• Romina (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings war das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer ziemlich alt und leider sehr hellhörig. Man konnte Geräusche aus dem Flur und den anderen Zimmern deutlich hören. In unserer letzten Nacht waren die Gäste über uns bereits ab ca. 4 Uhr morgens wach, und die Schritte auf dem Holzboden waren extrem laut in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Dadurch wurden wir mehrmals geweckt und konnten leider nicht gut schlafen.

Balcony was enjoyable except when other guests had nasty strong perfume wafting up at us. No elevator and we were on the 4th floor. We’re in our 70s and no one helped with our luggage. Step up to the bathroom is dangerous. Nasty stubbed toe there. Limited electric outlets-found a power strip under the bed. This is an old building and you can hear everything. El personaje sumamente atento y amable . Lo único q al no tener acondicionador de aire en tiempo de calor debe tomar esto en consideración . Las camas muy cómodas . No hay ascensor q debe tenerlo en cuenta por si le va incomodar .para mi che excelente

Zvečer je v sobi smrdelo po kuhinji in to v 3 nadstropju. Postelja škripa in cvili. Vzglavniki obupno slabi. Po tleh stari tepihi, zelo slabo, glede na to, da stopis noter v čevljih. Hotel niti približno ni vreden denarja za nočitev.

• Claudio (8/5): Super für einen Kurzurlaub - Gute Lage, ruhig, unkompliziert, alles gut organisiert. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Wunderschöner Garten und lauschige Terrasse. Das Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut unterhalten. Kein Restaurant.

That was unprofessiona - Beautiful view, comfortable mattress, good and ample breakfast. The room was not at all like the photos. Room was cramped with no room for luggage. The furniture was old and weathered. The bathroom was tiny with no space for toiletries. The hot tub was dirty and not hygienic. Very odd textured bed linens.

• Joanna (10/5): Breathtaking Hotel - The most breathtaking views, beautiful gardens, lovely staff, decent breakfast. Book your hot tubs slots when you arrive, you can have 45minutes each day, we booked for 9pm and had the last hour so peaceful. Due to it being a wooden old hotel the walls are paper thin but it didn’t matter as everything else made up for it.

• Joanne Sim Joo (8/5): My family and I have a very comfortable stayed at the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use the hotel’s Jacuzzi facility. - Cozy and clean! Our room had a lovely mountain view! location is perfect being so close to the train station. Building is a bit dated but perhaps that is the charm of the Swiss chalet-style hotel. Breakfast could have been better if there is a warm dish on offer, such as scrambled eggs.
• Fiona (9/5): excellent location and staff went above and beyond to help with our unusual requests. - The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with my unusual request - i had booked 6 rooms and we were arriving after hours. the hotel was able to make arrangements directly with me so that we could check in and find keys/rooms when it was so late in the evening. some of the fittings were dated and there was no lift (although we knew this at time of booking, so not a criticism).

• Adela (7/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztripp um die Seele baumeln zu lassen - Der Ausblick, die Nähe zum Bahnhof und natürlich der Whirlpool (Highlight) waren super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat keinen Fahrstuhl. Es hat aber einen gewissen Charme.

• Jennifer (8/5): The staff was very helpful with sightseeing questions. - The breakfast had quite a variety of foods. The room was very basic. The door handle broke. When we asked for help, we were transferred to an upgraded room by the staff. It was a nicer room, but very small and dark. Other guests were smoking on the patio around the garden. The fumes wafted into the room. The rooms on the upper floors are very stark. The bathrooms are very small.
