Propre, fonctionnel et nous avons appréciez qu'il y est déjà le nécessaire kit gel douche, café, produit vaisselle, papier toilette... L'immeuble est sécurisé et à proximité du métro. Vous avez également les bus pour visiter les monuments. Petit plus il y a des adaptateurs pour les prises ! Un petit bémol sur les rideaux qui ne sont pas assez occultant et la lumière nous réveillait très tôt. Le chauffage est très bien mais difficile de le régler.
• Isabelle (10/5): Parfait pour un séjour entre amis - Les deux chambres indépendantes avec chacune sa salle de bain et WC, la propreté, la résidence moderne et sécurisée, la décoration et la clarté de l'appartement, la réactivité de la conciergerie, le Check in simple et autonome, l'emplacement proche du métro L'absence de rangement dans une des deux chambres, le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine, la fourniture d'un seul jeu de clés alors que nous étions 2 couples, le manque de clarté sur l'appartement réellement réservé lors de la réservation dû aux nombreuses photos d'appartements distincts mis en location sur la même annonce, mais au final nous n'avons pas été déçus.

• Michael (9/5): It was a clearance day and I think we will come back again - It was a very good apartment with all things you need and enough place for four people. Two bedrooms and two baths and not so far from overground and underground station. Also, some restaurants and supermarkets are in the near. Only some small things which I have reported and think it will be fixed in next days

• Mathieu (10/5): Parfait studio à Camden Town - Magnifique studio 2 chambres 2 salles de bain , grand espace de vie et cuisine équipée. Parfaitement situé au cœur de Camden Town et services ainsi que transports nombreux à proximité. Quartier très calme malgré la proximité de centres névralgiques. Procédure de check-in un peu lourde et démarche pour récupérer les clés un peu particulière, mais hormis cela rien à redire. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de renouveler l'expérience.

• Christopher (8/5): - Great location Very clean Nicely furnished Need to make sure guests have immersion heater on continuously or not enough hot water and nearly warm enough. Need to supply a few basic necessities eg; salt and pepper pots, there were about 4 tea bags! No dish cloths , 1 tea towel ,possibly some cling film and a surface cleaning spray. A lovely dining table but no table mats! This is not a criticism as it’s a lovely apartment but these are only basics in my opinion.

What is also upsetting is they say up to 5- 7 days before this deposit is back in your account. It has been 7 days and no sign of the money. Its a lot of money to part with that you have to wait a while for it to return

• RAYMOND (10/5): Très bien - L’appartement très bien , propre ,dans une jolie résidence , quartier très bien , seul problème c’est que nous avons eu l’adresse 2 heure après notre arrivée, car la propriétaire voulait une caution à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons fait, mais elle avait un problème avec sa banque ou autre nous ne savons pas , car nous ne l’avons pas vu , et donc ne donne pas d’adresse tant que la caution n’est pas versée , nous avons eu les clefs par l’intermédiaire d’un commerce, ça c’est quand même regrettable, car personne n’a pu nous donner des informations Finalement, nous avons eu l’adresse, mais pas simple Le calme , et c’est propre , bien agencé, très beau

• Ghosh (8/5): - Exactly as advertised, the apartment was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel and towels provided. Also provided were tea, coffee, sugar, a coffee machine, induction job, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, fridge , washing machine cum dryer and iron along with cleaning supplies to do the, dishes, laundry and basic cleaning. Centrally located, it's very close to Camden food market and a number of eateries. Also very close to the tube. Quiet location as well. There's no air conditioning. We visited in September when it's cooler, so we managed with the fans/coolers provided in the bedrooms and living room. In the summer, it would be quite warm in the apartment. You have to collect the keys from either the office or a location about 5 to 8 mins walk from the apartment. It is inconvenient if you have a bit of luggage as we did.

• Anne Dorte (5/5): Ok lejlighed. Virkelig dårligt check-in system - Pæne rum. 2 badeværelser Efter at have betalt flere uger i forvejen, var det et mareridt at tjekke ind. Man skulle downloade en speciel app, sende diverse fotos af personlige papirer, garantere et depositum på 250 pund, læse flere sider regler (som blev sendt med ved hver eneste korrespondance) før man kunne få udleveret en kode til nøglen, der skulle hentes i et lille supermarked. Det virkede som om man på forhånd var mistænkt for ikke at opføre sig ok. Vi bookede via booking.com, som så ofte før, og har aldrig oplevet andre steder så besværligt. Vi var 2 par i lejligheden og ville gerne have haft 2 sæt nøgler, det kunne vi ikke få. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret. Mærkeligt at der kun var udstyr til 4 personer ( bestik, glas, service mm) når der var en opvaskemaskine.

