- Rozita (7/5): - Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. The bed is not comfy. The mattress and pillow are too hard. I complained to the receptionist, and they tried their best to make sure the bed was comfy for me, although it was still hard.
- Yuh Jiun (5/5): The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, but there is almost no parking available nearby. It is not very - The layout of the unit provides good privacy when traveling with friends while staying in the same unit. For travelers with a car, it can be quite difficult because parking is very hard to find, and unloading luggage is also inconvenient as parking in front of the building is not allowed. Sometimes it may take up to an hour just waiting for a parking spot.

- Rana (2/5): Not the best experience - The service was good. Rated a 4 star hotel, I would give it a 2. I booked two rooms and both were not good at all. The second room's airconditioner did not work so they were moved to another room where the toilet smelt of sewage. The workers were very helpful and tried their best but this did not resolve our issues. We ended up moving hotels.

One staff member in particular, Ben Ali, was extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were equally impressive — very polite, efficient, and quick to respond whenever assistance was required. It’s clear that the team works well together to provide excellent service to guests. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Hotel Sigar to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding hospitality.

Zwembad zit tussen de gebouwen met 3 ligbedjes. Erg krap. Veel herrie van vliegtuigen en moskee. Keuken gerei bijna niet aanwezig, wat lastig is.

- Anna (8/5): Było by super ale... - Lokalizacja, pokoje ich wielkość, wyposażenie kuchni,piękny balkon z widokiem na basen ,bliski sklepyspozyecze i ptzemyslowr,pralnia i knajpki z pysznym jedzeniem. Brak ręczniczków do twarzy, mydła przy umywalce.Ttzeba było sobie kupić, albo brać żel z prysznica,co bylo kłopotliwe .Brak ręczników basenowych,to skandal.yrzeba było na basrn brać z pokoju.I co mokrymi z basenu się wycierać, to bardzo duży minus hotelu ,w dużo skromniejszych ręczników na basen nigdy nie brakuje.
- John (4/5): As a family destination it proved to be disappointing - The hotel does not provide breakfast but suggested the family use a restaurant on the first floor of the same building. which after a three day trial did not meet our requirements. Other restaurants within walking distance either served snacks or local food. at breakfast time. We ended up having snacks for breakfast. At all times the front desk were helpful but limited by procedure to meet all our family requirements. The smell of sewerage coming from the toilets in Apartment 13a3a and apartment3 and the fact that a day before our departure the housekeeping staff had devised a way to take money from a handbag left on the sofa whilst one guest was in the apartment.
- ANDREA (8/5): - considerando la posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro città, ci sono valide scelte sia internamente che all'esterno della struttura per la colazione e i pasti in genere. Ci sono anche due convenient store a 2 minuti a piedi aperti 24/7. Comodo per il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto ma anche per chi vuole effettuare escursioni. Nulla di che da segnalare.

- Najah Raihana (8/5): Good stay - It’s a new property and everything looks new. Nice swimming pool as well and they have bathrobes in the room as well. Not bad price for the rooms. No free parking but there’s paid parking available.

- wanping (6/5): 防備蠻便宜的，但是那個枕頭我真的不行 - 大廳看起來蠻漂亮的 枕頭非常非常高，如果不是習慣高枕頭的人真的建議不要，住兩天第一個晚上睡覺睡到一半半夜凌晨三點多中央居然發出音樂大概長達1分鐘，停了半個多小時之後音樂再次出現，下去樓下跟櫃檯反應，只說是大樓的測試。

- Jamilah (7/5): All in all we had a wonderful stay at Sigar Hotel. The air conditioning units were wonderfully cold. - The staff were very kind and friendly. I liked the availability of a microwave and sink inside the room. It made it easier for us to heat up food and clean our utensils. Having a convenient store in the hotel and having Secret Recipe Restaurant near the hotel were super convenient especially when we were hungry late at night. There was also a laundry facility near the hotel which i thought was great although I did not get to use it. But would have been very useful. There was no concierge to help us with our luggages when we first arrived so a concierge would be very helpful. There was no phone in the room to call for house-keeping assistance etc. the toilet was quite small, and the toilet paper was placed at the back which was difficult to reach. Would have been more convenient if it was placed on the left-hand side.

Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Convenient store and dobi at Ground floor Room cleaning need to improve as we still can see some hair and sticky floor when checked in. Outdoor parking bay is very limited and indoor parking at your own cost. Room service only for more than 3 nights staying, ya might be frustrated for someone
- Lee (7/5): - 위치는 애매하다. 공항에서 가까운게 장점. 옆에 걸어가면 "참" 이라는 식당이 락사가 정말 맛있다. 위생이 다소 아쉽고, 시설이 아쉽다. 그 가격에 방 두개 4인 머무를수 있다는점은 그나마 장점이다.
