Katja C A (7/5): Appartement geschikt voor vriendengroep of groot gezin - Huis heeft ruime slaapkamers, nette badkamers. Voldoende warmwater voor 8 personen. Basis producten zoals koffie, thee, olie en kruiden aanwezig. Ook in de badkamers is zeep, doucheschuim en shampoo aanwezig. Appartement is rustig gelegen in een leuke gezellige buurt. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Contactpersonen reageren snel op berichten. Het appartement heeft veel hoge ramen waar vanaf 's morgens de zon op staat. Hierdoor wordt het erg warm in de woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers aan de voorkant. Geen airco. De ventilatoren hebben onvoldoende capaciteit om te koelen. Ramen kunnen niet voldoende open. Erg weinig servies en bestek aanwezig voor 8 personen. Bank ik de woonkamer zit niet prettig en is te klein voor een grote groep. Per persoon 1 grote handdoek en 1 heel klein handdoekje voorzien bij verblijf van 3 nachten. Geen badmat oid en de vloer in de badkamer wordt nat na het douchen. 1 onsuite badkamer heeft een toilet die erg dicht op de muur en deur staat waardoor die niet goed te gebruiken is. Op de slaapkamer met aparte bedden ligt er op het 1 persoonsmatras een topper die breder is dan de matras. Dit ligt niet prettig en hierdoor is de matras onstabiel. Maar 1 sleutel beschikbaar. Als er net iets meer aandachts zou worden besteed aan de puntjes op de i en gezorgd wordt voor iets meer luxe zoals ventilatie of airco, betere bank en bedden en meer handdoeken dan zou het appartement meer aan de verwachting voldoen en een betere prijs kwaliteit verhouding hebben.