• Lotte (7/5): Prima - Locatie was goed, het appartement was schoon, netjes en ruimer dan op de foto’s. Prima badkamer/douche. Het was erg warm, zo’n 25 graden binnen terwijl het buiten 20 graden was. Verder mist er echt een topper op de bedden! Je voelt de springveren. Kussens waren voor ons te dik, het is prettiger als er een keuze is tussen dik en een echt dun kussen.

• Soheila (5/5): Fin lägenhet men med brister - Själva lägenheten var fin och bra. Det var alldeles värmt och inga air conditioner i lägenheten bara 2-3 bärbara som inte var tillräckligt. Man kunde inte öppna fönstren på sovrummen då gardinstången hindrade det. Även svårt att ha balkongdörren öppen eftersom ljudet från gatan var hemskt. Det andra att hämtning av nyckel var inte så smidigt. Först skulle man till kontoret och sen på en butik och hämta nyckel. Och det var bara en nyckel.

• Loretta (8/5): Good apartment for family trip. - The facilities were overall good. Full kitchen and two bathrooms. Good living space. Bus stops nearby, underground about 10minutes walk, Sainsburys supermarket & lots of eating places also close by. We did have a problem with the heating system it was extremely hot and even when we turned it down the temperature didn't drop very much so we had to keep the windows open. There was also no hot water on our first evening which we only discovered late at night when everyone wanted to shower. It was fixed the next day but we did have to take cold showers. There also was no extractor fan in the bathrooms so lots of steam & moisture.

There should seperate set of bedding per each person rather than 1 bedding per bed. Taps are too small - You can hardly Wash Your hands. Toilet paper of really bad quality.

• Anne (4/5): Very disappointed in our property and poor handling of our complaint by City Stay - Great location Faulty hot water. Reported it to City Stay immediately. We were not in when they say they sent an engineer to look at it and found nothing wrong. Was told by staff member Bianca that it was a small immerser boiler and that we needed to just wait for the tank to heat up. Only one person from our party of four could have a shower each day. The other three had to opt for cold shower of fill up sink with hot water from boiled kettle to pour into the sink to have a wash. In addition to this we could not control the heating in the apartment and our rooms were showing at 26.5 degrees so it was unbearable to sleep in. Again I reported this to the staff who asked me to put this in writing which I provided a detailed email to them. Four days later they responded saying they couldn’t find anything wrong so it must have been our error! When we first arrived we noticed stains on sofa , burn marks in the wooden flooring and stained carpets, marks on the walls , screw hanging out of vertical blinds roller and a burnt out plug in air freshener that was still plugged in. A definite fire hazard which we immediately removed. This property definitely requires some maintenance and TLC which cost us a lot of money for a long weekend

• Antoinette (8/5): I enjoyed my stay! - The location Collection of the key. We came in after 11 from the U.S. and I had to stop at a random store, give a code to get the key. So I had two 2 stops on my Uber and it wasn't walking distance with our luggage. Additionally there were only 2 rolls of tissue in each bathroom with 4 women. We had to buy more tissue the the last 2 days.

I would have expected to find basic things like salt, oil, some extra tea towels etc. in the kitchen, as seen in other flats for a short term rent across the Europe. It does cost close to nothing to provide for that and makes even better impression.

New, clean and well maintained. 2 great bathrooms. Airy apartment with lots of light. Modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Excellent traffic connection. Bus station right in front of the building. Underground is a 3-minute walk away. A large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The staff in charge of communication do not respond quickly enough to questions of immediate importance, or even do not respond at all. They ask for your number and a copy of your credit card for 450 £ deposit. I'm surprised that Booking.com allows this. The exact address of the accommodation is a mystery until the last day of arrival - not for people who like to plan their trip in detail in advance. Also , 1 key per 4 people is really a problem. I see that you have the same criticisms for everything listed, but that you are not worried about it. Basically, wonderful accommodation but poor communication support.

• Amaninder (9/5): Beautiful apartment with great views - The location was safe, easy to access and overall great. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all the facilities you need. It was close to the tube stations and supermarkets so it was easy to get everything. There was cleaning that was organised mid stay and everything we needed was taken care of. The terrace was especially beautiful and lovely for the family to hang out and watch the stunning sunsets.

Walkable to all the fun of Camden and Regents Park. Absolutely great value for money and would stay again! Not spotless in main bathroom so hopefully a little more attention to detail from cleaning staff.

We given another apartment with was very nice, clean and very close by. Person checking us in was very pleasant. Had to go to a shop to collect the keys as they were not available at the offices however only a 5 min walk.

