• suzanne (9/5): great location,great property for a large group ample space for everyone, problems solved promptly - location was excellent and after the hot water problem was solved the holiday was really good, I would definitely use this property again just really lack of information regarding hot water, appliances and also just one front door key. As a family we did not spend the entire week doing the same things so an extra front door key would be an advantage. Our only big complaint was the condition of the balcony. the deck boards need replacing

• Charlotte (2/5): UPDATED **** THIS COMPANY HAVE GONE INTO LIQUIDATION DO NOT BOOK!!!! - NOW Nothing!! The house was nice and convenient for where we needed to be. UPDATED **** THIS COMPANY HAVE GONE INTO LIQUIDATION. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WE WILL NOT GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM THEM. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! The communication was poor. We kept getting messages about needing to complete a link to pre check in but the link was missing from multiple emails. After days of emailing we finally got the link sent to us. This meant check in details were sent at the very last minute when we were waiting to get in. We asked a question about the parking space and did not get the clearest response, but left our car where it was and did not get a ticket. We had to pay a £500 damage deposit that still has not been returned todays date 14.01.2025 booking 8th/9th November 2024. I have messaged multiple times and was told it was with the finance team. The last two messages they have not responded too. We book accommodation every week for our business and have never had an issue with accommodation/host like this before. Happy to edit this review if/when they pay up. But want others to be warned. An extra £500 on a one night stay has made this a very pricy stay currently. I have never left a bad review online and this feels uncomfortable to do so. But felt it was important that others know what has happened to us.

• Solveig (7/5): Do not book this place, as you’ll risk being scammed. - Warning! This rental company (StayBeyond) is both unrelieable and unprofessional. We will strongly advice against booking this place. Even though we enjoyed our stay while we were there, our experience is overshadowed by the fact that the rental company has not refunded our deposit on 500 punds. In order to rent this place, you are required to pay a «damage deposit» on 500 punds one week in advance of the stay - in addition to the actual rent. This is fair enough, as long as the deposit is refunded. It is now three weeks since our stay, and the deposit is still not refunded, even though we’ve got photo documentation that we left the place nice and tidy. Furthermore, the rental company has not adressed that there are any reason to hold back the deposit. We’ve now communicated with the company for more than a week, and they’re referring to a Finance Team that supposedly will take care of this. So far, no refund of the 500 punds, and now it’s radio silence from the rental company. They’re now not answering our e-mails. We’ve also reached out to Booking.com in order to help us with the situation. 500 punds is a significant amount of money, which we cannot afford to lose.

• Hogeun (8/5): Very good - This 3-story house was located in a very quiet, safe, and nice neighborhood near the Italian Gardens of Kensington Gardens. It was large and comfortable for our 7-person group, and it was wonderful to wake up to birds singing. The house had restaurants and markets within walking distance. Getting around using the metro or bus was easy, and it was not far from the famous tourist attractions of London. We were sorry we didn't have time to relax and enjoy the house, as we left the house early and came back late, busy exploring London. A staff member came to clear a clogged washbasin in the common bathroom on the 2nd floor as we checked in, but couldn't, so we ended up not being able to use the washbasin during our stay. The house didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, since we found some trash cans not emptied and the house itself was a little dusty. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.
• Palmer (8/5): Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. - Nice apartment in a good neighborhood/location. The key wasn’t in the lockbox when we arrived so we spent time trying to reach the host for access until we learned the cleaning crew was still inside with the keys. The host did try to accommodate us later but it was just a bit frustrating start.
• Afolabi (9/5): A Luxury Stay - Almost Everything....the accommodation offers a luxury stay. It is better experienced than as described on Booking.com. Quiet neighbourhood. Athough it is very close to two tube stations and bustops, it is a long walkable distance from major tourist attraction because of its location in a high profile living area of Westminster. Main sitting room not a smart TV.
