the first evening, unknown error and after 6h it was ok again.

• qi (10/5): 很满意，很舒服 - 很方便的位置，离地铁站近，并且步行十分钟就能到梵蒂冈，很舒适的房间和床品，厨房也很方便使用，还提供了橄榄油和盐，餐具也很齐全，附近也有家乐福 我们自己晚上做饭很惬意，客厅的电视可以看电影，前台小姐姐很热情，帮助我们很多，回应及时，非常满意的住宿！ 🈚️
• RUN HUA (9/5): 位置很好，服务还需提高，房间很宽敞，设施很便利。希望能够细化入住规则中的一些条目，比如入住期间房间清理的频次，是否可以请前台代叫出租，饮用水是否会补充、以及如何自助寄存行李。 - 房间内有锅碗瓢盆还有洗碗机和电炉子，周围有很多小超市和一家家乐福 express，所以早餐基本上是买好自己做的。非常方便。另外位置距离梵蒂冈博物馆非常近，走路10分钟左右就可以到入口处。周边也很安静，房间挑高很高，窗外风景也很棒，住的非常舒适。还送了一份小点心和红酒，冰箱里有一瓶气泡水、雪碧和可乐可以享用。电梯很有特色，不过一次只能进去一个人和一个行李箱，白天电梯会比较繁忙，一直是 Occupied 状态，所以可能会不得不走楼梯。 1. 总共住了三晚，入住后第二天晚上我们回来发现房间完全没有清理，垃圾也没有倒过。不过第三天晚上回来发现床铺过，垃圾也清理过。不过没有补充饮用水，我们不得不又出门去超市买水。如果这是入住以后的规则的话，希望能够提前告知，比如入住期间只会打扫一次，冰箱内饮用水用完之后不会补充之类的。 2. 10月4日早上10点左右我们请前台那位小姐帮我们叫一辆出租车，她打了电话，然后告诉我们车牌是4317另外4分钟之后车就会到。我们在门口等了将近15分钟，出租车也没来。后来只好去楼下问前台出租车怎么一直没来，她说可能取消了。这个体验非常差，后来我们发现罗马的出租车车牌数字只有三位，另外这位前台小姐也完全不帮我们核实出租车为什么还没来或者打电话确认取消的原因。要么是这位前台的小姐撒谎想尽快打发走我们，要么意大利的出租车简直离谱到无法理解。 3. 不知道可以用自己的房卡就可以开前台房间的门，然后自助寄存行李。所以10月5日早上我们10点15左右下楼想寄存行李，发现前台没人，还以为礼拜天前台也休息。后来问打扫房间的服务人员要到了当天值班的前台小姐电话，通过电话以后才知道她正在停车，行李我们可以自己刷卡进去存放。如果能在入住之前或者入住登记的时候就告诉我们那就会省掉这种麻烦。

• HONG (10/5): 满意 - 因为台风航班被取消，导致第一天不能如期入住，房东人很好，欣然同意了修改日期及退款的申请，真的非常感谢。另外，房子位置很好，离地铁站和梵蒂冈博物馆非常近，去特米尼车站坐地铁直达，非常方便。面积也很够用，卫生间很大，一房一厅，总之为旅途带来很多便利，很愉快的一次入住体验。

• Tuğçe (9/5): Güvenli, ulaşımı kolay, tertemiz bir konaklama - 2 yaşında kızımla birlikte konakladık. Park yatak mevcuttu. Oturma ve yemek alanı genişti, bu da küçük bir çocukla seyahat etmenin zorluğunu bir nebze kırmış olmuş oldu. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli idi. Hızlı bir kahvaltı yapıp çıkmamıza yardımcı oldu. Her şey temiz ve yeniydi. Odaya girdiğimizde şarap, kraker, zeytinyağı ve birkaç günlük kahve kapsülü ikram olarak bırakmışlardı, bu da bize kolaylık sağladı. Havlular temizdi. Sadece buraya özgü bir durum olmamakla birlikte duşakabin kültürü Avrupa’da yok malum, duş alınca sular banyo içine biraz sıçrıyor. Bunu sevmedim ama nereye gitsek aynısı olurdu. Oda terliği yoktu, bu sebeple hazırlıklı gitmenizde fayda var. Ben yorumlarda okumuştum ve terlikleri yanımızda götürmüştüm. Asansör çok ama çok dar, bebek arabasını katlamanız ya da akrobatik hareketlerle birlikte bir kenara sıkışmanız lazım. Bebekle birlikte sadece bir kişi kenara sıkışabilir. Bu sebepten iki turda 4. Kattaki odamıza ulaşabildik. 1 puanı da bu sebepten kırıyorum zaten. Çocuksuzsanız ya da bebek arabalı seyahat etmiyorsanız sıkıntı yok tabi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bu pürüze rağmen yine gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırım. Fiyat performans konaklamasıydı.

El metro de Ottaviano y parada de bus cerca. Giorgia la recepcionista un encanto, muy amable nos dejaron guardar las maletas después del check out.

• Jorge (9/5): - Estuvimos 4 noches (2 adultos y un niño) en un lindo departamento con todo lo necesario; en recepción se puede utilizar lavarropas. Está a dos cuadras de la parada de metro Ottaviano, que conecta con el centro, y a 5 cuadras caminando del Vaticano. Giorgia fue súper atenta; nos contactó por WhatsApp antes de la llegada para explicar el acceso y cómo recoger las llaves si llegábamos fuera del horario de recepción. Además, solucionó un pequeño inconveniente en el baño y el último día nos permitió dejar la habitación un poco más tarde y guardar el equipaje hasta la tarde antes de ir al aeropuerto.