• Chen (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It has three double bedrooms for 6 of us and all maintained at a high standard. The two bathrooms are comfortable to use. The kitchen was equipped with essentials. Its location is excellent for us exploring central London. It is about 10 mins walk from Camden Town station. My daughter loves it. The only downside is that there aren’t many good restaurants around, only fast food stores. But it is not a big issue as we get ingredients from the nearby sainsbury to make our own. The mattress is a bit on the soft side for the grandparents.

The fish and chip restaurant across the street was excellent and the guys working at the Camden Local Supermarket were very friendly and helpful and their store met many of your needs. Detailed instruction on how to use the washer/dryer/dishwasher would have been helpful and working the heating system. We figured things out by trail and error but were able to manage.

• Eileen (10/5): Perfect for a family of all ages - The flat in Camden was a wonderful place for our 3-generation family trip. We love Camden Town and the location of the flat was an easy 10 minute walk from the Tube station. Our unit itself was well appointed, quiet, and has a terrace view of the London Eye and The Shard. Would highly recommend!

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very well looked after, clean, comfortable, spacious, beds very comfortable, even my 18 month old son on slept very well in his cozy travel cot provided by the apartment. Apartment very secure and safe. Absolutely no complaints. Apartment also very near to shops and travel ie London underground, overground and buses so excellent if you plan to explore london. The only thing i could suggest is that an oven tray be added to cook with.
• Hanny (8/5): A comfortable and clean home in the Center of Camden. - Public transport ie bus is quite convenient however underground is quite a bit of a walk. It spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The view from the balcony is amazing during sunset and sunrise! The water heater doesn’t work efficiently. After one person took a hot shower we have to wait a few minutes before another person can take their shower coz the hot water will stop running. Hence it’s difficult to enjoy the bathtub. Even though we were informed earlier that we would have to take the keys from a different place (which is fine) however we did not expect it to be quite a distance from the apartment. Maybe they could arrange with a different outlet that is nearer to the apartment or better still to use a key lock system that are now being used by most properties. The office is also quite a distance away when we wanted to leave our baggages after we checked out. We had to take an Uber there with all the luggages that we have 😅

• Mirjana (10/5): Perfect for a group! - Apartment is reallly beautiful, tons of light and very spacious.. location is great! No cabinet in a small bedroom
• Kahn (8/5): Very nice apartment near Camden (3 bedrooms, 5th floor) - The location was very nice and convenient, close to a bus station and not too far from Camden market (10 minutes walk). The apartment was on a high floor as we hoped, spacious, nicely designed and clean. The balcony was really nice and the fans in the rooms were very helpful in the hot days. The representatives were responsive and helped with our questions and requests quickly. The main disadvantage was the check in process, made in advance over email/app, which was very long. The steps were not clear and after each one there was another one. Only after a few days we got the real address of the apartment, which luckily was ok for us. However, we didn't like the fact that the booked address wasn't the real address of our stay. We don't expect any of that when using booking.com. Still, the representative was very responsive and helpful. Another disadvantage was the additional cost for every "extra" (baby cot and chair, meeting a representative at the check-in). Some other small things that could be improved: There were only light blinds, so there was no way to make the rooms really dark, the kitchen equipment was not enough for 6 people and we got only one key at first, which wasn't convenient.

• Sheldon (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good. Central to stations and bus stops. Picking up the keys from a different location before heading to the apartment was an inconvenience coming from the airport with baggage and a hired car. This process needs to be improved. We expected the rooms to look like the pictures advertised in booking however it was very different. When asked, staff replied with, Booking.com uses pictures from all their other apartments together for marketing purposes! Wasn't happy with that. Cleaning could also be better as floors didn't feel clean, under the beds had a think layer of dust.. There was also a used towel left in the closet, which wasn't cleared. So, the cleanliness and cleaning process overall is questionable. Blinds were falling off and made it difficult for us to draw them open, as this must be done before the balcony doors can be opened in the rooms or you rick damaging the blinds further.
• Shirley (9/5): Superb - good view around on this floor. good size. in the shower, no where to put my shampoo and shower liquid, I have to put them on the floor. No toilet roll holder, need to twist round to get it. a free-stand roll holder will be better. Confuse me from your ad. about parking.

• Dana (10/5): Great accomodation, I would stay here again if I will be in London. - Great location, easy access to the center. Nice and live surroundibgs while we have a calm street
• Deb (9/5): Superb - Good showers Close to train stations TV didn't work properly and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts by the maintenance staff it was still not working when we left after a week. Some of the balcony doors we couldn't open. There was no mention on the website that the bedrooms were downstairs. This is a potential issue for anybody with a disability.
• Daniel (8/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable. - Quiet neighborhood Details about rental were provided rather late. Only after confirmation & within days of travel.
