• Victoria (9/5): - Great space, great location and really good facilities. Perfect for a long or short break to London. Would highly recommend. The decking needs some TLC as it is broken in places. It would be nice to have chairs to sit outside in. I don't think the property had been stayed in for a while as there was a lot of dust around but other than that it was really clean.

• Christie (9/5): - Great space, very comfortable and spacious for family for a week-long stay. Great location -- central and walkable. For the cost, we wish the internet was more reliable and faster especially for remote working. Hosts were responsive, but internet was spotty.

Conveniently close to major areas such as Covent Garden and Trafalgar. Staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Not a single thing to dislike.

I also loved the location and ability to park on the road. The only downside was the lack of heating in the kitchen area. The thermos stat wouldn’t change.

Great apartment with loads of space, very clean, great communication from the host. Very pleased The only feedback I would give was the rail on the balcony could do with being a bit higher if you’re visiting with children but this is minor point.

• Chase (8/5): Had an enjoyable stay at Frankie's. - The apartment was modern, bright, and spacious. Each room was fitted with an electric fan, access to the wrap-around terrace, and comfortable furnishings. There were two separate toilets and two separate showers, which made getting ready in the morning quick for our group. Despite being next to a pub, we could hardly hear outside noise. There was also access to a lift to bring us to the top floor so no carrying suitcases up stairs. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Frankie was very communicative and helped us with any issues we had. The terrace provided some views of The Shard and St. Paul's Cathedral. The location was also perfect; far enough from the crowds, but still within walking distance to Farringdon station. We tripped the power the second day leaving us without electricity for half of the apartment. Also that night we discovered the water heater stopped working and we were left with only cold water to shower in. As soon as we brought each of these occurrences to Frankie's attention, the problems were fixed same day. A few lights needed to be replaced, which left some rooms dim. We were unable to connect to the Wifi as the network was not popping up on our phones. There was also a water leak in the laundry room and a cup had been set up to capture the water droplets. All of these were minor issues though and we were appreciative of Frankie taking care of the major problems.
