• Laurence (8/5): Logement parfait pour un court séjour - L'appartement est bien conçu, même si il est petit. C'est suffisant pour un court séjour. Il y avait des capsules de café, thé et sucre. L'appartement est neuf et d'une propreté impeccable Il n'est pas bien insonorisé : bruit du train et du voisin au dessus. Salle de douche petite (pas adaptée pour les grands gabarits).
• Linda (7/5): Good value place to stay in a fantastic location with easy access to London. - Location to transport and a beautiful area to be in. Kitchen area was fab. I am 61 and the futon bed was a bit too low for me. A warning before my stay would have helped.
• Michaela (8/5): Ubytování bylo ale naprosto dostačující, čistá koupelna, skvělá lokalita, takže hodnotíme pozitivně. Byli jsme ubytovaní - Skvělá lokalita, plno obchůdků, restaurací, kaváren…. cca 10 minut od metra, dvě minuty od autobusové zastávky. Ubytování bylo čisté, dostatečně velká místnost, maličká koupelna, ale naprosto dostačující. Velká šatní skříň s ramínky. Hodně malá postel, bylo to spíš takové větší jednolůžko, ale matrace pohodlná. Ubytování má kuchyňku s varnou deskou, ale doporučovala bych obměnit kuchyňské nádobí, všechny nože tupé a poškrábané, nešla tím nakrájet ani zelenina, jedna úplně poškrábaná pánev a to samé hrnec, mastné, poškrábané plastové prkýnko (to je za mě už dost nehygienické). Je to škoda, když už je kuchyňka k dispozici, z důvodu nedostatečného nádobí jsme ji nakonec využili jen jednou na snídani, ale měli jsme v plánu ji využívat alespoň na snídaně pravidelně.

• Silvia (8/5): Buona posizione. - La struttura si presenta in una posizione ottima, ben collegata a tutto sia tramite bus che metro. Vicino c’è anche una stazione. Il check in è stato semplice e chiaro. L’appartamento è pulito. Ho sofferto l’assenza di uno specchio, poiché oltre quello del lavandino del bagno non c’era da nessuna parte. In più, l’appartamento era locato nel seminterrato e si sentiva la metro passare ogni volta. Difficile riuscire a riposare bene. Non c’è una persona fisica ad accogliere e per questo ho sofferto soprattutto il fatto di non poter lasciare le valigie all’ingresso al check-out per un paio d’ore prima della partenza. Il proprietario consigliava tramite messaggi un app che si chiama Radical Storage. Ho pagato e ho perso due ore cambiando due posti diversi senza riuscire a depositare i bagagli. Non so se sia una truffa ma questo ha rovinato il mio ultimo giorno a Londra.

• LAURA (8/5): Muy buena - Si! Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro y autobuses que te llevan a varias zonas de Londres (Candem, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street). Fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Cama cómoda, buen internet. Todo funcionaba correctamente. Estuvimos un apartamento en el sótano. Checking fácil. Muy buen barrio con supermercados y restaurantes cerca Un poco ruidoso se oía bastante la carretera.

• Izabella (10/5): Ogólnie wspaniale. - Pobyt w tym apartamencie był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Wszystko było bardzo czyste, zadbane i przygotowane z ogromną dbałością o komfort gości. Apartament był w pełni wyposażony, a wszystkie urządzenia działały bez zarzutu. Okolica jest przepiękna, spokojna i idealna do odpoczynku — cudownie spędzało się tam czas. Ogromnym plusem były również świetnie przygotowane instrukcje dotyczące wejścia do budynku, zameldowania i wymeldowania. Wszystko zostało wyjaśnione jasno i szczegółowo, dzięki czemu cały pobyt przebiegł bez najmniejszych problemów. To miejsce ma naprawdę wyjątkowy klimat — było bardzo miło, przyjemnie i komfortowo. Zdecydowanie chętnie wrócę i z całego serca mogę polecić ten apartament każdemu. Our stay in this apartment was truly wonderful. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and prepared with great attention to guests’ comfort. The apartment was fully equipped, and everything worked perfectly without any issues. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing — it was an absolute pleasure spending time there. Another huge advantage was the excellent instructions for entering the building, checking in, and checking out. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience in a beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment to others. Żałuje tylko, że nie było oddzielnych dwóch pościeli. I only regret that there weren't two separate sheets.

• Martina Paganini (8/5): Ottima per soggiorno tranquillo - Il monolocale era in una posizione ben servita da bus e con la metro vicina. La zona è abbastanza residenziale ma avendo un centro commerciale vicino si dispone di molti servizi come supermercati e ristoranti. L'host è stato molto disponibile anche quando contattato per risolvere una piccola problematica. L'appartamento era l'ultimo piano mansardato e quindi in giornate soleggiate era un pò caldo, era comunque presente un ventilatore nella stanza.

