• Xavier (10/5): Emplacement ideal dans un petit appart parfait. - C'est un vrai petit appartement tout fonctionnel. La salle de bain était petite mais on s'y sentait bien et pas à l'étroit. Les toilettes étaient séparées. Petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Vue sur les toits. Le quartier est super. Petite vie locale, il y a 2 petits bars en face. Un super Ramen à moins de 1000 yen à 2 min à pied, Plein de petits restos parfaits. Un de mes endroits favoris.

• Mamiko (9/5): とても良い民泊施設でした - 駅から近く生活に必要なものがあることです。 キッチン、ダイニングテーブル、ソファベッドにダブルベッド。鏡、お風呂洗濯機ホテルよりも快適に過ごせます。 電子レンジ冷蔵庫食器もほぼつかってないですが長期滞在にはもってこいですね。 床が砂っぽくなってたので裸足では歩くとざらついて感じたけど日本人だから気になるだけで、全体的にとても綺麗です。 あとは特にないです
• Kelilea (8/5): Good apartment for short stays - Clean comfortable accommodation, reasonably close to everything. The room had all necessary amenities, comfortable bed. Fridge, jug, washing machine, microwave all supplied. Good value for money. Water pressure was a little too low, thin walls so could hear neighbours at all hours, nowhere to put towels to air them and no English signage so difficult to locate the building.

• JINAH (8/5): 전반적으로 만족 - 5박 숙박 덴마역, 텐로쿠역이랑 가까움 2명이 썼는데 굉장히 넓고 편안하게 씀 발코니있고, 빨래 널수있는데도 있어서 빨래하고 널수있는 점이 좋았음 식탁도 커서 밖에서 음식사와서 먹기 조음 변기칸 따로, 세면대+샤워칸 따로 있움 좁디좁은 일본숙소들 사이에서의 한줄기 빛 칫솔, 치약(1-2회쓸수있는분량), 손세정제, 샴푸, 린스 바디워시, 드라이기, 옷걸이(8-9개정도?), 탁상용거울, 주방도구들 있음 5박이었는데 수건교체없어서 다이소에서 사다씀. 애초에 넉넉하게라도 주면 빨아서 쓰겠는데 작은거 2개, 큰거 2개 끝 ;; 위층에서 책상, 의자 끌면 소리 크게남 이거 외엔 따로 소음은x 열쇠로 잠그는형태라 매번 챙기는게 번거롭긴한데 열쇠 크기가 큰편은 아니라 엄청 거슬리진 않았음 *팁: 처음에 체크인할때 키 위치가 헷갈리는데 공동현관 비밀번호 누르는거 옆은 우체통이고, 거기서 뒤돌면 반대쪽 벽에 작은 열쇠함? 같은것들이 6개정도 붙어 있음. 거기서 열쇠 꺼내면 됨 난 애꿎은 우체통만 뒤지고있었음..

• Sami (10/5): ここを大阪での定宿にしたいです - ロケーションは天六駅からすぐ、近くに天六商店街がありなんでもあります。すぐ近くにコンビニもありとにかく便利、 部屋もまるで自分の家かのように落ち着きます。テーブルの大きさもちょうどいいです。レンジにコンロにお皿や鍋など全てが揃っていてすぐに生活できるくらいです そうじも行き届き、水回りもとても清潔で、文句のつけようがありません。わたしは気にしませんがしいて言うなら2泊しましたがタオルは交換なしです。 とにかくたまに大阪に来ますがここは定宿にしたいと思いました。混んでしまうと困るのであまり人気になられても困りますが、とてもおすすめです。 時に無し

• Alexa (10/5): Absolutely perfect <333 - Absolutely loved this inn. Felt so safe, quaint neighborhood, super kawaii, and was sooooo comfy, like omg!!!! The pillows, the bed, too cozy!!!! I ended up just resting one morning instead of sight seeing because I was in love with my room lol I ADORED this place. Perfect location, so safe, so comfy and cute. Currently staying at a hotel now, and tbh Tenkawa has a better bed than the one I’m in rn lol I sincerely miss it so much already😭 I am definitely staying here again the next time I’m in Osaka. Just an amazing place, I loved it so much! Finding the location was a little bit difficult at first, but that’s mostly because my gps was confusing me and I was exhausted after a 24 hour travel day! Once you find the place though, everything from there is easy :)

• Salim (10/5): - Sehr gute Unterkunft, sauber, groß und sehr gepflegt. Direkt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen, wir würden immer wieder kommen.

