• Anita (3/5): Niet wat wij verwachten. - Het uitzicht De faciliteiten, service, super basic en klein. The location offers a beautiful view, but it’s right on a busy road and about 20 minutes by car from both the beach and Naxos town. The villa was too small for four people and lacked basic kitchen equipment, making it hard to cook (no serving spoons, bowls, oven dishes — and the oven didn’t work). The beds were small and the cleaning was irregular and not thorough. The safe was too small for a laptop, and the bathroom was very cramped. Staff didn’t speak English, despite what was stated on the listing. We also couldn’t get an invoice, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, disappointing — we would not book again.

The owner organised some coal for us so that we could cook on the BBQ outside which was the icing on the cake. Nice little butcher down the road in town made for a fantastic evening.
• Jelena (9/5): Cute villa with great pool and sunset! - It is very nice property, great for family or friends… we were only 2. We loved the pool. Sunset is magical! Bed and pillows were very hard.
• Marialuisa (9/5): Luxury tranquil experience - Beautiful holiday home in a gorgeous setting of a traditional village of Vivlos. Not only did it offer a gorgeous seen morning to night, the tranquility of a small town is what we appreciated the most. 15-20 Min walk to supermarket offered all you needed. House offered great facilities and hosts were very welcoming! Beautiful and wonderful experience. Information on the island also would have been a beautiful introduction to the villa. As much as we loved it it all, basic kitchen utilities such as oil, salt and pepper would have been elevated the experience !

• Danny (10/5): Perfect! 100/100 - The villa is perfect, has all facilities and if you like almost a hotel service! The owner and his family are the best! Always willing to help, clean, provide new towels etc… we even got tomatoes and cucumber to make our own greek salad. The location is perfect to visit the island. Most locations within a range of 15 to 30 minutes.
• Adam (9/5): Superb - The villa is secluded and has a stunning view overlooking the ocean with breathtaking sunset. The property is very clean authentic and looks newly built. There are only two villas on the property, so privacy is given. The town Vivlos that is about 5 min car ride has all you need, in terms of minimarket, cafés and tavernas. Naxos city and beaches are also in a short car ride distance. The pantry could have more basic stuff (e.g: salt, pepper, olive oil and some spices).
• Elaine (10/5): Sunset villa at Golden Sands is a stunning place to stay and a great location to visit the island. - The location was good as we were 10 minutes to Mikri Vigla and 18 minutes to Naxos Town. I loved the fact that the villa was cleaned each day, with clean towels each day and linen changed every two days. I didn’t expect that. It was like having hotel service in your own villa. A private and beautifully decorated villa. More hangers would be nice.
• Angelos (1/5): Very good as a property but in the wrong place. - Too far from the sea and the town. Almost 10km. In the middle of nowhere. No infrastructure nearby as the nearby village is not touristic.
