Tipp: wer beweglich isst und gerne sehr gut isst, besser ein paar km rausfahren aus Arles (Fontvieille - l' ami provencal an d Kirche, St Maries - chez Babeth/ Chez l' eglise auch an d Kirche)

• Kirstin (9/5): - Best location looking at the amphitheatre. Modern and renovated apartment. Parking was right outside the old town in a parking garage (15€ per day) because you can't enter the old town by car. The parking garage was just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was a little chilly (a rug in the living room would have helped, because the floor was stone). Plus an odour of wet paint.

• Janice (9/5): Ideal Apartment For A Stay In Arles - The apartment is in a great location right by the amphitheatre and within easy walking distance of the railway station and bus services. In addition, the area is served by a large number of restaurants. The property itself is spacious and quiet - it had everything we wanted for our seven-night stay. Nothing.

• Steve (10/5): - Janneke was super. She went out of her way to help us get to the apartment, showed us how everything worked. She also took me back to the parking location which made it very easy to get parked. Then on check out day she met us exactly when she said she would and got us checked out an on our way. Our thanks to her for all her help.

You get all the advantages of staying right in the centre of town, but no downside, since soon as you step into the apartment, it is very quiet and peaceful. Olivia and Lionel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the area and all there is to do in Arles. Would definitely stay again.

Limpo e bem equipado (cozinha, maq. lavar roupa, ferro de engomar, etc). Estacionamento próximo (5min a pé) mas é possível entrar com o carro até ao apartamento para descarregar. Apenas uma nota: apartamento sem elevador (é referido no anuncio e/ou na comunicação com o staff) algo a ter em conta caso viaje com malas pesadas. Comunicação excelente. Le logement est au pied des arènes, refait à neuf dans une bâtisse ancienne, l'accueil était au rendez-vous avec une multitudes d'informations et le sourire de notre hôte. On a un parking à proximité pour la voiture et le quartier est au calme. On a tout fait à pied. les resto sont juste à côté. C'était une belle surprise. rien tout était au top : literie propreté équipement....

The morning light into the apartment is glorious Lionel the host was exceptionally helpful in showing us the covered carpark and loaning us a key card to enter the historical area/apartment to download our luggage Nothing We stayed at level 2 (above ground level) and had steps. But Lionel kindly helped with luggage.
• Anne (8/5): - Die Lage neben dem Amphitheater ist perfekt. Viele schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Olivia ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt sehr hilfreiche Tipps. Das Appartement wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas dunkel, doch die sehr gute Ausstattung und die Funktionalität machen diesen Eindruck sehr schnell wett.

The stairs are difficult to handle They are nerrow and difficult to handle (specially if you’re not young). However, the host did all the heavy load and carry our suitcases up when we checked in and down and we checked out.

• Fabiola (10/5): Just a perfect stay in Arles! - Our hosts Olivia and Lionel were really caring, picked us up at the train station and gave us fantastic tips about where to go and how to check out. Location is excellent, close to the main attractions in Arles (Arena just by the side of the apartment) and very good places to eat (Bistro Populaire is just in front of the building and Oboulaba - a contemporary lebanese restaurant - is downstairs, both are great options to eat out). The apartment is comfortable, extremely clean and well insulated (we had the Feria in Arles, parties all around, the city was crowded, and at the apartment we did not hear the noise). Just perfect! We loved the place. A person with limited mobility could have difficulties with the stairs, that are narrow and steep.
