- Alejandro (8/5): Great facilities but too crowd - Excellent facilities and rooms Fourth time i book in this hotel. It seam many people came from outside the hotel to use the facilities making impossible to enjoy the pool or even ask anything to the pool bar. The splash pool was so full that you have to wait a large que to use the slide.

- Frédéric (8/5): Nice staycation in Dubai - The hotel is very nice, and you do not feel you are in Dubai. Very secluded, despite being next to Jebel Ali port. The beach is not the best, but you have plenty of pools, kids areas, nice greenery and dozens of peacocks. The staff is always very kind and nice, and we even got offered a very late checkout and a free diner as they were overloaded during checkin. Apart from the beach which is is very good, between the port and the palm jebel ali, the hotel was also over-crowded with other guests with families and kids. Not the best experience at the pool. The room was not very calm with noise from the neighboring rooms as well. Finally restaurants have a captive markets, and I believe it is too expensive for the experience.

- Naomi (1/5): It's not worth visit even they have good discount. - Room was enough space. This was a big mistake to stay here in the current situation. We came for a staycation to relax, but it was honestly very difficult and stressful. Every time, we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the buggy. Breakfast was extremely crowded. There is long line to get eggs.Some food station is empty. The pool was also very crowded, and it took a long time to find a bed. Everything we asked for took a long time. The food we ordered by the pool did not arrive even after more than one hour. In the end, we went to a restaurant instead, but the lunch we planned to have at 1:00 pm was not served until 3:30 pm. Dinner was the same. We were always kept waiting. The whole weekend was very stressful. There should be much better options in Dubai.

- Robert (10/5): A superb resort with something for everyone. The food was exceptional at all venues. - Staff went the extra mile during our stay. Both Raj and Dillip deserve an extra mention. I would recommend this resort to anyone and I will be returning in the next couple of months. The pricing of the wines at diner were rather steep, although very good they were somewhat pricey! However, this was mitigated by the outstanding food and service that was always received.

- Dragos-Viorel (9/5): - Friendly staff, excellent variety of foods and restaurants, some were really fancy, others were medium. Everything was well organised and neat. Location was good, but kind of far from the city, but the beach was good. Pools were ok. Parking alright.
- MARIA (10/5): Fantástico - La habitación era fantástica, nos dieron un upgrade porque un familiar estaba en el mismo hotel y así pudimos estar más cerca. La comida excepcional. En los restaurantes había música en vivo, la pianista del White Orchid y la cantante del Republik eran excepcionales, también la violinista del Seven... en resumen, una experiencia fantástica. Es un hotel para ir en familia y disfrutar las instalaciones, está un poco lejos de todo, pero no necesitas nada de fuera Que estando en un todo incluido nos presentaran factura con cada comida o solicitud de bebida, que las ruedas de las hamacas hicieran un ruido terrible cada vez que se movían

- Erdal (10/5): Her seferinde bu oteli tercih edebiliriz. - Konum itibariyle merkeze biraz uzak olsada sakinliği ve doğal ortamı ile huzur veren bir otel. Plajı ve havuzları Ocak ayı olmasına rağmen kullanılabilir durumda ve personel daimi hizmet halinde. Bahçesindeki tavus kuşları ve çocuklar için mini hayvanat bahçesi tatilin otel kısmının eğlenceli geçmesini sağlıyor. Özellikle Buggy ile sürekli ne zaman talep etsek hizmet eden ekibe özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz. Çocuklarla sürekli neşeli sohbet edip eğlendirdikleri için Buggy geldiğinde neşeyle en önde yer kapmaya çalışan çocukların neşesi geçmeye değer. Ayrıca odalar sürekli temizleniyor, gün içerisinde temizlendikten sonra odayı kullanıp tekrar çıkıp geri döndüğümüzden yeniden herşeyin temizlenmiş ve yenilenmiş olması gayet konforluydu.

Очень много детей в отеле и все к ним относятся с любовью и заботой. Отличый детский клуб-ясли. Можно сдать ребёнка с 10-13.00 и с 15-18.00, после 18 есть услуги няни. Вкусная еда. Красивая территория. Всегда есть чем заняться. Несколько подогреваемых уличных бассейнов. Много павлинов!

- Aditya (10/5): A relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service and a beautiful environment. - The property was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the pool and outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding. Great location for a calm getaway. Nothing significant to mention. Everything met expectations and the stay was smooth and comfortable.
- Milena (10/5): - Poskytnutá péče byla naprosto výjimečná a moc si přístupu všech v resortu vážíme. Udržování čistoty na pokoji i v celém resortu nemá obdoby. V neposlední řadě byly famózní i podávané pokrmy. Luxus. Doporučujeme.

- Dawn (10/5): Perfect - We stayed in the Residence area/block which was without question worth every penny. We'd had a long flight from Australia and stopped in Dubai for 7 nights on our way home to the UK. We wanted total relaxation which we got in a beautiful setting. The butlers were all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate at all the restaurants and enjoyed the food at them all. The white orchard was our favourite.

В номере не моют пол . И не пылесосятпри уборке. Все время грязные ноги . Отель красивый но на 5-ку думаю не тянет . Халаты и полотенца уставшие . Если и ехать в такую Даль то только если скидка большая на отель

- Cath (10/5): - I love the Fresh Variety of Healthy food at Breakfast, The buggie service was amazing, Beach and Pool areas were great for families. We stayed in the villas such an incredible location right on the beach with our own private pool area. The Equestrian Centre was the highlight for my 10 year old. Kym, Kelly and the staff were excellent.The overall staff services from the concierge throughout the whole hotel was incredible. The facilities provided across the 3 hotels were world class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay.

- Jos (5/5): - Sehr gutes Frühstück im Tamir. Viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Schöner sauberer Sand-Strand. Überall Pfauen! Tolles Buffet an Weihnachten und Silvester! Teilweise unfreundliche, unmotivierte Mitarbeiter, v.a. auf der Golfrange, beim Sport-Department (Tennis & Paddel, Mr. L.) und an der Restaurant-Bar des PTC. Keine Flexibiliät und Verständnis für Kinder-Anliegen. Man hat das Gefühl dass Mitarbeiter ‚ferngesteuert‘ funktionieren aber selbst wenig Empathie zeigen - oder aber einfach nicht zeigen wollen! Zuviele Carts die auf der Anlage ständig hin-und herfahren auf den Gästewegen.
