Stefan (1/5): - Ein 4 Sterne Hotel wie man es eigentlich erwarten kann; mehr aber auch nicht. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Suite vorhanden ist. Uns wurde dann eine Junior Suite incl. Halbpension angeboten. Wir wollten aber keine Junior Suite sondern eine Suite und essen wollten wir außerhalb des Hotels. Nach langer Diskussion wurde uns dann auf einmal eine Suite angeboten, da angeblich ein kurzfristiges Storno rein gekommen war. Wir fühlten uns total verarscht. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Ciara (10/5): Gorgeous - The hotel room was gorgeous, very spacious, and air conditioning was very good. Lots of wardrobe space and the kitchen was fully equipped. The room cleaning service is exceptional, with cleaners coming in every day, even if we only left the room in the afternoon we always came back to the beds made. Breakfast was gorgeous with so many options. The pool bar served a variety of drinks, cocktails and lovely bar menu too. Staff was all so lovely and friendly. Location is absolutely perfect, only a 8 minute walk to main centre. Was so so happy with our stay and would definitely return. The only downside was our balcony was facing out the side of the hotel, which was not a problem but half our balcony was blocked by this sliding shutter thing that always had half the view blocked at any time. If i was going again i would request a pool view room.

Eros (7/5): - Hôtel sympathique et bien situé, les repas sont variés et de bons goûts, le personnel de restauration accueillant et au petits soins pour les clients. L’espace piscine est toujours propre et peu bruyant, tout comme l’hôtel en général. Malgré une chambre spacieuse, nous avons trouvé quelques cafards.. Après avoir prévenu la réception, le nécessaire a été fait, mais aucune excuse (ni dédommagement) nous a été adressée, comme ci tout était normal. Point noir pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Autre point négatif mais indépendant de l’hôtel, en haute saison il est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Lucrezia (6/5): Not worth the price. - Location is good if you want to be in the area. We loved the sundeck with the sunbeds on the water. Breakfast was good. Too expensive for the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms. Starting with the check-in, smooth but no explanation of the area and services of the hotel, we discovered only when checking out that there was a "beach" area with sunbeds in the sands. We had a ground floor apartment, spacious but the bathroom was outdated with a plastic stained curtain, no water pressure, I couldn't wash my hair. First night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, asked if they could change us to another room, they told me they were fully booked. Air conditioning was making strange noises turned off, and even more when we switched it on, we had to sleep with earplugs. No water in the room you had to buy from the reception. Last night we had a weird smell of fried food coming inside our room from the ventilation system. Honestly it was a big disappointment, wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it. It's a 4 star hotel but it can only aim for 3 stars.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Pool did not allow any inflatables, but it is in keeping with the theme of adults only so very understandable.

Got compensated by giving us all inclusive and spa access, but it was a very bitter start. How can they give the room reserved for me, to someone else by the time I arrive... Room was very noisy as bathroom had open window to the outside corridor.

The pool area is comfortable with all the necessary things. We are delighted with the roof terrace, it offers a good view of the ocean and the volcano👍👍😊

We got locked out on the balcony had to get the attention of the people two floors down it’s something that should be looked at.Maybe a complimentary Bottle of water/ some small snack on arrival for guests in there room

Scott (6/5): Love the hotel and staff but disappointed with the work going on during our stay. - It’s a really nice place All the drilling and construction work that the actual Coral website helpline told us prior to our vacation would be completed, work sometimes starting as early as 7am and not all facilities were available.

Jack (6/5): Great site in great location, staff need some work. - Rooms were lovely and the location was convenient. There were various options for food (although quality was inconsistent) and the all inclusive bar was well stocked with lots of cocktail options, with lots of names brands you can pay for. A handful of staff were dreadful, clearly no hospitality experience and the only requirement of their role is speaking English. On various occasions we were spoken to very poorly by a number of the restaurant staff. On one occasion a member of our party approached reception with a complaint as he had been woken up by the ongoing renovations (which were not made aware to us before booking), the member of staff behind the reception quickly brushed it off and there was no conclusion.

