Las instalaciones están limpias, bien cuidadas, te ayudan con información sobre actividades en la ciudad, y están pendientes por si necesitas algo. En las mañanas sirven un desayuno buffet en la terraza con una vista espectacular. Ninguna cosa, estuvo excelente

- Armin (10/5): - Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkt neu und gepflegt. Das Bett hat eine sehr dicke Matratze, man schläft wie im Himmel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig. Besonders schön war das Restaurant im 6. Stock mit einer tollen Aussicht über die Stadt. Jeden Morgen wurden die Fenster geöffnet und die Tauben angelockt, ein wirklich besonderes und unvergessliches Erlebnis. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: mitten in Fatih und ideal, um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir werden unseren Freunden und Bekannten gerne das Hotel weiterempfehlen und selbst immer wieder gerne buchen.

L’hôtel est excellent à tous les niveaux : la propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables, la situation géographique est parfaite et la nourriture est délicieuse avec beaucoup de choix. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, que ce soit la réception, le personnel de ménage ou l’équipe en cuisine. Tout le monde est extrêmement gentil, accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. On se sent vraiment bien traité du début à la fin du séjour. Mention spéciale à Mehmet à la réception, toujours présent avec le sourire, d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnel. Merci également à Sakir pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité et sa serviabilité. Grâce à vous tous, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

- Krzysztof (8/5): Reasumując pomimo wskazanych niedogodności pobyt ok, i miasta warte zobaczenia, polecam. - Dobra lokalizacja hotelu w starej części Stambułu, do wszystkich ważnych miejsc/Hagia, Błekitny Meczet, Basilica Cisterna/ można dojść na piechotę ewentualnie dojechać tramwajem, tak samo można dojść na pieszo do przystani promowej, przy moście Galata. Przeprawa promem płatna - na przystani albo na przystankach tramwajowych trzeba kupić Istanbulkart/koszt karty 165 TRY + doładowanie na przejazdy/. Powrót na lotnisko z hotelu autobusem Havaist nr 12 z przystanku Aksaray /koszt przejazdu 426 TRY można płacić kartą kredytową lub gotówką/ dojście z hotelu do przystanku około 10 min. Miłego pobytu ! Hotel ok, miła obsługa. Natomiast pokój miał być dwuosobowy, ale dostałem dla trzech osób, niestety bardzo mały - nie wiem jak tam się mieszczą trzy osoby+bagaże, brak półek, mała szafa. Łazienka czysta, ale bardzo mała. Brak półki na kosmetyki, prysznic ok.

- Soraya (9/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 jours dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée, avec une literie confortable qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer chaque nuit. Le personnel a toujours été disponible, souriant et attentif à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité, avec des produits frais chaque matin. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, idéal pour visiter les environs et profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L’ambiance générale était calme et agréable, ce qui a rendu ces quelques jours encore plus reposants. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience ! La taille des chambre est un peu petite.
- Eugen (1/5): Beschwerde wegen falscher Zimmerkategorie und verweigerter Preiserstattung - Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett und tolle Aussicht auf der Dachterasse. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und man kann fußläufig viele Sehnswürdigkeiten erreichen. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Beim Betreten des Zimmers stellten wir jedoch sofort fest, dass es sich nicht um ein Standardzimmer, sondern um das günstigere Budgetzimmer handelte. Leider wurden wir an der Rezeption nicht darauf hingewiesen. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde dies bestätigt, und man versprach uns, am nächsten Tag in ein Standardzimmer umzuziehen, da angeblich alle anderen Zimmer bereits belegt waren. Am folgenden Tag erhielten wir schließlich ein Standardzimmer mit drei Betten. Der Hotelbetreiber weigert sich nun jedoch, die Preisdifferenz zwischen dem gebuchten Standardzimmer und dem tatsächlich erhaltenen Budgetzimmer für die erste Nacht zu erstatten. Begründet wird dies damit, dass das Standardzimmer über drei Betten verfügte. Diese zusätzlichen Betten waren für uns allerdings ohne Bedeutung, da wir lediglich zu zweit gereist sind.

