- Laurel (7/5): - Great location! Great pool and hot tub. Beds were horrible and uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep. Pull out couches, only a sheet and thin blanket. Not comfortable at all!!!!! If my stay had been longer then 3 days I would of had to leave to find a place I could get sleep.

The high ceilings echoed the street noise. We used a white noise app so a suggestion would be putting white noise machines in the units to eliminate the noise.

La verdad es que buscan cobrarte más . Y no brindan desayuno eso no me gusta

- Charia (3/5): This "resort" is the definition of catfish. Save your money: go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. - The bed was very comfortable and the room was relatively spacious. The staff was incredibly rude (one very short, petite parking attendant male in particular), the parking garage is absolutely horrible (and expensive!), the rooms are very outdated, and the photo of the "resort" looks absolutely NOTHING it in person. We immediately wanted our money back. A Best Western would have been better than this.

- Spreen (6/5): Great size and location but dirty with bad house keeping. - Nice location with rooms that fit large families. Roof top was nice and food was good. We had no water the first night and wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience. Rooms were dirty and no one comes and cleans them and it was hard to get them to come replace towels and toiletry.
- Angela (10/5): Spring Break - The hotel lobby is beautiful and the front staff very welcoming. We were provided with everything we needed upon arrival and even a glass of champagne. You cannot beat the location! Literally walk less that a minute to the beach and boardwalk. There is a courtyard with large outdoor games and plenty of seating. We unfortunately did not have a chance to experience their pool and bar area. The suite was huge! We had two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, more than enough space for our family of 5. The views were amazing, and a huge balcony to cacth the sunrise or sunset.I have stayed at many hotels on Hollywood beach, and this one is truly a gem! Nothing!

- Greg (10/5): it was very relaxing - We ate at the restaurants on the boardwalk. The community was very laid back. Lots of people walking, riding bikes. Lots of music, concerts etc.

- Stacy (8/5): Great location! Would definitely stay again! - Loved the roof top deck and heated pool as well as the location to the beach. The lady handing out towels was a ray of sunshine! The guys hauling chairs were great too! The housekeepers came into our room without knocking on three different occasions then just stopped showing up. A few rude employees - one waiter was just plain rude at the restaurant and a front desk employee was pretty rude.

The staff complained about us wanting our room cleaned daily and would only come every other day. We have 2 little ones with us and the floor would be dirty and the sheets a mess and my wife had to clean like we were at home.

- Mark (7/5): The Costa fits our needs as a large family, I will look to return. - Rooftop was amazing, place was clean, staffing was minimal, which I prefer, almost felt like a private residence. Our rooms were thru Bookings.com and Airbnb. So the disconnect to guest services was noticeable. If this feedback gets to the property owner, the kitchen could use some more equipment and basics, small appliances, utensils and provisions, (spices, condiments, etc) The $40 Resort fee is egregious, especially since we never used the beach equipment.

Lot of restaurants near by. 40$ resort fee gives you 2 free chair rentals at beach. Pool and bar on the terrace are very good. Nice views from top Mattresses are too soft and we sink in. We rented apartment style unit, but no utensils to cook if you plan to. Parking 48$ per night mandatory valet. Any cleaning to be scheduled 24 hrs in advance which sucks for the price we pay

- James (9/5): Wonderful location, beautiful property and excellent beach. - proximity to great restaurants, the beach and the intercostal waterways. The sunset was absolutely beautiful from the balcony each night. Not having to pay $45 a night for parking. It should be included.

- Delfina (4/5): Mi experiencia en el hotel fue decepcionante. - Camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias. Al llegar, encontramos la terraza de nuestra habitación llena de colillas de cigarrillos, algo totalmente inapropiado. La máquina de lavar ropa estaba fuera de servicio y la cocina estaba muy mal equipada: todas las cacerolas antiadherentes estaban rayadas o en mal estado. Cuando fui a recepción para reportar estos problemas, no recibí ninguna solución. No limpiaron las colillas de la terraza y, en lugar de ofrecer una alternativa por la lavadora rota, solo me ofrecieron un servicio de lavado pago, a pesar de que en la habitación podía lavar sin costo. Además, la habitación anunciaba “vista al agua”, pero esto no es real: un restaurante bloquea completamente la vista al canal. En general, la experiencia no cumplió con lo prometido y no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
