• Mohamed (4/5): Will not repeat this experience at this hotel again - Guests are so nice 1- bathroom was so old and not clean like shown in the pictures 2- bed sheets were used 3- bus timming to haram is random and when ask the reception about the bus, they say we don't know when it will come. I was using Taxi

• Booley (10/5): - The smell in the foyers and room always cleaning and housekeeping always coming to check if everything is okay. Shuttle service available just need a little patience when waiting for a shuttle but no issues at all. N/A
• Moamen Heiba (6/5): - Overall, my experience was mixed. The reception staff were very good and helpful, Room is ok, and the shuttle bus service was good also. However, the room service staff were very rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t assist with anything. I understand that it was a busy time since I stayed during Eid, but that shouldn’t affect the way guests are treated. The rush is understandable, but it’s not the guest’s fault.

• MALIKA (5/5): - L' emplacement Pas d"'eau chaude, climatisation bruyante, salle de bains vétuste et présence de cafards. Buffet du soir bon mais peu varié.

• Luuley (5/5): It was a decent stay. - I liked this property because it’s very easy to find taxis anytime. I also appreciated how they offer dates and water when you come in around iftar time. I didn’t like how crowded the reception area gets. People often talk over you asking for room cards and the staff attends to them while you’re waiting, which turns what should be a quick one-minute issue into a 20-minute ordeal. The bathroom also didn’t have a floor mat, so water from the bidet can make the floor wet. The beds aren’t all the same firmness either, so some feel very hard and uncomfortable. Also, the room next door can literally have iftar right outside your door, which takes away some privacy.

• Yousuf Al-Farsi (9/5): - الفندق جمييييل جدا من ناحية النظافه والوجبات حتى الموظفين خدومين جزاهم الله خييييير اشكر موظفين الاستقبال جزاكم الله خيييير اخبروني عن الفندق بانه قريب من الحرم بتاحديد اخبروني انه يبعد عن الحرم مسافة 500 متر هذا غير صحيح الفندق بعيد عن الحرم بمسافه لاتقل عن 3كم تقريبا بالمشي تاخذ من 20 الى 25 دقيقه والافضل ركوب الباص

• Abdul Baseer (1/5): Not recommended - Location was good. The hotel is not clean, very dirty toilets, very dirty carpet, the water bottle provided tasted weird, iron wasnt available to iron our clothes despite multiple calls. They couldnt even provide a spoon for us to eat. Overall the experience was bad and we wont b3 coming back to this hotel. The owner of the hotel must take this property seriously.

• Naveedahmad848 (8/5): The hotel offers excellent service, food, and cleanliness that represent great value for money - Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. High Standards: Both the food quality and the cleanliness of the hotel were good throughout our stay. Value for Money: Considering the quality of the service and amenities, the stay felt like a very good investment. Misleading Location: We expected a 10–15 minute walk to the Haram, but it actually took 40–45 minutes, making it much further than anticipated. Inconsistent Shuttle Service: While the free shuttle was a helpful alternative to walking, the lack of a fixed schedule made it cumbersome and difficult to rely on.

It wasn’t available frequently, both to and from Haram. Almost Every time I took a taxi to & from haram which increased my cost of stay.

• Ahmed (3/5): لن تتكرر - قربه من الحرم 1-جميع الغرف بنظام الأجنحة بمعنى أنه كل غرفتين مغلقين يوجد باب خارجي من الممكن ان يغلق على الغرفتين وحصل بالفعل معي والجار في الغرفه المجاوره اغلق الباب وانتظرنا في الطرقه حوالي ساعه حتى تمكن الصيانه من فتح الباب 2-وايضا لم يكن متاح رقم النزيل في الغرفه المجاوره لانهم تابعين الى فوج وظل عامل الاستقبال يتصل على مشرف الفوج ويعطيه رقم مشرف اخر ويتصل عليه ويعطيه رقم مشرف ثالث وهكذا ولم نتمكن من الوصول للجار في الغرفه المجاوره 3-سماعة الدش مصديه وغير جيده ومساحة الاستحمام صغيره جدا واكتر من مره الاولا يتخبطو دماغهم في خلاط الاستحمام 4- المصاعد تتأخر جدا ولا تستوعب أعداد نزلاء الفندق 5-ستائر التعتيم اصغر من حجم الشباك وبالتالي لا تعتم بالشكل الكافي في ساعات النهار 6- المياه الساخنه لم تكن تكفي لاستخدام اكتر من فردين ورا بعض للاستحمام
• FAHAD ABDULLAH (10/5): المكان رائع يمكن الوصول للحرم بالمشي 10 دقايق لكن طريق مزدحم بالمشاه والسيارات والافضليه الذهاب له بالباص الفندق نظيف جد - الغرف نظيفه والمرافق نظيفه جدا الموظفون جدا متعاونين لم ننتظر كثيرا تم الدخول للغرفه فوراً وصلنا الافطار لم يكن بجوده عاليه ابداً لم يعجبنا ولا يستاهل قيمه الدفع له مزدحم والاكل غير جيد وقليل

• Fayez (9/5): - الفندق ما شاء الله نظيف وجنبه موقف في ارض واسعة ممكن يكون محتاج تنتظر شوية يكون حد طالع لكن حتي لو ركنت بعيد شوية هتقدر ترجع تركن بس يفضي مكان الفندق فوق في الطريق اعلي نفق ريع بخش ونسبيا مش بعيد عن الحرم وسهل تروح الحرم مشي وهيكون أسرع من الأتوبيسات لأن في الغالب الطريق الرايح للحرم بيكون زحمة ولكن في الرجعة بتركب اي اتوبيس من المواقف يكون في نفس الإتجاه، مرة إضطريت امشي راجع للفندق كان صعب الطلعة شوية خصوصا للأطفال والنساء ولكن مشي الحال الحمد لله

Rate wise it was still reasonable but still on higher side when compared to the facilities and overall comparison with other neighbouring hotels The washroom was smelly and very small. room was also a bit tight with less space. • Samer Osman (9/5): - مكان الفندق قريب من الحرم الكهرباء كانت تعمل في الغرفة ولكن مكيف الهواء لا بد من وضع كارت لعمله وهذا لم يكن موجودا وغير واضح سبب عدم عمله حتى طلبت الصيانة وباب الغرفة كان يتم فتحه بدون استخدام كارت وهذا أمر خطير ويبدو أنه متكرر لأنني عندما نقلت الأمر لموظف الريسبشن قال أنه غالبا بسبب انتهاء بطارية جهاز قارئ الكارت فإن كان أمر معروف يجب عمل صيانة دورية لهذا الأمر لأن الغرفة مفتوحة في جميع الأحوال وممكن لأى شخص فتح الباب في أي وقت

How to be customer oriented where they learn to work with people. The same goes to the front desk. I am not sure if its a saudi thing. But most of the time front desk staff are very rude and can easily get a zero rating on how they respond and if arrogance has to be used as a measurement...they would tip the scales completely Some cleaning staff and front desk staff attitudes and way of responding