Hotel bien situé, à 500 m de l'arrêt de tram et de métro (métro qui dessert la ville et qui va à l'aéroport). Possible d'aller à pied à la Mosquée bleue. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner: buffet avec fruits frais, soupe, borek, fromages, œufs cuisinés sur place, yaourt, céréales etc. Très bon, produits frais. Très belle salle de petit déjeuner au dernier étage, avec vue sur le Bosphore. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'aller au spa... Les lits de la chambre triple ne font pas 2 mètres de long, ils sont plus courts. La chambre est très étroite. Hotel assez cher (714 EUR pour 4 nuits) si on tient compte de la taille de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de choisir une chambre double. Draps synthétiques.

The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Louis (7/5): Très bien ! - Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, la propreté des chambres est parfaite et le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Cependant, notre chambre était très petite, plus petite que les 17 m² annoncés. Il n’y avait pas de tapis de course contrairement aux photos. Enfin, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées : nous sommes réveillés dès qu’un voisin entre ou quitte sa chambre.

We had a free drive from the airport to the hotel and the driver was really nice, but he didn't speak good English, but it was ok. The staff was really welcoming and ordered us coffees as soon as we came and helped us with our luggage to our room. Breakfast was great, we had a lot to choose from and with a great view. My boyfriend had a birthday on this trip and we were surprised in our room with a small cake and a candle which was beautifull. And overall the staff makes you feel really welcomed and opened for any help you need. The only thing we didn't like is that one night we ordered a room service from the menu they had and the food was made really good, but still we weren't mad about it.

- Kam (9/5): Hôtel récent, propre avec un personnel exceptionnel, un super spa et un petit-déjeuner de qualité. - Superbe séjour de 5 nuits ! Hôtel récent et très propre. Les chambres sont de taille suffisante et bien agencées, avec des salles de bain particulièrement spacieuses. Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel dispose de superbes équipements (spa, hammam, sauna) et se situe à environ 25 min des monuments historiques. Le vrai plus reste le personnel : extrêmement professionnel, gentil et vraiment à l'écoute. Une adresse hautement recommandée ! Seul bémol : certaines chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres. Cependant, la direction a été très réactive et a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre immédiatement.

Для дальних поездок тоже удобно, метро, трамвай, автобусы - все рядом. Номер свежий, чистый, каждый день уборка и замена полотенец. Хороший завтрак, на неделю разнообразия хватило. Отличный вид из ресторана. А если подняться на крышу... А если подняться на крышу вечером, или встретить рассвет, ммм .... Это огонь-огнищще!!! Одна из самых высоких крыш в районе! Персонал отличный, даже если есть языковой барьер, не пропасть, даже при желании))) Как уже писали, не хватает крючков в санузлах. Мелочь, а неудобство доставляет, ведь ни полок, ни полотенцесушителя нет... Из посуды в номерах только бумажные стаканы. Брали кружки для чая из ресторана - персонал ругался. Ну и надо быть готовым к ранней побудке. Рядом крошечная мечеть, но у нее большие громкоговорители, и в 5 утра всех позовут на молитву. А при закрытом окне кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. Со временем приспособились. 23 градуса на кондиционере и можно окно не открывать.

Завтраки с чайками кайф. Чистота уборка каждый день если вам надо. Солнца чуть не хватило. Но это совсем ничего не испортило. Такого нет. Довольные и счастливые.

Super restauracja na dachu z widokiem na morze i okolicę. Śniadania urozmaicone, bardzo dobre. Hotel Super!! Polecam Nic. Wszystko było bardzo dobre.

