The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The reception team was especially kind and always ready to assist us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Podría poner una cortina en la ducha. El desayuno está muy rico, recomiendo tener opciones sin gluten, aunque lo pedí no habían opciones.
• Cristina-Daniela (7/5): The location is amazing and quite nice! - The location is great for walking to main objectives and food places. The terrace is big and has a gorgeous view! The bed is big, the room is spacious and the AC is working properly, as there was REALLY hot outside when we stayed here. The ISPARK is placed nearly the location and we left the car there for 400 turkish lira per day. The breakfast was pretty various and delicious, with a really nice view at the nearby hotel. The staff helped us with everything we needed and they were really kind! The floor isn't perfectly horizontal, you can feel the angle when you walk and the wardrobe's drawer stays open because of it. The bathroom sheld is broken so you can't place anything on it and the trash bin wasn't empty when we arrived. Sadly, you can hear at night a drop of water from the toilet which may disturb you if u leave the bathroom door open. Also, keep in mind that the hotel is really close to a mosque so you hear the prayer at 4 AM if you don't sleep deep.

• URBANEJA (6/5): - La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la mezquita azul y de santa Sofía Lo primero es que no es suites el nombre es Hostel, El mobiliario es muy antiguo y además no te hacen la habitación debes pagar adicional si quieres que la limpien debes pagar 10 euros adicionales. El desayuno era con poca variedad y muy bajo de calidad además pocas mesas para los huéspedes porque deben desayunar los propios del hotel que presta el servicio y además los de este hotel. No entiendo porque lo valoran como de 4 estrellas superior

• SAMANTHA (9/5): Magnifica experiencia cerca del centro de Istanbul - El hotel esta muy bien, el personal es bastante amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. La habitacion muy limpia y comoda y la ubicacion es excelente, puedes ir caminando a los principales puntos de interes en el centro. El desayuno que ofrecen es en otro hotel (en convenio) asi que el trato que le dan a los huespedes de Emirhan es incomodo, se siente la diferencia entre como tratan a sus propios huespedes y a los del convenio, una pena, te sientes excluido. Ademas, es en una terraza cubierta pero con el frio del invierno, los alimentos del buffet estan helados despues de reposar en ese frio, no importa si llegas temprano o tarde.

Чистый отель, уютный дизайн номеров, хорошее постельное белье и замена полотенец каждый день. В прошлый раз в номере не было бокалов и тапочек, в этот раз было все, в том числе чай, кофе, сахар. В наше проживание были включены завтраки (шведский стол), которые проходили на трассе с видом на город и Босфор. Все было вкусно и выбор для завтрака отличный, без излишеств. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал отеля. В этот раз нас встречал администратор Хан. Очень приятный и ответственный человек, всегда на связи, даже в свой выходной помог решить вопрос по отелю. Большое спасибо ему и его брату за отзывчивость. Хан отлично говорит по русски, для многих, кто не знает английский, будет бонусом. До встречи в следующий раз! I

Całkiem smacznie i do syta. Łazienka i kuchnia pozostawały sporo do życzenia (wymagałyby odświeżenia , a kuchnia odpowiedniego wyposażenia, które pozwalałoby na funkcjonowanie większej grupy - byliśmy w 6 osób). Zdjęcia tych pomieszczeń chyba też się odrobinę zestarzaly.

• Janet (8/5): Nearly brilliant - The location was so close to the Blue Mosque etc. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were trying very hard to do a good job. Any of the problems were overcome in the end... It was a bit like being in a back-packers....Our introduction and induction was non-existent so we had to keep texting the owner (no-one on reception) to find out how to get in the front door, how to lock the door to the balcony etc. We were not given a top sheet and had to ask for one...and the blankets were stained. The floor sloped to one side and there were a lot of narrow steps to climb.However, these things were overcome and we became quite attached to the place!

