• DIAMANTIS (6/5): Σε καμιά περίπτωση το δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα χρήματά του - Η πισίνα, η καθαριότητα, η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, το πρωινό. Πρέπει να προσέξετε πολύ ποιο ακριβώς δωμάτιο έχετε κλείσει. Όλα λένε δωμάτιο με θέα τον κήπο ή την πισίνα. Ωστόσο, το δικό μας ήταν ένα δωμάτιο στην άκρη (πολύ άκρη όμως!) του κήπου που δεν το έβλεπε καν φως, ισόγειο, με υγρασία. Δεν μπορούσαμε να στεγνώσουμε ούτε τις πετσέτες μας. Το δωμάτιο δεν διαθέτει σίτες! Αν άνοιγες το παράθυρο του μπάνιου, εκτός ότι μπορούσαν να σε δουν όλοι, κινδύνευες να μπει οτιδήποτε μέσα. Σε εμάς μπήκε μια γάτα! Επιπλέον, το λέω για τους Έλληνες επισκέπτες, η τηλεόραση δεν είχε ελληνικά κανάλια. Ο τεχνικός ήρθε και ήταν ευγενέστατος όμως δεν μπορούσε να βοηθήσει καθώς δεν ήταν διαθέσιμη η κατάλληλη καλωδιακή σύνδεση....Γενικότερα υπάρχει σαφής προσανατολισμός προς τους ξένους επισκέπτες σε όλη την Κέρκυρα, πράγμα που με ενόχλησε αρκετά. Με λίγα λόγια δεν μπορούσαμε να δούμε τηλεόραση ελληνική στην Ελλάδα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό χωρίς όμως να μπορεί να δώσει λύσεις...Σίγουρα το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα 225 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση. Για την ακρίβεια δε θα έπρεπε να διατίθεται καν σε ένα υποτίθεται πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο.

• Andrei (7/5): - Nice looking room, free parking. Good area with restaurants close by They have at least a cat roaming around the hotel. We weren't informed of this and could not use the pool or the bar due to allergies. Too bad. Also not very clean. There was dust in the room and bathroom.
• Karolina (7/5): Great design but overall experience could be better. - Beautifully decorated rooms, modern vibe. Nice surroundings. Loved the jacuzzi in the balcony. Friendly staff, especially the bartender and the receptionists. Tasty breakfast. Enough parking spaces. Some parts of the room seemed unfinished: like missing tiles and marks in the bathroom tiles, where stuff was hanged. Cleaning job/tidying up in the mornings was done quite poorly - bed was not even made nicely, floors were not moped. Quite a lot of dust of lesser used surfaces, dirty windows. On the day of arrival we found open water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods were missing. After informing the reception, they changed the bottle to another opened one (:D). The breakfast was repetitive, options and quantity were limited. Far from the sea by foot. On our last day we were informed that the hotel is about to be closed for winter season, hence the mistakes happened more often.

• Lucas (8/5): très bien - Très bel hotel, dans un beau cadre. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, personnel très gentil. Nous avons pris une chambre avec kitchenette, celle ci manquait clairement d'équipement (plaques de cuisson présentes mais pas de poele / casserole...) Nous sommes allées en demander à la récéption mais on nous a répondu que pour "des questions de sécurité" on ne pouvait pas nous en fournir. Dans ce cas pourquoi mettre des plaques ?! De plus il n'y avait pas d'éponge, produit vaisselle, vaisselle limitée, que 2 verres a vin alors que nous étions 4, pas de tire bouchon etc (on a pu nous en apporter un par la suite). En bref le logement est très bien mais si vous voulez vraiment une chambre avec kitchenette passez votre chemin, si cela vous est égal foncez :)

• SANDRINE (7/5): Joli cadre mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur... - Hôtel très calme et reposant 👌 Il est écrit dans le descriptif "kitchenette" mais en réalité il vous est impossible de cuisiner car il n'y a aucun ustensiles de cuisine 😡 La climatisation de la pièce principale n'a jamais fait d'air frais, même a 16 degré 🙃. Dans la salle de bain impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car sur le mur extérieur se trouvent 3 moteurs de climatisation et de ce fait la chaleur est impressionnante... Éclairage de la sdb très faible donc pour se préparer ce n'est pas top !!!

