• Rebecca (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is very tired and needs updating. We booked this hotel due to good previous reviews, when we got there we were very disappointed. The bed was not made-up properly and was very uncomfortable. The fridge is able to put anything in it, as vending style interior. A/c was noisy and not very effective. The location is at least 20-30 mins for the main Kyoto train station but there are good bus route links just around the corner from the hotel.

• Gintare Juske (10/5): - Clean and nice hotel only for adults 😉 a lot of good staff for woman, so you can forgot bathroom accessory purse. Found much more then in any hotel 🤩. They even print out everything in my native language. Hotel is close to buss stop. They really think through everything to make you feel comfortable.🤗😊