У нас был трехместный номер, состоящий из двух комнат, санузла и балкона, с балкона шикарный вид на старинную мечеть, сидели по вечерам и наслаждались атмосферой. Вежливый и гостеприимный персонал в лице русскоговорящего администратора Ресула, встретил, все рассказал, показал. Также всегда на связи был менеджер, оперативно отвечал на вопросы до прибытия, помог при выезде с распечаткой посадочных талонов. Нам все понравилось, хорошее сочетание цена-качество.
• Anne (6/5): Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä kokemus ja mahtava sijainti. - Erinomainen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Hyvä pehmeä sänky. Viemärin haju oli voimakas kylpyhuoneessa. Puuttuuko viemärin tuuletusputki kokonaan? Majoitukseen sisältyi aamupala. Aamupalan aika ilmoitettiin meille 10:30 saakka, mutta klo 10 aamupalaa ei ollut enää saatavilla. Toisena aamuna menimme aamupalalle ajoissa, mutta aamupala oli hyvin vaatimaton. Meillä oli ylin kerros, johon sisältyi kattoterassi. Näköala oli hyvä, mutta terassi oli epäsiisti. Kalusteina oli pöytä ja kaksi tuolia.

The second unit for two was very large and spacious. Both units were nicely decorated. The location was perfect.. Ha, ha, lots of stairs to climb, lights did not always turn on in a timely fashion.

Breakfast was included and was situated on the rooftop next door with spectacular views. The managers were wonderful and catered to our every request. I would return to this apartment and will recommend it to all my friends.
• Asya (8/5): Все ок, если вы в хорошем настроении и приехали отдыхать, а не искать недостатки - Кто ставит низкие оценки, возможно, привык к другому и не совсем понимает формат. Мне с начала тоже не зашло-слегка покосившийся пол, винтовая лестница (это может быть проблемой только для семей с маленькими детыми или для пожилых). Но осмотревшись мы поняли, что в этом ценовом сегменте и в этой локации все предложения будут примерно такими же. С хостелом отель никак не пересекается. Ресепшн нет, но ребята всегда на связи-и тут самый большой жирный плюс: персонал. Вежливые, спокойные, отвечают в вацап в не дольше минуты. Ничего не навязывают-никаих доп услуг. Организовали тренсфер, прям в машину посадили. Спросили, как мы доехали-долетели. Говорят на всех нужных языках. Железно соблюдают правила комфортного проживания-сделали по нашей просьбе замечание шумящим соседям. В общем отрабатывают сервис на 100%. Так же отмечу вид из окна-у нас был 3 этаж. Это ФАНТАСТИШЬ! Рядом мечети-слышен призыв на молитву и это очень обогащает опыт присутствия-вы в Стамбуле, это история, наслаждаемся! Располржение на пятерку. Да, немного подняться до трамвая Т1. И все рядом. Хотелось бы хоть по бутылке воды на велкам с дороги. Но рядом магазин. Завтраки в соседнем отеле, там руф топ и вид на 10 из 10, но сами завтраки очень грустные

The communication and service from Staff was excellent. The apartment is located in the old town of Sultanahmet. The property is old but presented tidy and is maintained.

• Noreen (6/5): Good room space and a nice, communicative owner, but disappointing view and poor breakfast experience. - Emirhan Guest House was a decent place to stay with good space in the room. Overall, comfortable for my needs and offered a pleasant experience. Emirhan Guest House was a decent stay with good space in the room. However, there were several disappointments. I was told I’d have a seaside view — while technically true, the sea was far away and the closer view was of rooftops filled with garbage. Breakfast was included but served at the hotel next door, and the quality was poor. Many items were soaked in mayonnaise (including fries, salad, and eggplant), and the rooftop dining area was uncomfortably hot with no fans or AC. If you didn’t arrive early, seating was limited and food was not replenished. The selection felt stale, not very fresh, and everything was cut into tiny pieces. Overall, the location and room space were fine, but the breakfast experience and view were disappointing.

Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was very poor — the food wasn’t fresh. For example, one of the desserts had mould on it, and a member of staff smelled the salad before placing it on the table, as it looked very unappetising and clearly not fresh. Additionally, we ended up paying more than the price indicated on Booking.com because we paid by card. There was no prior information stating that card payments would incur an additional charge of 20 euros

The beds were comfortable & the housekeeper came daily to provide fresh towels & pull the trash. The full kitchen allowed us the choice between cooking/heating up leftovers & store refrigerated items. Great location as outlined in the description. There are lots of steep roads that you had to endure to get out of the neighborhood. I would not recommend it for people with heart conditions or problems walking (such as knee or foot issues). I had no problem. However, my friend did.

