- Arshan (9/5): Appartement très spacieux et propre - Appartement très propre, l'emplacement est très pratique, la résidence étant a 2min de la gare. L'appartement est également très spacieux, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Le gros point d'amélioration est la connexion wifi, qui bien que présente, est globalement très lente. Je ne sais pas si c'est du a un dysfonctionnement ou une certaine affluence mais je peinais a pouvoir regarder une vidéo ou a envoyer des messages.

- 5271c6ac7609710cdc1fd56457cfac57 (8/5): Soggiorno fantastico per il posto e per il relax - L'appartamento era molto spazioso sia per la zona giorno che la zona notte e anche molto luminoso. Mi è piaciuto anche il tipo di arredamento. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione perchè vicino sia alla stazione sia al lungomare e ai locali. Bene anche il servizio di garage della struttura perchè abbiamo avuto il posto auto coperto e sicuro senza dover sbatterci a trovare parcheggi sulla strada. Mi è piaciuto anche essere al primo piano per la comodità di portare le valige in camera. Inoltre mi è piaciuto il fatto che non c'erano rumori che si sentivano da altri appartamenti quindi lo stabile era ben isolato dal punto di vista acustico. C'era l'armadio nella camera da letto che aveva un' anta difettosa e non si apriva bene del tutto. L'armadio quindi dovrebbe essere sistemato. Non c'era la scorta di carta igienica in bagno così lunedì mattina che era Pasquetta alle 07:30 sono dovuta andare a cercare un supermercato aperto per comprarla. L'ho trovata in un market ma è stato un disagio. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno in assoluto è stata la pulizia. Mi aspettavo maggiore pulizia sia per i pavimenti, sia sul tavolo da pranzo sia sulle sedie sia sui comodini . Inoltre dentro agli armadi ho trovato molta polvere sia nei cassetti che sulle mensole e anche a terra (sempre dentro gli armadi). Direi che prima di tutto bisogna migliorare bene sulla pulizia perchè per il resto nel complesso l'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto.

- daniel (10/5): - La proximité de la fête du citron, du centre historique. Rue piétonne avec magasins divers et restaurants. à deux pas de la mer. Parking dans la résidence (payant) donc on peut tout faire s'en prendre la voiture. Résidence calme et fonctionnelle. Excellente adresse.
- Frédéric (7/5): Excellent séjour avec quelques bémols mais qui n'ont pas entaché nos vacances. - La situation géographique est le point fort du logement. Accès direct à tout (gare à 250 m, commerce à 200m, boulangerie à 50 m, restaurants à 100m, digue à 400m,...). L'appartement est confortable et spacieux. Idéal pour deux personnes voir éventuellement 5 (deux canapés lit). Le balcon est appréciable. L'appartement était sale. De la poussière au sol (nous avons dû balayer à notre arrivée). La cuisine était très sale au niveau du frigo (tache de liquide collant, miettes,...) le bac à couvert avait des traces collantes (style confiture),... Nous avons averti l'accueil immédiatement qui nous a simplement répondu qu'elle en ferait part au service de nettoyage... Il y a un accès à internet mais c'est un accès non sécurisé et pour toute la résidence via une page internet pour l'accès. Il nous a été impossible de nous y connecter. Suggestion: mettre plus d'une tasse à café serait utile... nous étions deux...

- Rebecka (8/5): Älskade staden, havet och läget-tycker att boendet lätt kan förbättras! - Fint läge i centrum, nära havet, en glimt havsutsikt från den långa men smala balkongen. Bra och mycket förvaringsutrymme för kläder och toalettartiklar. Väldigt smutsigt när vi kom-vi blev alldeles svarta om fötterna när vi gick barfota. Vi kunde fort och lätt städa upp stället men det var inget vi räknade med att behöva börja med. En del köksutrustning var mycket smutsig och luktade härsket. Sänglinnet var slitet och kändes ofräscht.

- Cüneyt (9/5): Schönes Apartment - Zentrale Lage, Bahnhof in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( Bäckerei, Carrefour). Das mehr erreicht man nach 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das gesamte Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber. Also mussten wir erstmal das ganze Besteck und Geschirr spülen. Ich glaube die Wohnung war lange nicht bewohnt.

- Sue (8/5): A pleasant stay in a convenient location. A few more "frills" in the flat maybe. - The location was very good, being adjacent to the railway station. Not far to restaurants and the beach. The flat was clean, bedding clean. The flat could do with a bread board as there is nothing but plates and the worktop to cut things on. It could be noisy if the windows were open, and street lights made the room light at night. That said I think there was a blind that could be pulled down to drown out light and sound. It represented good value for money. A microwave would have been useful.

- Andreea (8/5): July 2025 - Stayed for about a week in early July. The location is excellent, close to the centre, the beach and the train station (from which cheap, fast transport along the entire coast is available, dogs allowed). Underground parking spaces can be reserved. They are a bit tight, but your car will be safe from the crazy traffic (most local cars have dents and scratches) while you enjoy Menton by foot and the rest of the Riviera by train. It's amazing that Monaco is just 20-ish minutes away by train for 5.3 Euro per adult. Nice about 40 minutes away. There is a medium sized double bed, and an extendable sofa. Large living room and large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Overall great value! Remark on cleanliness: the floors were not properly cleaned and the wardrobe in the entrance, where the vacuum cleaner is stored, looked as though it had never been cleaned. Otherwise ok.
- Rosamaria (6/5): Great location.great bed but I wouldn’t stay again - Location One roll of toilet paper and only change sheets after ONE week. We stayed for 4 nights. I understand was not serviced. But no washing machine to wash towels and one roll of toilet paper is pretty bad !!!

- Maksym (1/5): Bad - Thanks to the lady at the reception who at least tried to show that we were not unwelcome guests we were given a dirty room, the balcony and windows have not been cleaned for 6-12 months, the light didn't work, the toilet does not close (we came with two children of different sexes), the curtains are stained, the kitchen was dirty. I am not even talking about the fact that self-respecting apart-hotels leave a set of necessary things at least for the first day. In addition railway in 50-100 m with windows that could not be close tightly. I've asked to clean and repair the appartment, but untill end of our stay curtains were not changed, the toilet was not fixed, the balcony was washed, but they brought and left a dirty chair on the balcony. After several requests, I received lamps that I replaced myself. So reality and picture are quite different. Everything could be easily fixed: wash the apartment, make a small repair to the lock, change the curtains. It seems like a small thing, but for this you need to love your job, respect yourself and your clients, and here, as I understand it, there are big problems.

- Marina (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, close to the station and the the sea. The apartment is spacious, relatively clean, and the beds are comfortable. Our apartment faced the street, which is quite noisy and busy throughout the night.However, a downside was that the washing machine did not work properly and was dirty.
