• Karina (10/5): Great first stay in Japan!! - Loved the openness of the property, super comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. The shower and tub were FANTASTIC!! Getting to enjoy my coffee on the balcony was something I looked forward to once I saw the property had one. The staff was very responsive when I had a question and I appreciated that the most. I never felt like I was being ignored or had to wait very long for a response. 10/10, would definitely book again in the future. It felt like there wasn’t enough basic necessity items. Only found one extra roll of toilet paper, there were no napkins for the kitchen, there was no laundry soap (had to buy my own) and the exact instructions to wash and dry were a bit unclear and took some time to try and get it right. Complimentary coffee would have been a fantastic feature for a coffee lover like me.