• Patricia (10/5): GENIAL - No dábamos un duro por este sitio y la verdad que ha sido la mejor estancia de todo el viaje. Apartamento entero para vosotros, limpio, bonito, no falta detalle. El checkin es muy sencillo, y nos dejaron dejar el equipaje antes del checkin. Hay que tener en cuenta que es auto-checkin, no hay personal para hablar ahí con nadie, pero si les escribes y pides ayuda, te atienden enseguida y súper bien. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, pero bueno eso ya lo sabes cuando lo reservas, y también he de decir que está cerca de la estación. En la ubicación de booking nos salía una ubicación errónea, ellos nos mandaron la correcta, hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

• Ellan (10/5): Surprisingly decent hotel for a long stay. - Toilet and Bathroom were seperated, kitchen was available with a decent sized fridge. Overall it was a good experience, will definitely be staying there again for an Osaka trip. Tons of convenient stores and there is an entire market further down the street with heaps of restaurants. Not much, other than the fact the washing machine didn't dry though that could've just been us pressing the wrong buttons. There is a nearby coin laundry so it wasn't too bad.

• Cynthia (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena a 700 m del tren y del metro con transbordos a distintas líneas. A 300m hay un callejón que va hacia la estación del tren lleno de bares y restaurantes para locales a muy buen precio y los turistas son bienvenidos. La limpieza y comodidad excelente. Nada. Pero por mejorar algo faltan colgadores para toallas y quizás algún tender para secar la ropa ya que la máquina no la seca correctamente.
• Alain (10/5): Un bijou ce studio - Grand studio au rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Quartier calme. Ruelles donc quasiment pas une voiture. Métro à 100 mètres "Tenjimbashisuji 6 chome" ou un peu plus loin, direct de l'aéroport, la station JR Temma. La Gare Umeda Higashi est à 3 arrêts et après changement la gare Shinkansen "Shin Osaka " encore 3 arrêts. Dontobori à 6 arrêts. Il y a 2 énormes supermarchés, Oasis à la sortie du métro et Izumya à 100 mètres du studio de l'autre côté. Studio situé au 3 ème étage d'un immeuble de 7 étages avec ascenseur . Il faut récupérer la clé dans une boite codée sur le mur de droite avant d'entrer dans l'immeuble qui sert pour ouvrir à la fois la porte du hall et du studio curieusement. La chambre est spacieuse de taille suffisante pour 2 personnes avec un grand lit très confortable, non dur. Un canapé, une table. TV. Petite cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, bouilloire, couverts, assiettes etc... et grand frigidaire et congélateur. Table de cuisson au gaz. En face de la cuisine, WC Japonais séparé à côté de la salle de bains elle même fermée. Baignoire sabot avec douche et articles de toilette et sèche-cheveux. Attention : pour avoir de l'eau chaude il faut allumer l'interrupteur qui se trouve sur le mur de droite de la cuisine sous la hotte et régler la température. Machine à laver le linge et produit de lavage juste en face de la cuisine. Une dizaine de porte manteaux. Balconet. Air conditionné réversible. Le propriétaire que je n'ai pas vu, répond en 5 minutes aux messages envoyés via Booking.com. Il n'y a pas de sèche linge. Penser à apporter une cordelette pour suspendre le linge car il n'y a pas non plus d'étendoir à linge. Il n'y a aucune note explicative en Anglais ou Japonais dans le studio (seulement des livrets de montage des appareils mais qui ne servent à rien).

• Shalena (7/5): Overall it's ok for this price. - Great location, wery quiet neighborhood, comfortable bathroom and toilet, washing machine (although no possibility to dry laundry). Nice small balcony. Easy smooth check-in. Could be an amazing place to stay if not a few "but".. No night stands, no night lamps, the top lights are extremely bright, not cozy for evenings. The apartment has a weird strong smell. The mattress is too soft, I was waking up with a back pain.
