• Tammy (5/5): Staff needs to make sure everything is working - The number of rooms, the pool at the house, the game room , the gym, and the water park. Three of the bathrooms toilets couldn't be used. Maintenance came and worked on toilets. After he was done, he said not to put toilet paper in the toilets to put paper in the trash. The shower on the first floor didn't work. Handle was broke. Couldn't use the shower downstairs for two weeks.
• Shaye (4/5): Horrible - Location This house sleeps 12 guest but there was only 2 tvs in the entire house. ONE in the living room and one in a room upstairs. Everything in the house is OUTDATED. Very disappointed in the price of this house and the lack of accommodations

• Mary (2/5): Horrible - The house was beautiful and perfect size for 7 people and a lot of bathrooms Well 3 days into our stay the gas was shut off due to the owner not paying the bill and I called the rental place and the answer I kept getting was we are working on it. 1 week later the gas was finally turned back on. We had no hot water for a week and could not use the dryer cause it was gas. The worst vacations ever and I am asking for some kind of a refund due to the inconvenience of all this, I booked this vacation 9 months ahead of time so the owner knew we were renting it for 2weeks.