It's a hotel/ hostel not suites, please fix your name on the Booking.com. it is misleading. The hostel has a spiral, uneven staircase with dark /flickering light -- a safety hazard. • Марина (4/5): I don't recommend staying here - With terassa, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the marble sea. Next to the hotel, a beautiful old mosque. The hotel is close to the main attractions. Shops and cafes near. Tram stop is a 10-minute walk, Metro is 15 minutes ' walk away. Photos on the site old. Now the number looks wrong. He's smaller. There was no toilet paper in the room. There were not chairs on terasse, but wooden benches, was very dirty on the terasse, many dried plants. The room was badly working air conditioning and the day was very hot. Bed linen is small, not in size bed. In the room for a week never was removed, although I specifically asked to remove. There was no reception, all communication through messages. Without a key to the hotel not to get. Breakfast is very bad, there are at the nearby hotel. The food is old, it's very little. Delicious bread only.

• Admir (9/5): Nice apratment with tons of light and a big beautiful terrace with a fantastic view - The location is great, it is less than 10 minute walk to Blue Mosque. It is located very well, in a quiet street so there were no loud noises at night. The room was clean when we arrived, but wasn't cleaned regularly. We needed to ask for the cleaning. The host was wonderful. During our stay, he contacted us several times to check if we need something. The terrace was spacious and the view from it was amazing. The breakfast is being served in the hotel next to this one. The breakfast is served on the top floor, there is a terrace with beautiful view. The breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of options, mainly vegetable, but there were also sausages and salami. All in all, very comfortable stay. Would be a 10, but they need to work a bit on cleaning.

• Anthony (5/5): The hotel was a big disappointment, definitely not the 5 star rating it had been given on Booking.com. The staff were lo - Great location just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, with some nice rooftop bars near by. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel seemed to be run by kids who didn’t know what they were doing. They were very pleasant but we didn’t get our room cleaned while we were there. There bedding was not laid out and we found it in a cupboard. There was no toilet roll in bathroom. They reacted when we complained although failed to clean the room for three days but did at least give us fresh towels on third day. In our fourth day my wife was so ill that she stayed in bed all day. The hotel offered me multiple apologies and €10 euros as a result of not cleaning our room the entire stay, which I refused as I knew I was not going to give a positive review. We had believed from Booking.com that the rooms were sound proofed but this was not the case and the next door mosque call to prayer at 450 was not fun at all. We could hear everything the room next door were doing. Breakfast was in the hotel next door but not to our liking although I enjoyed the scrambled egg/Turkish Omlette. We paid €120 a night and found out that other nearby hotels were charging half that amount.

Balcony was an amazing bonus to sit and chill on at night after a full day sightseeing. Great rooftop restaurants nearby. Safe and easy to walk about.

