Very useful to have seasoning machine, comfy bathtub. We could really get rest and sleep well. Location is amazing if one wants to visit Inari shrine! Nothing
• amit (10/5): - The location is the best place we can get in Kyoto, next to the Inari temple and a lot of cute shops and restaurants by walking! The place is clean and cozy
• Kenny (9/5): - It was very quaint, good space, and had lots of separate room rooms, and a nice garden. We were there in the spring, and the rooms were quite co, even with the heat on downstairs.
• Jakobsson (8/5): - Nära tågstationen och turistattraktion. Ljudisolerat. Väldigt kallt på nedervåningen, det drog från golvet. Det gick inte att sitta där utan att frysa.
• chenhsin (8/5): 溫馨的空間 - 位置距離京阪伏見稻荷非常近，路上會經過一間有名的烘焙店，每天早上出門都聞得到店內傳出來的烘焙香。 房間佈置溫馨，且提供了住宿所需的物品，非常開心能夠訂到這間住宿。 如果是冬季入住，在一樓的浴室洗澡會略顯寒冷，二樓的浴室好很多，但置物空間比較小，若是有自己習慣使用的盥洗用品要帶進浴室會比較不方便。

• Hana (9/5): - Apartman je u duhu japanskih kućica.Poseduje sobu za ispijanje čaja.Odlična lokacija,par min do prevoza za istraživanje grada i na samom ulasku u veliki hram.Poseduje dobro opremljenu kuhinju,2 wc-a i 2 kupatila sa četkicama za zube i pastom.U blizini su restorani,prodavnice i suvenirnice.Ovaj deo grada je baš turistički deo i duh Japana se ne može osetiti. U apartmanu je bilo baš hladno,trebalo nam je 2 dana da ugrejemo.Većina kreveta je bilo udobna osim u donjoj sobi gde se maltene na daskama spava.
• YuKuei (8/5): 一切都很好，平台退房時間要更新，不然客人會措手不及 - 地理位置很棒，離車站近，設備齊全，管家很幫忙 因為是冷暖氣，冬天有點不夠力，早上起床上廁所跟晚上洗澡冷冷的。平台退房時間為11點，但9點多管家就傳訊息來說下午還有客人入住詢問我們幾點會離開，還說退房時間為10:30。讓人有點措手不及！如果退房時間為10:30還請更新平台時間！早上一秒都不敢多待10:30趕緊離開了
• Ambareen (8/5): - The house was beautiful and comfortable. Well contained and well equipped. Very effective heating and the location is fantastic. Near the Inari Fushimi Shrine and 5 mins walk from the train station. Clean and lovely The host was a bit unhelpful and would'nt guide us on our luggage arrival nor help. There needs to be a manual in the house to run the washing machine in proper English. Was a real struggle trying to get it to work . The house keeper came the next morning and found the machine drain blocked. She dumped all the gunk in the sink and sorted it out but that then resulted in the drains getting blocked !! The main bed in the downstairs was very hard and was only improved after we put a 2nd duvet on it.
• Koji (10/5): 普通にホテルで泊まるより、ゆっくり過ごせた。中庭もあって、京都の昔の家、という感じが出ていて、素晴らしかった。 - ロケーションが大変よく、室内がとてもオシャレでゆっくり過ごせました。 ダイニングのライトが暗かった。
• Chao (8/5): Nice stay in a traditional Japanese tatami house closed to Fushimi Inari. - It is so closed to Fushimi Inari station. Te neighborhood is very chilled and clean! The host was flexible for check in and check out! I recommend this place for families or friends that need more rooms! The heater at the ground floor could barely keep warm the whole space, so it was a bit cold in the common areas. Moreover , toilets and the shower don't have heating system.
• Ambareen (8/5): Highly recommended. An ideal place for Kyoto ! - The location was excellent and the house was super nice. Quiet location right by canal but 1 minute away from the center. Everything easily available . Just a 5 minute walk to the JR (Inari ) station and the famous Fushimi Inara Temple No hanging space in upstairs rooms, instructions for washing machine and bath etc in English would have been helpful. The house keeper came quickly on request, and cleaned the gunk in the filter and dumped it all in the wash basin and forgot to clean it which caused another blockage !

