Viktoria (1/5): Untragbares Personal und dreckige Zimmer in der Kürze zusammengefasst - Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen groß, aber richtig sauber ist es nicht. Überall Spinnweben, alte Bierflaschen, unter meinem Bett einfach nur ekelhaft, also ein großes Zimmer, das dreckig ist, ist ein großes Zimmer, das dreckig ist. Außer das dreckige Zimmer war das Personal wirklich sehr sehr unhöflich. Eigentlich befindet sich das Personal immer draußen beim rauchen. Eine Traube an Menschen, die drinnen die Gäste bedienen könnte, steht draußen und raucht. Also, wenn ob das die Geschäftsführung weiß, das weiß ich nicht. Ganz schreckliches Personal und wenn es dann ausgesprochen hat, seine privaten Gespräche zu Ende geführt hat, kommt der Gast zu Wort und darf seine Fragen stellen. Dann wird einem eine Palette an Vorwürfen an den Kopf geschmissen, also nicht empfehlenswert. Ich hab’s das erste und das letzte Mal gebucht. So unhöfliches Personal habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen.
Stephanie (6/5): - Leider war diese Unterkunft alles andere als tip top sauber. Ich habe einige Bilder hinzugefügt. Es gab leider keinen Schwamm, Spülmittel oder Handtuch im Küchenbereich. Geschirr war ok, für 2 Personen vorhanden, aber sauber war leider auch anders. Der Kühlschrank war von innen voller Krümmel, ebenso die Schränke. Von den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer ganz zu schweigen. Alle 3 Tage sollte es, laut Anzeige bei booking.com einen Handtuchwechsel und eine Müllentleerung geben, vergebens. Bei uns war niemand! Dies war alles vor Jahren, deutlich besser Schade, dass hier kein Wert mehr drauf gelegt wird. Der Check-Inn verlief ohne Personen an einem Tablet, völlig ok und zeitgemäß.

Eckhardt (9/5): - Bequeme Betten, obwohl wir gerade eine kalte Woche hatten, wurde immer gut gehetzt. Funktionale Wohnung und guter Komfort. Es gibt wenig zu mäckern, die Küche ist etwas minimal bestückt.

Claudia (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Super sauber und sehr hochwertig. Toller kontaktloser Check in und out. Wodurch man zeitlich flexibel ist. Der Fahrradkeller könnte ein leichtes Upgrade gebrauchen . Die Rampe ist sehr nah am Geländer, so das es sehr schwierig ist, mit den Ebikes mit Gepäcktaschen, rauf und runter zu kommen. Mittig wäre wesentlich besser da man dann auch mit 2 Personen schieben könnte

Lidy (7/5): Goede studio, maar ga niet weer iets boeken met alleen toegangscode en keykaart. - Een mooi ingerichte studio met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen verblijf. Er is niemand bij de receptie aanwezig, wat problemen geeft als de keykaart niet meer werkt. We konden zelfs onze auto niet meer op de betaalde parkeerplaats parkeren. Na moeizaam telefoongesprek wordt op afstand de deur geopend.

HOMAG (6/5): - Die Küchenzeile im Zimmer Das Layout des Bades und das die Fenster im Bad keinen Sichtschutz hatten, beim Duschen können einem von außen die Fußgänger zusehen. Der CheckIn hat nicht nur mich "überfordert" sondern auch andere Hotelgäste. Die Idee mit den Getränken am Eingang ist zwar gut, aber über zwei Euro für eine 0,33l Cola sind einfach zu teuer.

Jürgen (9/5): Ein superschöner Kurztripp!!! - Die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten war super!!! Die Aufteilung der Räume hat was Besonderes. Im Großen und Ganzen eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider war keine normale Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, sondern nur eine "Senseo", dafür hatte ich leider keine "Munition" eingepackt, da ich es nicht wußte, dass nur solch eine Maschine vorhanden war. Was uns ein wenig störte, war der Bodenbelag. Dieser bestand im Schlafzimmer und im "Wohnzimmer" aus Teppichboden. Ist aus unserer Sicht nicht sehr hygienisch, da man ja auch mit Straßenschuhen diesen Boden ertsmal betreten muß. Seit einigen Jahren geht in vielen "Hotels" davon ab und legt die Räumlichkeiten mit "Laminat" aus. Leider wird diese Unterkunft nicht mit Frühstück angeboten, was vor ungefähr 3 Jahren noch der Fall war.

Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon und für Rollstuhlfahrer waren die Bäder zu eng und um ins Bett zu kommen war auch recht mühsam

Blut an der Badezimmertür, Tv Programm klebte am Tisch fest, Bad allgemein nicht sehr sauber. Oberflächen wurden lange nicht gewischt. Armaturen teilweise voll mit Fingerabdrücken. Besteck und Gläser auch nicht sauber. Wirklich schlechte hygiene für fast 100 Euro die Nacht. Nicht wieder.
Peggy (7/5): - Ruhiges Zimmer, Aufteilung der Zimmer und Equipment. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Viele Steckdosen vorhanden. Für Personen, die kleiner als 1.70m sind sollte eine Fußbank bereitstehen, da es ansonsten unmöglich ist an die Tassen und Teller heranzukommen. Insgesamt ist das Loft geschmackvoll eingerichtet, scheint mir vom Ambiente aber eher auf männlichen Geschmack ausgerichtet zu sein. Im Bad wäre eine zusätzlich Ablage am Waschtisch schön.

Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass an meinem letzten Tag das Houskeeping bereits um 9.30 Uhr (check-out bis 11 Uhr) bei mir, ohne anzuklopfen, im Zimmer stand und fragte, wie weit ich bin. Gerne das Personal mal anleiten, nicht einfach so in die Zimmer zu gehen.

Peter (8/5): kommen gerne wieder - Wie jedes Mal bin ich sehr gerne bei euch gewesen. Ich komme inzwischen etwa einmal im Monat und fühle mich jedes Mal rundum wohl. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, alles ist sauber und gut organisiert, und man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Für mich ist es schon fast wie ein kleines zweites Zuhause geworden. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

michael (7/5): - Die ruhige Lage und die großen Räume. Die bescheidene Küchenausstattung. Kaum Geschirr und Besteck. Keine Basics wie Salz und Pfeffer. Das Kochbesteck im Putzschrank aufzubewahren finden wir unpassend. Die barrierefreie Zimmerausstattung ist zu begrüßen, wurde aber nicht zu Ende gedacht. Das Waschbecken ist aus dem Rollstuhl sicher gut zu benutzen, aber zu niedrig um daran zu stehen. Der Spiegel wiederum zu hoch um ihn im sitzen zu benutzen. Die zusätzlichen Gebühren für den Parkplatz fanden wir unangemessen und im Vorfeld schlecht kommuniziert.
Lotte (5/5): Lastige situatie - Zoals altijd zijn de kamers zeer ruim en heel praktisch. Ik had een kamer voor 3 geboekt maar 1 van de 3 is niet mee gekomen omdat het lastminute iets tussen is gekomen, dus ik vroeg om de kamer die ik had te downgraden naar een duo kamer ipv een groot appartement als ook de prijs hier in aan te passen, vermits wij minstens 1 x per maand daar een Kamer boeken en voor de rest altijd netjes inorde zijn zonder enige problemen had ik gehoopt op een beetje begrip. We zijn in het weekend aangekomen, er was niemand aan de receptie dus dit was allemaal via telefonisch contact, ook daar niemand bereikbaar dus kwam ik uiteindelijk uit bij de security die mij hadden bevestigd dat ik de ochtend nadien een terug betaling zou krijgen. De ochtend nadien kreeg ik geen terug betaling, ze wilde hier niet in mee gaan, heel on tevreden hier over, communicatie was onder maats Als ook de beloftes komen niet na, ben hier echt niet over te spreken. Na al zo lang en zoveel klant te zijn had ik graag beter behandeld geworden..
Jan (9/5): Für Ferien und Freizeit ideal, für Homeoffice-Arbeiten eher nicht. - Sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad, ruhig und entspannt. Leider war keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit des Wlan war sehr langsam und es war schwierig, damit zu arbeiten.

Ralf-Nico (8/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub. - Unsere FEWO war ganz oben, mit einem tollen Blick über Emden vom Balkon aus. Und die Wohnung war riesig und mit separatem Gäste WC. Die Beleuchtung beschränk sich überwiegend auf eingelassene Lampen in der Decke. Zum Schminken im Hauptbad war das für meine Frau nicht geeignet. Und im Gäste WC war das Licht am Spiegel extrem kühl.

Allen (10/5): - Das Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich man fühlt sich direkt wohl . Genug Platz um zu Arbeiten und zu Kochen . Das Badezimmer mit der riesigen Dusche die auf Bodenhöhe ist übertrifft alles . Bett ist bequem und super gemacht mit dem Fernseher der sich drehen lässt am Bettende . Bei diesem Hotel ist diese Fragenstellung vollkommen überflüssig .
