• D (8/5): Perfecte plek een paar dagen genieten in Londen. - De locatie was top. Fijne huiskamer en goed uitgeruste keuken mocht je daar gebruik van willen maken. Veel opbergruimte waardoor je er ook echt een hele tijd kan vertoeven. Best behoorlijk aan de prijs. Regendouche / kraan en handdoekenrek mogen wel vervangen worden. Jammer dat alles geheel contactloos was, maakte het wat onpersoonlijk.
• Rusty (9/5): A cool apartment in the heart of SoHo. - Bright. Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. A cool apartment in the heart of SoHo. Close to grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. Wish there were more pillows of different types. Nicer/bigger bath towels would have been lovely. All the stairs were a challenge for getting our large bags up and down, but if we were traveling lighter this wouldn’t be an issue. Still recommended!

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Great location. Beautifully styled and very clean. Loved the layout and felt very comfortable. Didn’t expect there to be so many stairs to get to the apartment. The light in the bathroom was not working. A lot of construction workers coming in and out of the property.

• Miranda (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay SoHo and would do it all an again in a heartbeat! - The location was fantastic. Right in the centre of the theatre district of London, just a stones throw from China Town with easy access to both buses and trains. There were a multitude of restaurants at our door step. There were 71 stairs from street to our apartment! If you have mobility issues this accommodation is not for you!

• Christian (1/5): Would never stay here again - Nothing. Terrible place. Rented their SOHO penthouse through booking.com. Broken pieces in bathroom almost resulted in severe injury. Broken refrigerator resulted in a lost bottle of wine and another of champagne. They advertise television but there is no cable and couldn't get any local channels. 5 flights of narrow stairs without handrails that were near impossible to navigate with suitcases. Stuck window/door to patio (which looks out on nothing but ugly roofs) which resulted in my husband injuring his hand. Noise level Is extreme and went on ALL night and into the morning. Made sleep impossible. Only quiet place was bathroom. Informed management at every step of the way with all the problems. Was promised amends (their words) but no offer to change apartments no resolutions. Don't even come and fix the problems. Asked for more and more documentation with no response. Their solution was an offer of the best rates possible for a future stay. With such. Horrible experience why on earth would I ever want to stay with them again. We are complaining to Booking.com and American Express and would advise that you stay away from this company. False advertising and horrible customer service
• Aaron (5/5): I could've done better - Nice spot and close to everything. Room is ready on our arrival at 1 PM. I reached out to the property managers a few times, and received nothing but pre-prepared responses that did not answer my questions questions. Bed was uncomfortable. 4 flights up made it very difficult and when I reached out to the staff, they were not very accommodating or caring at all

• Kevin (10/5): Great relaxing stay just wish it was for longer. - The location was perfect right in the centre of Soho and nightlife Nothing apart lots of stairs to penthouse, no lift, so if lots of luggage this could be a chore

• Malcolm (9/5): Fabulous Soho apartment - The location was superb. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with all amenities. It is extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. The shower could of been more powerful.
• Deepit (3/5): Inconvenient. No lift. Noisy. Host giving partial refund. Booking not refunding commission. - Only thing we liked about the place was that it was a penthouse. We had to vacate the premises after one night of stay because of rowdy noise from outside. There was garbage thrown in front of the building when we were checking in and drunk people were blocking the entrance and giving us looks. Once inside we had to take 3 pieces of heavy luggage all the way up as there was no lift in the building. We stayed the night because we were quite tired after long travel and long wait at immigration and long traffic. But we could not sleep also properly because of the noise from the neighborhood. We had to vacate the premises after one night of stay despite having a 10 night already paid booking because of rowdy noise from outside. There was garbage thrown in front of the building when we were checking in and drunk people were blocking the entrance and giving us looks. Once inside we had to take 3 pieces of heavy luggage all the way up as there was no lift in the building. We stayed the night because we were quite tired after long travel and long wait at immigration and long traffic. But we could not sleep also properly because of the noise from the neighborhood.
• Duncan (10/5): Easily the best I’ve stayed in over the last 20 years! - Easily the best I’ve stayed in in the last 20 years! Hardly surprising that it’s rarely available. If you find it is, don’t waste your time looking around. Just book it. I guarantee you won’t regret it. That I could not book it the next week😂

• Gemma (10/5): Great location, clean and fresh apartment with lots of natural light! - Very clean and everything working perfectly. Check in was smooth and easy and host was very attentive to answering questions. Location was amazing and despite being in a very busy area, it never felt overly busy right out the front of this apartment. Could barely hear any noise from the bedroom either! On the fourth floor with no lift so bringing luggage up was a struggle!
