Augusto (1/5): Decepcionante - Academia e Localização Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência desde o check in até o check out. Fizemos a reserva para 3 noites, tivemos que trocar para 2 noites e recebemos um valor de apenas 10% do valor total pago de reembolso. A reserva era para 3 pessoas - o quarto estava montado para apenas 2 pessoas com roupa de cama, travesseiro e toalha faltando. Funcionários robóticos e nada simpáticos - tirando os portugueses. Tem mosca no salão de refeição o tempo todo! Falta água na academia, elevador pequeno e fora de uso no dia 18/05 - energia do lugar é ruim. Café da manhã supervalorizado, box do banheiro péssimo! Pelo valor cobrado da diária deixou MUITO a desejar em vários ou aspectos.

The restaurant and bre - Gorgeous facilities, amazing room with balcony and tub in the suite. There’s no A/C which is common for Switzerland so I don’t like deducting points for that but even in May the sun bakes the room so we had to leave the balcony door open and blast the fan they provided. Being that Switzerland is so expensive is tough spending that kind of money for no A/C.

Lakshmi (5/5): Overpriced. - Good views of the Eiger from our room. Good spread at breakfast. There was a coffee and cake afternoon routine which was cute! Check in took too long, the staff took too long going into irrelevant details when we had traveled and arrived and just waiting to get out (ended up missing going to Grindewald first as a result). Rooms were small and felt dated (dark/dingy/too warm and no aircon!). Not very luxurious (as advertised). Bathroom was small, except for the excellent water pressure - was very dated. Definitely not value for money.

Excellent massage également. Le SPA nudiste. Le SPA est nudiste et sur le site cela n'est mentionné nul part. Je trouve dommage car nous avons été en couple, peut-être que des gens sont très à l'aise de se balader tout nu, mais nous n'avions pas du tout envie d'être nu ou des voir les gens nus. Le seul moyen d'utiliser le SPA est de le privatisé en partie, en payant.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Grindelwald with stunning views of the Eiger. The rooms are beautifully designed, the spa area is relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the food was delicious. What made it exceptional was the warm, attentive staff. A perfect alpine getaway—we would definitely return!

Olga (5/5): - Junior suite, куда мы переехали после ночи в стандартном (superior) номере. 1) помещения на этажах не отапливаются, без куртки из номера не выйти (температура была около 10 градусов). Такого не встречала ещё ни в одном отеле; 2) забронировали два номера на две ночи за достаточно высокую стоимость 1300 франков (два стандартных номера). В одном номере не работал телевизор и был загрязнен слив в раковине, во втором НЕ было горячей воды в течении всех двух дней - невозможно было принять душ; 3)персонал (уборка) не говорит на немецком / английском, очень громко общались друг с другом в течении двух часов перед дверью нашего номера. Номера мы получили вероятно самые плохие, прямо напротив лифта, плюс эти орущие сотрудники. После многочисленных жалоб один номер нам поменяли на Junior suite; 4)завтрак достаточно однообразный, выбор не большой. 5)в итоге за все эти проблемы, отсутствие горячей воды, телевизора и присутствия дикого шума, нам всего лишь сделали бесплатно повышение одного номера. Причем вещи мы переносили самостоятельно из номера в номер. Мы ожидали, что нам как минимум сделают 30-50% скидку на проживание, ибо таких проблем мы не встречали ещё ни в одном 4-звездочном отеле. Отель не рекомендуем, завышенная стоимость, осталось ощущение, что останавливались в хостеле.

O restaurante também merece destaque, com um excelente fondue que combina perfeitamente com o clima da região. O atendimento foi impecável, com uma equipe sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, além da facilidade de deixar as malas antes do check-in. Ambiente extremamente limpo, confortável e acolhedor. Joya (9/5): Excellent comfort, food and staff very lovely, wellness and very convenient for the family - Location parking room size food staff were smiling friendly and helpful , wellness and massage was great The decor needs renovating - red and great make it dark and claustrophobic - the spa feel light and bright and it would feel even more relaxing if the bedrooms were too

Der Fernseher lief leider nicht, wobei das meckern auf hohem Niveau ist…