• Gabriela (9/5): A very pleasant stay! - We had a very comfortable and large apartment at Emirhan Guesthouse and everything you need. Our room had a lovely view of the Sokullu Mehmet Pasa Mosque. We enjoyed every morning a very good breakfast at the roof terrace from the neighbour-hotel. The street was very quiet. The hotel staff were very helpful and never let you waiting! The location was great, very close to the main monuments. Cleanliness could improve in general (although the bathroom was very clean). Some hooks and shelves would be helpful.
• Bronson (8/5): Great location - Location is perfect for walking in the historical part of Istanbul. Staff were helpful, responsive and always available via WhatsApp. It also felt very secure.
• Dušan (9/5): Superb - A perfect starting point for visiting the historic center (5 minutes’ walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), clean room, towels changed daily, breakfast served at the nearby hotel on a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, breakfast selection was sufficient. Upon departure, there was no problem leaving our luggage at the reception. Wi-Fi was excellent, communication with the host was smooth. If you plan to pay by card upon arrival, make sure to have your physical card with you, as mobile payments are not accepted. In terms of value for money, this is excellent accommodation.
• Numialai (9/5): great location, amazing breakfast - fantastic location, walking distance from all major attractions and city. shops all around and grand bazzar and hagia Sofia 10 mins walk. breakfast every morning was included and it was awesome!! really delicious, Ezra the cook for breakfast was lovely and made everything taste great. the place itself a bit old and needs proper cleaning but apart from that, our experience was memorable. the place was a bit old and needs some maintenance
• Mary (8/5): Great location and helpful staff - Communication beforehand was excellent. Ali replied promptly and answered any questions we had. Location was excellent. The support on arrival and departure were very good. The young man who dealt with us was very pleasant and we apologise for forgetting to give him a tip, as he deserved it. The property is very close to the main sites, together with good local restaurants. It was also a reasonable price and in an interesting neighbourhood. We were in the room on the top floor with a balcony and sea view. There were lots of stairs to climb if you have mobility issues. The room was clean but possibly needs upgrading to improve its ambience.

However it is at the hilly side and using a stroller is challenging especially because the road is cobblestone. The room was comfortable and the owner and staffs responded very fast to all our needs. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choices. Staffs and owner were so friendly. It is located at the hilly area but otherwise very near to sultanahmet.

• Anna (9/5): Great location, comfortable rooms with a nice view, friendly and hospitable staff. - We loved this guesthouse in the very heart of Fatih, conveniently located close to all major sites. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Although the weather outside was quite cold, it was warm in the room. Our room had a great sea view. Also, both rooms of the suite we stayed at, had an airconditioning system - it would be very useful in summer time. The rooms have little kitchen area with a kettle, fridge, microwave, some dishes. The guesthouse team (Ali, Ruslan) was very helpful. They arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, helped us with our luggage, carrying it up and down the stairs during the check in and check out, gave us a neighborhood tour, showing where we can eat, get groceries and exchange money. They were always in touch with us via WhatsApp and checked if we needed anything every day. We appreciate that the team is honest of all the weak points of their place and warns their guests about them in advance. We can definitely recommend this guesthouse to other travellers. The sound insulation could be improved. Although guest house rules state that no loud conversations are allowed at night, unfortunately, not everyone follows them.
• Omar (10/5): Exceptional - Value for money by far one of the better places. The staff is very friendly and attentive to helping you enjoy your Istanbul experience. Location is awesome. About 15 minutes walk to the waterfront, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Sophia. Lots of great rooftop restaurants to choose from.

• Amy (10/5): Wonderful stay with excellent customer service! - We stayed four nights in this comfortable “Junior Suite.” Our host, Ali, was very responsive and met us when we arrived. The apartment was clean, the bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There wasn’t really a kitchen, but there was a fridge, sink and microwave. We asked for additional plates and silverware and then we had everything we needed. In fact, whenever we asked for anything (hangers, for example), we got them quickly and with a smile from the staff. We appreciated that Ali checked in with us each day to make sure everything was ok. The location is great. It was a short uphill walk to the center of town where the main tourist area is. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and we had a nice view over a local mosque. Ali set up an evening dinner/show cruise for us which we enjoyed. Breakfasts were served on the covered rooftop terrace of the hotel next door. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we will certainly stay at Emirhan again. Highly recommended! N/A

• Jonas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! For a family of 5 people plus 1 child it couldn't be more perfect! It is the best hotel in Istanbul I have booked so far. Located on a quiet street (parents understand how important it is) and in the city center at the same time. We had enough room for each of us and a very good living room to be together. Beds are very comfortable.The staff is very helpful. Everything we needed - we had it at once, they were available 24/7. For the next visit it is the hotel we will come back to! Nothing. People always can find something to criticise but it is important to stay realistic. For the money we paid we've got more than enough .

There is no problem to find food since it is near to cafe and restaurant. All staff are courteous and helpful. We feel safe at night since the road to the guesthouse is not secluded. May be you could invest for smart tv so that we could enjoy netflix after long day and provide mineral water every day.