• R Jones Barnham Broom (10/5): Wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday - Everything. All staff were excellent. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Massage was great. Close to town with many good tavernas. Also not too far to sea with beach bars and restaurants. Loud music by the pool. It would be nice to have a quiet couple of hours in the afternoon.
• EMMANUEL (7/5): - Ont refusé de mettre des ustensiles.pour cuisiner au motif qu'il y a un restaurant. Alors que c'est un appartement ( avec cuisine donc) que nous avons loué Le matelas de mon enfant pas confortable
• DOUNIA (4/5): Hôtel très médiocre à tous les niveaux et très cher. Fuyez. - L’hôtel est bien situé et dispose de chambres vue sur mer. Pour commencer, nous avons reçu un e-mail de l’hôtel Lena Mare nous informant d’une offre pour être surclassé moyennant 80€, que nous avons acceptée. À notre arrivée, nous en parlons au check in et à notre grande surprise, l’hôtesse n’était pas au courant ni de l’offre, ni de notre surclassement. Le lendemain, nous relançons sa collègue qui nous dit qu’en réalité nous avons déjà été surclassé (puisque nous occupons une chambre vue sur mer). Mais au final, nous n’avons jamais été surclassés (ni facturés) car la chambre que nous avons occupée était bien celle que nous avions réservée. Ensuite, le personnel au petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout aimable et ne se gêne pas de nous faire remarquer que les produits « extérieurs » sont interdits, au risque que l’hôtel se prenne une amende de 500€… et ce sans même demander s’il s’agit d’un médicament. Le personne ne se gêne pas non plus de vous retirer brutalement votre assiette alors que vous n’avez même pas fini votre petit déjeuner. Aussi, si vous avez le malheur de rentrer de la plage après le coucher de soleil et que vous souhaitez prendre une douche, ne comptez pas avoir d’eau chaude dans votre chambre. Et n’essayez pas non plus d’appeler la réception, le téléphone ne marche pas. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons trouvé un bout de plastique dans un des yaourts servis au petit déjeuner, soit disant « fait maison ».

The room we stayed in (Studio with terrace and seaview) was spacious enough, well furnished, with kingsize bed. Everything was perfect for us and fully met our expectations! Keep up the good work! Das Bett ist sehr bequem & das Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Mehr positives Feedback gibt es leider nicht zu sagen. Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war in der letzten dunklen Ecke des Hotels, sodass man nicht raussitzen konnte, weil man nur zwischen Hausmauern eingekastet war. Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer und auch im Bett! Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder ein Zimmerwechsel, die Ameisen wurden mit Gift entfernt und “Sie sind auf einer Insel” war die Rechtfertigung. Bei knapp 1500€ für 5 Nächte, möchte ich mein Bett nicht mit Ameisen teilen! Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel absolut nicht. Die Drinks an der Bar sind ebenfalls viel zu teuer und dazu nicht gut gemixed.

• Rugilė (5/5): The stay had some drawbacks with comfort and service - The pool area was quiet and relaxing Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. The bed had a plastic sheet under the bedsheet, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The evening before departure, we asked if we could check out a bit later and were told it was fine until 12:00. However, on the day of departure, we received a call at 11:00 telling us to leave the room immediately. The rooms do not look as nice in reality as they do in the photos. We stayed as three guests but were only ever provided with two towels, so we constantly had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. On some days, housekeeping simply forgot to clean the room at all. Breakfast was very limited in choice. The salads were not washed properly and even had soil on them.

O estacionamento é de fácil acesso e sem complicações. Ficámos numa “Suite Junior” sem vista, mas ampla, funcional e confortável. O pequeno-almoço, embora de variedade limitada, apresenta qualidade aceitável para o início do dia.

• Theresa (9/5): Gemütlicher, komfortabler, serviceorientierter Aufenthalt - Der Aufenthalt im Lena Mare war ein Genuss. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und bemüht. Wir hatten ein Anliegen, welchem sofort nachgegangen wurde, damit eine Lösung gefunden werden konnte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Dort gibt es griechische Köstlichkeiten. Auch die Zimmer waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt zwei Pools, an denen man sich aufhalten kann und an denen genügend Liegen vorhanden sind. Die Poolbar ist immer besetzt und auch dort ist das Personal äußerst bemüht. Außerdem sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Pool öffnet relativ spät, ein kurzes Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück geht sich nicht aus. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Breakfast was nice Staff were very nice For a 4 star hotel it felt a bit basic for the money. The snack food and evening meal in the restaurant was not great food considering how good the local food is. The ambiance of the restaurant also lacking. We had the harmony suite room with jacuzzi that we liked.The furniture in the room is new and the bathroom also They said the hotel had electric charging station for the car . It was there, but it didn’t work and they didn’t know what to say about it. Also the breakfast was good, but with very few options. The cleaning in the room could do some improvment, we stayed for 7 days and the bed sheets weren’t changed and the floor was mopped only one day

• Bibi (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in modern hotel in het centrum - Mooi hotel met een luxueuze uitstraling. Heerlijk ontbijt met genoeg keuze (broodjes, fruit, yoghurt, ei, zoetigheid etc). Vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is top: binnen 5 minuten lopen sta je in de hoofdstraat met alle restaurants, supermarkt etc. Strand ook op loopafstand (ca 15 min). Gratis parkeren voor de deur. 2 heerlijke zwembaden. Ik snap de kritiek over het oude zwembad niet zo, want deze was totaal niet verouderd. Deze vonden wij nog het fijnst vanwege de comfortabele ligstoelen en de rust. Nieuwe zwembad is wat hipper gestyled, maar de ligstoelen liggen iets minder lekker en het is iets drukker (nog steeds wel vrij rustig). Leuke bar/restaurant bij het zwembad. Dagelijks schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. De gordijnen zijn verduisterend waardoor je de keuze hebt tussen inkijk of een vrij donkere kamer. De douchegel en zeepjes worden niet aangevuld. De wifi is behoorlijk slecht (vaak 0 bereik). Dat leverde wat chagrijn op bij de pubers.