• Johann (10/5): A beautiful and cozy renovated machiya at an amazing location - Location was amazing, even if you mainly use JR line which is only 5 mins away. The rooms were spacious on both floors, and the bath was really nice. The futon were really comfortable.

• Jason (10/5): Have already recommended this place to friends to stay on their trip next year - Hosts were awesome, early check-in was no problem, door code made staying there very easy if we wanted to split up during the day. Beautiful home. Location is perfect close to trains stations, plenty of close eateries, and a peaceful little yard to relax in after exploring all day

• Ludwig (10/5): - Ein wunderbar hergerichtetes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Traditioneller Stil und modernste Ausstattung. Gute Anbindung an die Bahnlinien, in Fußreichweite zu den beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten und dennoch ganz und gar ruhig. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hatte einen Futon auf Tatami-Matte, welches für einen Teilnehmer aus unserer Gruppe (50+) zu hart gewesen ist. Durch einen Zimmertausch in der zweiten Nacht war dieses Problem behoben.

• Carolyn (9/5): Lovely, immaculate convenient spot full of charm just where you want to be! - It was charming and chic and very Japanese. Extremely new and tidy. Seemed like a recent reno. Easy to find and get into with code. VERY close to trains and metro so super convenient. We used the washer constantly. Such a bonus! It impressed my guests! THe kitchen was not really one to cook in. It was tight for 5pp and we didn't want to do more than boil water on the small stovetop near where you would do the dishes. We used the toaster oven and picnicked. We adjusted!

• Siew (8/5): A warm and quiet accommodation - The property is new and clean and near train station Tatami bed is too thin. Bathroom has no hooks.
• Sheryl (10/5): Perfect location! - This airbnb is located incredibly close to Fushimi Inari station, it was just 1 minute walk away! Perfect location to get around Kyoto as well. The house was beautifully decorated, as I personally love the wooden aesthetic. There's a nice tea ceremony room where 5-6 people can gather and hang out, which I really liked. The entire place was clean, including the bathrooms and toilets. Very lovely home which I would definitely book again if I go to Kyoto. 1. The tea ceremony rooms had shoji sliding doors which are made of paper, so you have to be very careful not to damage the paper door. My family and I constantly reminded each other to be careful, it was actually quite funny. But if you have kids, it might be a little worrying. But the shoji sliding doors are very beautiful! 2. We were not allowed to bring our luggages into the place beyond the entrance foyer area. This was a little troublesome since we had to go to our luggages at the entrance every day to take the clothes/items we need. It would be perfect if the host could figure something out to resolve this inconvenience. 3. There wasnt much places where we could hang out clothes/towels, except in the first room on the 1st floor, and the laundry rack they provided. This seems to be an issue for a lot of places though, not just this one. Still thankful that they at least provided the laundry rack, it was useful. Despite the inconveniences I would still stay in this place again because of the location and the aesthetics of the place :)

• Shamil (8/5): Would definitely recommend if visiting Kyoto in smaller groups - The location of the property is great! It’s a 5 min walk to the Fushimi Inari Taisha and really well connected to other parts of Tokyo with a station less than a min away. The property is very charming and gives you a taste of local life in Kyoto. There are also plenty of options for food, coffee and other amenities nearby. The property has cozy rooms so coming with larger bags might be difficult.

• De (8/5): Nice little Japanese style hamlet. - Location was great, just a short 50 meter walk to the station. No wardrobes in two upper floor rooms and would have been handy to have at least some hooks or hangers in rooms and bathroom.
• Michel (1/5): Disaster - Nothing Worst experience in 40 years of traveling, when we arrived the place was already rented to another family ! On the phone the owner doesn't speak english or japanese, after that by short message system he told us that it was the fault of booking. No other comment. Of course booking didn't give us any explanation about what happen, but they pay back. I was coming from Belgium to enjoy a weekend in Kyoto. Thank to this owner and to booking for this disaster and for the help.
• Steven (10/5): Great place to stay. I would definitely rebook if I am back in Kyoto, - Great location, walking distance from Fushimi-Inari and Inari train station. Walking distance to the Fushimi Inari (red gate shrine) attractions. Property was very clean, nice little courtyard and traditional Japanese style. Property was so new that we smelled some off gassing from new materials.
