- Sherry (2/5): Will never rent again. - Property was just ok Condo has several issues such as a bad breaker that kept knocking furnace off. Extremely cold in condo all night
- Jingyun (1/5): Terrible experience - The property first text me the wrong passcode that made me stand outside with my luggage for 30min, signaling a red flag of what comes later. The minute I arrived, I was frozen in shock of how disgusting the room is. There are unidentified white stains on the chair and stains on the sofa that did not even dare to sit on. The bed has hair and human skin flakes on it. There’s drop of urine on the commode. I immediately texted them, interestingly they acknowledged the problem but for no good reason refuse to refund when I, for so many time, told them that I will not stay in this place overnight. I did not ended up staying in this room and booked elsewhere. They be unresponsive in the negotiations when Booking staff tried to approach them and had been telling me contradictory things. I waisted $450 but you don’t have to. Choose wisely is my only advise. - Carolina (8/5): Comfortable apartment with bay views and great amenities - The apartment was very comfortable and well located. The complex is nice, with a heated pool, a bar, elevator access, and even coin laundry on-site, which is a great plus. Everything felt clean and well maintained. Inside the unit, the flooring is laminate (no carpet), which makes it feel much cleaner. The living room sofa converts into a bed easily and works fine for a couple of nights. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed, TV, and a double-door closet with enough space to store and hang clothes. The bathroom was spotless and included full toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped for 4 guests — fridge, stove, toaster, blender, popcorn machine, dishwasher, and even a cocktail cart with all the tools (minus the alcohol). There’s also a comfortable desk if you need to work during your stay. The balcony has a beautiful view of the bay — sunsets there are amazing. The air conditioning and fridge are a bit noisy but tolerable. The only issue we had was with the door, which needed repair. The host was very responsive and arranged for it to be fixed during our stay. It still didn’t lock perfectly from the inside when we left, but we already reported this so it should be solved for the next guest. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view and the no-carpet flooring were a big plus for us. Great for a short stay, especially for families or small groups. The door lock gave us trouble during our stay (though the host sent someone to repair it).
