• Chin Rong (5/5): - Unit owner is so kind as she was willing to let us check in 3 hours earlier when I mentioned I had a baby who needed hot water. They also provided hot and room-temperature water purifiers; this was the best part! Superb location as well. A nearby 99 Speedmart can fulfill your needs. Hygiene level is a concern. The floor is dirty, the bed sheet isn't clean, and you can feel the unit has a lot of dirt, especially if you have a sensitive nose.

It’s kind of disappointing when the house still dirty & let the new customer to stay. I was given the timing that i will be arrive that place. It’s was really unpleasant. The place should check properly first before let the new customer to check in. It’s so troublesome that i can’t get the key first, it’s very different for me to go out from the stay which the security also questioned me. But the staff was very attentive, respond to me immediately.

Really scary especially in 23th Floor if not mistaken. Have to be very very be careful along our stay

• Sumitra (8/5): Great value for money - Very comfortable and clean apartment. Great facilities and very convenient location. Very friendly security staff, and convenient check-in process. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need some minor repair/maintenance. A mirror in the bedrooms would be great too. Would be better to provide the check-in process information earlier, instead of just 1/2 hour before check-in time. This is especially for travellers who like to plan ahead, and/those who travel with young kids or elderly parents.

Also, the hospitality, (yes we do ask for early check in, but the person in charge told us to update us if can,until nothing~2:30 we ask the person in charge to how and what we need to do? and he told us wait until 3pm, yes we understand we cant check in early but at least tell us the instructions. not until we ask.) and as we book this place its says that check in is 3pm check out is 12noon. but the person in charge note us to be check out at 11am.? Really not happy and satisfy to the hospitality. place is nice near to many, and cleaned as well just the towel please change a new one. sofa is too dirty as well as the cushion pillow. Toilet is nice just cannot hang any towels/clothes inside as the hook is too high.

Details of check-in should be given immediately after payment. The control will be releasing the mailbox locker number later. This is to allow the potential occupant having sufficient time to go through and understand the requirements. Just imagine how to read when we are driving on the way to check in. What happened if phone battery is out?????
• Mtg77 (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious. Basic kitchen ware provided like microwave, refrigerator, some plates and cups provide and ready drink water filter as well. 15-20 mins walk to jonker street. if u enjoy slowly walk with friends or family, it is good choice for short stay here.

• Doreen (3/5): Apartment not cleaned up - Apartment was very windy and relatively accessible to Jonker Street Arrived to find out that the apartment was not cleaned up after the previous occupant checked out. It was dirty, smelled bad, and in a mess. More could have been done to ensure the place was in a clean state, very unpleasant start to a holiday.

The scenery in the master bedroom I love the most. All the equipment in the house is complete just like our own. Wifi works well. Just love it all. There's pool and gym at level 5. The toilet there is clean and comfortable. The environment is so convenient and privacy. The padlock for the gate outside is quite annoying. Do change it. Hahaha. If you want to go the pool, gym at level 5 you will need to use card too. But, it's okay. I can live like that for a while.
