• Clara (8/5): - Gostei muito do espaço! Moderno, confortável e muito bem localizado O check in foi muito confuso e complicado! Cheguei ao apartamento às 19h00 e não me era possível aceder ao código para abrir a porta pois a aplicação dizia que o horário de check in já tinha terminado. Supostamente o check in teria que ser feito às 15h00, horário em que estava no avião a caminho de Londres… não tinha ninguém com quem contactar, as mensagens na booking nunca eram entregues ou respondidas e acabei por ter que ligar com os assistentes da booking a expor a situação! Ao final de algum tempo alguém me contactou e voltou a reativar o código mas foi uma situação bem desagradável… era de noite, estava frio e chuva e estávamos 4 mulheres sozinhas bem confusas… mas fora isso a casa era impecável

• Martinus (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in a nice location for a short family vacation in London - We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and well-maintained apartment. It is in a convenient and reasonably quiet location for a tourist visit of London, and grocery shops, pubs and restaurants are nearby. We were able to do most of our visit on foot. London is a great city for walking. Be prepared to fulfill a pre-check-in process via an external web-site before arrival. Once this is done, it is very easy to check in at the apartment upon arrival. Our stay in the apartment was a smooth experience overall. Hope to be back one day!
• Dr Saman (1/5): Glad that I didn’t put myself and my family through the torture., - This property isn’t properly advertised and listed. It’s a 3rd floor apartment with no lift and inaccessible for people with mobility issues. I was traveling with my mother who has knee issues. I was only informed on the morning of check-in that the apartment is 3rd floor with no lift. Later when i requested to get a refund, I was denied. I could not check in and I find them a very dishonest and cheating company. I’m going to raise this issue with consumer protection. They should have been honest in their listing
• Che Ming (10/5): - It’s an amazing place . Definitely will come back . Location needs 10 mins walking to the tube , but 20 min you can go to soho by foot. The only bad thing is no lift . Otherwise it will be 10 out of 10.

• Elodie (9/5): Je recommande ce logement car très bien situé mais prévoyez les boules quies - Emplacement top à proximité du centre et accessible très facilement. Logement propre et spacieux. Le bruit. Dormir dans le salon est juste impossible avec le bruit de l’extérieur.

• Sara (10/5): Céntrico con encanto - Apartamento ideal para 2-4 personas en la zona de Fitzrovia. Muy limpio y cómodo. Ubicación ideal para ir andando hacia muchos puntos turísticos. Zona tranquila por lo cerca que está del centro, llena de restaurantes con encanto. Sin duda para repetir. Eché en falta algún colgador para las toallas de la ducha.
• Laura (10/5): Perfect, unbeatable - Excellent location, close to Oxford st, Regent st, Piccadilly, Soho, British Museum, Regents Park .... The flat is spacious, well laid out, comfortable, has everything you need for cooking, plus washing machine and dishwasher. Just bear in mind that it is a third floor with no lift.

• Noemí (4/5): - La ubicación Nos dieron las indicaciones casi en el último minuto y al tener problemas de conexión nos resultó dificilísimo encontrar el edificio y las indicaciones para el acceso, perdimos mucho tiempo. No podíamos dejar las maletas y el sitio para dejarlas que nos recomendaron intento cobrarnos más de lo estipulado. El acceso al apartamento era con muchos tramos de escalera, un tercer piso sin ascensor. La empresa en ningún momento atendió nuestros requerimientos, pedimos indicaciones para dejar las maletas el último día, les dijimos que había problemas para acceder y nunca fueron a revisarlo. Después de estar 7 días, en ningún momento limpiaron el apartamento. En el dormitorio principal, que daba a un patio interior había un ruido constante hasta las 12 de la noche procedente de unos tubos de extracción de humos de los restaurantes cercanos. El precio no sé corresponde al apartamento y el trato recibido. No lo recomiendo.

• Cenkay (6/5): Apart from location not recommended for families. - Very close to main areas. Room was on the third floor no lift. With 2 kids and carrying luggages without lift was terrible. Not recommended for families. Plus too many restaurants around the house and cannot sleep due to noise and smell. 1 sofa bed for 2 kids. Asked for more pillow, they never returned back.
• Richard (8/5): Great, spacious, central London apartment. - We very much liked the central London location, close to several underground stations and walking distance to many restaurants and other amenities, but quieter, and more residential then some of the other more touristy, louder neighborhoods. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The hosting company staff were responsive and generally helpful. It was a little loud at night given that there are several restaurants and bars directly below the front windows, but amazingly, we could not hear the noise when we were in the back bedroom. Seems the facility is run a little more like a hotel and charged for extras, for example, the coffee maker was a high end Nexpresso machine that required custom pods only available at Nexpresso boutique shops or provided by the facility for an extra charge (aside from the 4 that were provided upon check in). For big coffee drinkers like ourselves, that was a bit of downer. Another example was as $40 surcharge if we wanted to extend the checkout by an hour. Also, the unit we had was a 3 floor walk up, which was clearly advertised, but folks should be aware.

Heating was very easy to work and all the instructions were spot on. Only thing would be the stairs, fortunately we didn’t have much luggage so wasn’t an issue
• Alastair (8/5): Great facilities and location - great for a long or short stay - Great location, really clean and well thought out, lot's of space, great facilities, would stay again Hot night and lack of Aircon - was clearly pointed out so not a surprise but a bit noisy in the bedroom with the window open due to other peoples aircon units outside. That said we had a great nights sleep

Perfect location for exploring London on foot, with charming cafes, markets and stations nearby. The place was well equipped, quiet at night and with a cozy decor that made us feel at home. A perfect base for intense and delicious days in the city. we like everything

• Hui (9/5): A wonderful room for our family - The room is the right size. A family of four lives comfortably. The kitchen is great. The living facilities are well equipped. The most satisfying thing is that the location of the room is very good. The British Museum, King's Cross railway station, Chinatown, Shopping streets, and Life Supermarket are all nearby. These attractions and places can be reached by walking. The bedding, like the duvet cover, maybe a little old. The kitchen would be better off with a cutting board and more paper towels.
• Vincent (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing. 10 min walk only from Oxford Street. Many coffees and restaurants in the street. The ventilation noise outside coming from the restaurant next door (stops from 12pm to 9 am).
• Loulou (7/5): Great location if you don’t mind the noise at night. I will book again. - Apartment was small but perfectly furnished. It was perfect for a group of 4. Location was great, right in the center of London/Soho. Many great restaurants within walking distance and the Oxford tube was only few minutes away. Because the apartment is located on top of restaurants and bars, it was very loud at night, well into 2-3 am. It was hot inside the apartment but we had to close the windows to reduce the outside noise.

• Kibong (8/5): Very good - Location, surrounding shops, condition were all good Several comments said that the condition of the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but unfortunately it has not improved at all. If a few people in your party can sleep uncomfortably, please invest in a new sofa bed.

• Anita (8/5): Excellent central location to Regent Street and Oxford Street! Love it! - Very spacious. Good shower with powerful shower head. Quiet so good for sleep in the night. Excellent location with Regent Street and Oxford Street just around the corner. Walking distance to Soho, China Town and Green Park. Not very secure with the lock. Lots of stairs to the 3rd floor if you have luggage. Carpet dirty. Sofa bed broken (part of it came loose), some lights are broken.

• Eva (10/5): We loved our stay and would go back again. - Great location, walking distance to Oxford street and downtown London but the neighborhood was a nice, quiet residential area. The apartment was well equipped and clean. It was easy to access, self-check-in was smooth, and our host was responsive even during the weekend.
