- Andrew (10/5): A comfortable - bordering on luxurious - base from which to enjoy summer in France. - The property is in Nacelle-Gare north of Albi and in an historic region full of delightful towns and villages within an easy drive. Although the property is close to the railway line linking Rodex to Toulouse a car is needed to make the most of the area. The property is huge and spotless, recently refurbished form an old farmhouse. it is very fully equipped with all mod cons. It could easily accommodate three couples, and certainly a family. There is a well-kept pool, a large balcony for barbeques and outdoor dining, and access to a large garden. The hosts live next door and are charming but are very unobtrusive. The only thing missing that this bookworm would have appreciated is a bedside light.
