To use the property's shuttles to/from Hirafu Welcome Center, please make a reservation at time of booking. The property requires a deposit payment. Instructions will be sent by e-mail after the booking. Guests who wish to use baby cots are required to make a reservation in advance. Charges apply. A room or apartment change may be required during your stay to accommodate your booking. Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability). If no bedding requests are provided prior to 14 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as 2 single beds. Extra futon bedding may be added to some apartments (charges apply). Please contact the property for the detail. For guests staying during the summer season, please be informed that check-in procedures will take place at The Vale Niseko, from 15:00 to 18:00. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Check-in and key-collection take place at: 3-17 Niseko Hirafu 1-jo 4-chome, Kutchan-cho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido 044-0080. Please note, only electric fans are available during the summer season.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Mitzi (10/5): Fantastic apartment, location and views - Great size apartment with big bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was perfect , walking distance to the family run and all restaurants. Bonus was the pickup from the bus terminal. The internet was very slow.

Jenifer (9/5): Great location! - The location is excellent - we were close to everything - the hill - restaurants - the shops. We also overlooked a stunning mountain - the view was spectacular. The unit itself was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well eqipped, very comfy beds, great showers. We also liked being able to store our gear in a locker in the basement. The hotel can't control this but since we overlooked the parking lot it was VERY loud each night due to snow clearing (for hours!). I was also a bit surprised there was no coffee maker - we had to walk to the corner store each morning to get coffee.

Katherine (10/5): Unforgettable - It's part of a resort, so there's a concierge that was super helpful and able to book restaurants on our behalf and help us figure out the town. They helped coordinate rides to the bus station and overall went above and beyond. Nothing.