• Caterina (5/5): Deludente - Esperienza decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Avevamo una camera al piano terra affacciata sulla strada, con rumore continuo a qualsiasi ora. Le finestre non erano affatto insonorizzate e lasciavano passare anche molto freddo, rendendo il riposo davvero difficile. Ho dovuto chiedere ogni singola informazione, persino la password del Wi‑Fi: da una struttura a 4 stelle mi aspettavo ben altro livello di servizio, attenzione al cliente e pulizia. Anche la camera ha deluso molto: non corrispondeva alle foto pubblicate online ed era decisamente più datata. Avevo pagato per una camera Deluxe, ma quella assegnata era tutt’altro.

• ELISA (6/5): Appartamento adatto a una permanenza breve di qualche giorno, ottima la posizione per visitare le attrazioni della città - Ottima la posizione, l’alloggio è vicino alla metro e si possono raggiungere molto facilmente tutte le attrazioni ed è anche comodo per chi arriva da Heathrow. L’appartamento non è ben insonorizzato e la sera risulta molto rumoroso a causa del traffico nella via sottostante.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave che non apriva la porta della camera, poi risolto grazie a dei vicini viaggiatori molto gentili. In bagno un lavamani che si otturava immediatamente oltre ad essere piccolissimo. Avremmo gradito trovare un adattatore per le prese perché in altri paesi il sistema di prese è totalmente diverso. Gradita la presenza di caffè.

• Anna (8/5): Miły pobyt w spokojnej części Londynu - Lokal był czysty, łóżko wygodne, lokalizacja super- cicho, spokojnie, bezpiecznie, ale też blisko wszelkich atrakcji (odległość kilku stacji metra). Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne minimum, w łazience podstawowe kosmetyki. W TV nie można się zalogować do aplikacji streamingowych typu Netflix, Disney itd.

Te explican muy bien detalladamente cómo realizar la entrada ya que va con varios códigos al no haber recepción. Poca insonorización. Tanto de la calle como de los vecinos de arriba. El metro se siente y escucha cada 3-4 minutos. La cama es pequeña.

• Martina Marta (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Our stay here was amazing. The flat is located in a very convenient location. The neighborhood is very nice and the tube station is nearby. The flat itself was clean, fresh, had great heating and exceptional amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Isto tako ima dosta pljesni po zidovima. Iako je moderno uređen, neke stvari nisu cjenovno opravdane. Krevet je dosta mal. Apartman se nalazi u podrumu pa svakih 10minuta čujete metro i ulazna vrata su jako tanka tako da čujete apsolutno sve vani šta se dešava

• Simon (7/5): Good value for money but in need of TLC and very noisy. - The property is in a great location and ease of access really good. We stayed in Apartment 10 for four nights which is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs. Collecting the keys was super easy and the pre arrival instructions and you tube video links were brilliant, can’t fault it. The apartment itself was large, bright and airy. Good facilities with a fridge, microwave, induction hob and enough utensils for a few days. There was ample clothes storage and a decent iron and ironing board. Could have done with a couple of extra towels. Good value for money given location. The interior could do with a little TLC, especially the paintwork above the bed. The bathroom was a little grimy. The shower cubicle looked tired and the plug hole doesn’t drain well at all. Within 1/2 minute the water is around your ankles. The air vent extractor needs hoovering as dust was dropping out during a shower. Despite the brilliant size of the room, there is a distinct lack of seating other than the bed and two hard plastic table chairs. A small sofa or two small soft chairs would have been appreciated. Although we had a fair sleep, the ‘double’ bed is very small and the walls and ceiling feel very thin as you can hear a lot of movement from above and next door apartment. Not relaxing. Although outside of anyone’s control, to note - traffic is very noisy at night and early morning, especially continuous sirens. Had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones in. It’s a nice functional place to stay, but not relaxing and not quiet. That said and to be fair, I would stay again given the value - now knowing what to expect.

• Martiimanfredotti (9/5): - Lo studio è abbastanza grande per poter comodamente cucinare e stare nella stanza. Letto comodo. Bagno un po' piccolo. Lo scarico del wc non andava benissimo
• Rita Pia (8/5): - Posizione molto buona, zona tranquilla e sicura, non si trova al centro di Londra, ma i mezzi sono vicinissimi e perfettamente collegati al centro. Acqua corrente super funzionante, e la camera è calda anche senza riscaldamento. Le foto che vedete su booking non rispecchiano la stanza assegnata (nel nostro caso è stato così). Purtroppo il letto è particolarmente scomodo, e, trovandosi in una zona residenziale i rumori provenienti da fuori di notte possono creare disagi, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, ovviamente.

• Melissa (1/5): Durch den Schimmelbefall haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. - Die Lage war super zentral und man hat sich sehr sicher in der Gegend gefühlt. Das Badezimmer war schön und hatte eine gute Fußbodenheizung. Leider haben wir direkt bei der Ankunft feststellen müssen, dass das Schlafzimmer von Schimmel befallen war. Nicht nur ein bisschen, sondern extrem viel. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und hatten Angst um Gesundheitsrisiken. Auch der Boden war nicht sauber bei unserer Anreise. Es ist ein Unding, dass ein so mit Schimmel befallenes Zimmer überhaupt zur Vermietung steht.
