I love the scent used in the hotel .it smells so good. The only downside for me was that our room didn’t have enough natural lighting and the mirror placement. - מתנאל (10/5): - An absolutely amazing hotel experience. First, I want to mention the wonderful hosts, Eye and Noina. Even before we arrived, I asked if they could decorate the room for my wife’s birthday, and they immediately agreed and prepared a beautifully decorated and luxurious room for us, including a birthday card, a fruit platter, and printed photos of us that Eye thoughtfully requested in advance. In addition, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the bathtub, and the staff handled it quickly, respectfully, and professionally, making sure to move us to another room without any inconvenience. The entire experience was enjoyable and relaxing thanks to the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, along with the exceptional and kind service. I will definitely come back again.

We requested a vegan breakfast option when booking - we were assured that there would be one. We confirmed that we were vegan upon check in - we were assured that there would be vegan options. At breakfast, the staff member did not know we were vegan, and did not understand what veganism meant. After incredibly lengthy discussion, we were provided with stir-fried mixed vegetable with no flavour. In a country that (1) knows veganism culturally, and (2) where food is so good, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing

The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a great sense of openness. I also loved the fact that I could order two high-quality dishes for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Thailand there was a slight odor from the air conditioning

Besonders „Eye“ hat sich immer wieder aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, und die Lage des Hotels könnte kaum besser sein!

- Alexandra Samphao (10/5): Perfect small boutique hotel with very attentive and perfect service. - The hotel features a rooftop bar and a pool, which create a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Although the rooftop isn’t very high compared to other rooftop bars, the vibe is exceptionally intimate and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and the prices were very reasonable. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it’s a charming and intimate 5-star boutique hotel. Some rooms face the street and the noice level therefore can be louder, and since the building isn’t very high, the view may be limited—often overlooking nearby walls rather than offering scenic views. However, this is more than made up for by the friendly staff and the tasteful, well-designed room interiors, which create a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

- FILIPPOS (1/5): Disappointed - I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. There was a construction site immediately next door, and I was never informed about it prior to my arrival. The noise was constant throughout the day, making it impossible to relax, and I was woken up very early every morning due to the construction work. This completely defeated the purpose of my stay. Furthermore, it is evident that this construction project will continue for months, if not years. You should prepare accordingly and inform all future guests in advance. Failing to inform guests about such major disturbances is unacceptable and misleading. Had I known, I would have never booked this property.

- Ljiljana (7/5): Bilo i proslo - Krevet je Bio udoban. Boravak u ovom hotelu je, nažalost, bio razočaravajući. Već nekoliko dana prije dolaska dobijali smo veliki broj poruka sa pitanjima o tačnom vremenu našeg dolaska, što smo doživjeli kao previše nametljivo i neuobičajeno. Po dolasku se ista situacija nastavila – insistirali su na preciznim vremenskim informacijama, što je bilo nepotrebno i neprijatno. Soba sa balkonom, koju smo dodatno platili, bila je veliko razočaranje. Balkon je gledao direktno na gradilište, gdje je buka bila konstantna i vrlo intenzivna, uz dodatnu buku sa prometne ulice. Izolacija prozora je bila loša, tako da je boravak u sobi bio prilično neprijatan. Ni doručak nije ispunio očekivanja. Iako gotovo da nije bilo gostiju, čekali smo više od 30 minuta na jednostavno jelo. Sve u svemu, iskustvo nije opravdalo očekivanja, pa smo već narednog dana odlučili da promijenimo hotel.

- Yu Chun (9/5): - 早餐很精緻，多元化，單點制，但人多會等久一點，趕時間要提早吃! 頂樓的泳池其實很小，但透明玻璃的設計，可以在水裡拍有趣的照片或影片，晚上會變成酒吧，懶得出去吃可以在頂樓吃，氣氛蠻好! 房間的寢具很舒服! 浴室水壓正常! 房間細節有點些灰塵，我自己拿紙巾清潔，但整體整潔是可以的，另外房間內提供紙拖鞋，我很不喜歡，下次自己帶舒適的拖鞋去穿。 我入住家庭房，覺得電燈有點暗，尤其主臥室的桌子電燈好暗，希望可以加強光源。

The rooftop bar is a great spot. The pool area is quite small but fine to cool off. The staff were lovely. We had room service twice which was really good. The location is unbeatable. We love this area and will definitely book the Tastoria again. The breakfast choice is excellent but please serve the Western food hot. It will make a big difference to the guests who chose these options.
