• Thomas (9/5): Modern hotel with nice rooftop pool and great breakfast - Very clean throughout, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooftop pool to relax. The location is good in a safe neighborhood with some restaurants and shops nearby; by public transport it takes around 25min to the popular area Roma and 45min to the historic city center The room was great, the only small thing was a low-volume humming sound that could be heard at night. We slept well though

• Lucy (8/5): Nice small hotel in a good, quiet area. - This is a smart little hotel in a quiet area with an excellent small rooftop pool. Staff welcoming and friendly although English not great that is to be expected. The aircon was very noisy and was either on full blast or off. The food on the roof was a bit questionable, my Greek salad had no tomatoes or cucumbers! The room was very small. No hooks for towels or robes or anywhere to dry a bathing suit in the bathroom. In the mornings when the maids arrived at 7am there was a lot of loud conversation and noise, which woke us up as we were on the 1st floor.

Totalmente recomendado. - Pues el lugar en general esta muy coqueto, las habiltaciones estan perfectas para una escapada de dos personas, el desayuno mejor que en hoteles de cadena, y la vista esta super bonita. Ademas tiene muy cerca el el metrobus de insurgentes, y tambien lo que yo buscaba era un lugar cercano para el evento de la Mega XP en wl WTC Pues en general todo estuvo excelente, igual y a lo mejor decir que las habitaciones son un poco calientes (me toco en el 3er piso) pero pues con el aire acondicionado se arrgla, nada malo que decir del lugar.

• Juárez Lujambio (10/5): ¡Increíble oasis en la ciudad! - El lugar es increíble para una escapada en la ciudad. La atención de todos los miembros del staff es increíble, super amables, con gran actitud. La ubicación es buenísima para salir a cenar o beber algo en la noche. La alberca te mancha. No se si es la contaminación o la limpieza pero los azulejos dejan manchas negras en ropa y cuerpo. Ojo ahí por qué da la impresión de que no la limpian bien y eso te hace dudas de la limpieza en otros lugares del hotel.

• Joya Hernandez (9/5): - El servicio fue muy bueno, rápido y sin problemas. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, eso es lo que me haría regresar. La terraza está muy padre, y me encantó que hubiera bocina en el cuarto y que mi tarjeta controlará las luces. Quizás me decepcionó un poco que omitieron preguntar sobre restricciones alimenticias para dar doble verificación, en mi caso fue lo que paso, pero fuera de ello el lugar está espectacular para descansar y pasarla bien.

• Carlos (9/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location with excellent daily service. - The hotel is situated in a premium area with easy access to the World Trade Center and plenty of great restaurants just around the corner. There’s also a pharmacy conveniently located right across the street in case you need anything. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport when traffic is light. I wish the shower had something to keep water from leaking under the door, as it tended to create a bit of a wet mess. However, the housekeeping team serviced the room daily, providing fresh towels and everything I needed.

• Catalina (1/5): PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE - Buenas instalaciones. Reservé una habitación que según la descripción de booking tenía living separado de la habitación principal. Al llegar al hotel, la persona de recepción me dice que la descripción de Booking es incorrecta y que mi habitación no tiene living. Les dije que el hotel debería respetar la reserva y el precio, pero la recepcionista me dijo que si quería podía cancelar la reserva y buscar otro hotel. Les dije que eso no correspondía, menos aun cuando el hotel estaba casi desocupado, pero la recepcionista no quiso honrar la reserva. Le pedí entonces un late check-out o desayuno gratis y me dijo que no. Después de seguir insistiendo, me hizo el gran favor de darme un late check out de 1 hora. Mientras esperaba en la terraza a que limpiaran la habitación, el hotel me compensó con 1 piña colada gratis (tuve que insistir en la piña colada, porque solo querían darme un shot de algún trago o un café). Nadie se acercó a solucionar este tema. Una vez que había hecho check-out y estaba literal saliendo del hotel, se me acercó el manager para preguntarme por mi estadía y le expliqué lo que había pasado. Su respuesta fue que Booking estafa a la gente y que no era problema de ellos. Le dije que deberían haber compensado con desayuno o un late check-out decente. Después de mucho discutir, me ofreció que cuando volviera al hotel a recoger las maletas, el almuerzo corría por cuenta de ellos (cosa que al final no pasó porque almorcé en otro lado). MUY MUY MUY mala atención al cliente. Ps: algunos trabajadores me contaron que no era primera vez que pasaban este tipo de problemas y había otro huésped que también tuvo un lío el mismo día que yo hice check-in.

The music on the rooftopp (loud regetaon) does not much the vibe of the place. It really should be toned down as it just throws the guests off and is not enjoyable. Perhaps a café type jazz would be more appropriate?

• Pall (8/5): A nice hotel at a competitive price. - Nice hotel in a convenient location for a conference at the World Trade Center. Room pleasant and clean, lovely front desk staff. Staff on rooftop for breakfast lovely, but super inefficient, delivered one orange juice at the time etc. - 3 days out of 5 I left before I got my breakfast because I couldn´t be bothered to wait. Noise from outside window started at 5.45 every morning, perhaps just the nature of the town. Also, noise from hotel tenants coming late to their rooms up until around midnight, coming through door to hallway.

The hotels policy is "adults only", which is okay, but this is not clearly advertised when booking it online! (at the end they let us stay with our newborn)! - better declaration needed! Rooms are relatively small. No trash can in the bathroom.

• Divaa (10/5): I will be coming back here again! - the staff here was amazing!! the room was super cute, and very clean. my flight was later, the staff allowed me to hangout in the side lounge area and watch movies (it was a lounge that was closed off, but they opened it for us). we stayed in this lounge area for like three hours, and they even offered us water. the pool on the roof is amazing! small, but the vibes are cool. one thing I didn’t like about the property is that I felt like the pool areas music was alittle too loud. I could here house music till 9PM, but it was super loud, just a little distracting