Drilling wall of our room, no water in our room last day, gym closed last day, showers in basement closed so no way to wash of before flight after checking out. One of bathroom closed of in basement. One of roof top pool closed off. For a hotel that is fully operational there is a lot of Construction going on and it makes for uncomfortable and frustrating vacation listening to hammering or drilling all day. Plus ofc being told you can't take a shower in your own room. Managed clearly unfit to control this place.

We live in Tenerife and it will be our 3rd stay in October. Nothing, even the building works didn't spoil our stay. We have booked again for 3rd October.

Laura (10/5): Modern, spacious rooms. Clean hotel with kind, helpful staff. - I have stayed in this hotel four times so far. It's in a fantastic location, the pool area is lovely and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a mini-shop beside the reception if you are arriving late and need some essentials such as water, snacks or sun cream. Balcony doors lock if you close them over so be careful you don't get locked outside!
Andrisan (6/5): Good location - Most of the staff really nice , especially the staff in Fb . They were renovating and started at 8 AM . While I fully understand that a hotel needs renovation etc one can organize it better .
Jade (8/5): In all a very good and enjoyable holiday - Breakfast was absolutely amazing, pool and room were very good, very clean. Pool party was an extra surprise with a paella as a free treat. When we arrived at the property we arrived earlier than the 3pm check in, we were told to come back at 3pm, we came back at around 3:15 and our room was still not ready and we could not be told a time frame of when it was ready. We eventually got our room at 4:30. Also, found the drinks around the pool very expensive and the nachos were not worth looking at.

Food was great, the room was spacious and air-condicioned with a great view. Amazing price for all inclusive. Great location. The roof pool was closed due to renovation.

Lisa (9/5): Fantastic stay, would definitely stay again. - I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the recent reviews, but it was fantastic! It was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Yes they have some construction work going on, but it is very out of the way and does not impact anything at all. They enforce a no saving sun beds rule which we LOVED! They have live entertainment every night and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again. We had a suite which was massive and even had two bathrooms. Only tiny things were the air con in the gym wasn’t great which made using cardio equipment uncomfortable. Also, one of the sundecks was closed due to the bulging work, which wasn’t a big problem, but as it’s the one used in all their pictures, it would have been nice to have been informed of that in advance.

We would’ve been without a room 11-3 the following day due to this move and no all inclusive during this time - which we had already paid for!!! Our room was not like images shown, much more old fashioned and rough around the edges

Ciobanu (6/5): Not worth the price. Look for another hotel - Nice morning buffet. The pool area is overcrowded, with limited space available. You need to arrive early to secure a spot, and the pool closes too early. I also had a serious issue with a cockroach infestation that caused me to lose a night's sleep. When I sought help at the reception, I discovered that there is no night staff available to assist—only an elderly security guard who didn’t speak English. His response was unprofessional and disrespectful; he became angry when I asked for a spray and used offensive language, assuming I wouldn’t understand. He told me to wait until morning, leaving me to deal with the cockroaches on my own. In the morning, the front desk staff mocked my concerns, saying it’s normal to encounter cockroaches in Tenerife and advising me to buy my own spray. Additionally, the bathroom has a ventilation system that is more like a hole and cannot be closed, meaning that any noise is clearly heard in the corridor. For a four-star hotel, this level of service and these issues are unacceptable and not worth the price.

DJ was brilliant! The building work going on at the time and entertainment on some evenings could be changed. Also music round the pool was so repetitive and not great.

Beccia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing, the room was comfortable and always clean. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the clubs and the beach. The ladies at the reception were always so nice and ready to help us with whatever we needed. Our staying at the hotel was great. We didn’t expect to be a dress code for breakfast: we are 2 girls in our 20s and we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast (in front on the pool) in our beach outfit (nothing scandalous, we just planned to head to the beach right after, so we had a top and a short jeans on). As soon as we arrived one of the waiters started telling us that we needed “real clothes”, that what we were wearing “was a bikini and not a top” as we were trying to explain him and he continued telling us that we were dressed inappropriately while making a scene. Note that it was the end of July so it was very warm outside, that we were in front of the pool were people were dressed in nothing but their bikinis and that older people than us were dressed with see through mini dresses. What happened was upsetting and humiliating and should NOT be happening in a hotel of this level. I really hope you can solve the issue.
