The property is located in a residential area, therefore guests are required to remain silent. It is forbidden to organize events in the facility, including hen and stag parties, etc.
The facility is nonsmoking. Breaking the ban is associated with the imposition of a fine in the amount of PLN 500.
If you would like an invoice for your stay, please make a request and write to the property at the time of booking. It will not be possible to issue the document later.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Michelle (4/5): Apartment was ok, but disappointed overall. - Location was good, not to far from beach, restaurants etc. Balcony was nice. It was clean. Not enough pillows. Only one small fan for whole apartment. No microwave or oven to cook. Very dated and smelled like an old people’s home. Light on balcony only stayed on for about 3 seconds - so useless. Too much heavy furniture in lounge and kitchen. Having to pick up keys when a key box would be easier.
- Anders (8/5): Cozy apartment, good location. - Close to the beach/pier, Sopot main street and the trainstation, so easy transport to Gdansk. Great neighbourhood to walk around in, and go for a run to the beach in the morning. Could have used an oven or a microwave.