- Kuralay (10/5): - Были в отеле 5 дней в апреле. Отель новый, чистый, без запаха. Бронировали через Букинг и не посмотрели оказывается и взяли эконом номер. По приезду администратор Эдже ханым мне и моим друзьям апгрейд номеров сделала на делюкс номера совершенно бесплатно. Мы были очень довольны клиентоориентированностью. Через день у подружки был день рождения. Пока нас не было, сотрудники отеля подготовили прекрасный сюрприз именнинице - украсили номер розами, шарами, подготовили тортик со свечами и написали пожелание. Это ьыл прекрасный сюрприз. А завтрак у них очень вкусный, много выбора. Вид из окна ресторана и террасы великолепный. Море, чайки, колоритные дома. В общем все нам понравилось. Такжк хочется сказать, что отель находится близко к району Лалели. И мы от души там закупались😁 В отеле встретили нашу казахстанку Айша, которая там работает. Каждый день подходила к нам спрашивала как мы, нужна ли помощь. Очень приятно было. Огромная благодарность сотрудникам отеля ⚘️⚘️⚘️ Минусов нет

- Corina (10/5): - From start to finish the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The reception staff surprised my son on his birthday with a lovely cake. The restaurant staff were always making sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was good (especially the omlette that is cooked on the spot). The restaurant, situated on the top floor, has wonderful views. The rooms although not very big are impecable and are cleaned daily. They are also very well soundproofed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area. There is also a small heated swimming pool + two saunas that made our stay even more fun. Plus the small courtesies such as bottles of water in the room, the free lemonade, tea or coffee in the lobby, and the list could go on. Thank you!

В мой день рождения в номере ждал сюрприз - торт со свечами, шарики, лепестки роз и сердечки на кровати, в двойне приятно. Хороший завтрак шведский стол, есть всё, выбор большой. Номера очень чистые, немного тесновато, но это не проблема. Хороший бесплатный спа, каждый день после долгих прогулок идеальное завершение, ходили в сауну и поплавать в бассейне. Хорошая локация, все достаточно близко в пешей доступности. Огромная благодарность отелю и каждому сотруднику за радушный прием.

- Zoe (10/5): Fabulous 5 night stay with my teenage sons. The hotel location was perfect, clean, comfortable and friendly - Fabulous location, lots of lovely restaurants, coffee shops, gorgeous mosques and old city back streets to explore by the hotel. 20 minute walk to Sultanahmet, 5 min walk to the tram or metro that link up with the ferry terminals, Sultanahmet and Taksim. Well sound proofed rooms and blackout curtains ensured good nights’ sleep, very clean with excellent daily house keeping, lovely warm pool and sauna and a particular highlight was the dining room with incredible rooftop views and a wide and daily changing selection of breakfast to set us up for each day. Best of all the attentive, friendly and professional staff, we enjoyed meeting all of them as they made my stay with my 2 teenage sons so very welcoming. A special mention to Aysha who we had lovely chats to in English who helped us feel very comfortable. We also loved the tasty biscuits and drinks constantly available in the lobby. I’ve shared a couple of photos of the incredible roof top view. It was all great!

- Kamil (10/5): Great option for a city break in Istanbul - We stayed at this hotel with a fairly large group of family members, and we’re very satisfied with our choice. The location is perfect—right in the city center, with easy access to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is good, and everyone should be able to find something they like—although adding baklava to the dessert section would be a great idea 😉 There is also a small pool, which is perfect for relaxing, as well as a sauna and a steam room. The hotel can also arrange airport transfers at a fair price. The rooms are quite small, but this is clearly shown in the photos.

- Olga (6/5): It was good but based on description on booking out expectations were higher. - It has very good and convenient location. Breakfast restaurant has amazing view. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice. The room size differs from the photos on booking. It is very small. Beds are barely fit in. Beds are short, I think 180 cm long. So if you are tall consider this. There js not enough space to walk normally in the room. If you are 4 people in family room be ready that there is not enough space for clothes. There are no hangers to hang wet towels in bathroom.
