• Ayhan (8/5): Konaklamamızdan gayet memnun kaldık - Tesisin konumu mükemmel, Oxford st., Regent St. 15-20 dakikalık mesafede yada 1 duraklık metro mesafesinde, çok yakınında 2 farklı hat metro durağı var, marketler ve çeşitli cafe, pub çok yakınlarında çoça var, 5 dakikalık mesafede büyük bir Lidl market ve Tesco express mevcut…Evin iç konforu yeterli, oturma odasındaki koltuk rahat ama biraz temizliğe ihtiyacı var, yatak gayet rahattı ve rahat bir uyku sağlıyordu, evin konumu hem ana caddeye yakın hemde çok sessizdi…Keyifli ve rahat bir 9 gün geçirdik, checkin checkout işlemleri kolaydı…Ev sahibimize teşekkür ederiz… Bina biraz eski ama evin içi nispeten elden geçmiş, diğer tüm misafirlerinde belirttiği gibi ısındığında tüm ısıtıcılardan devamlı sinir bozucu bir ses oluyor , tam banyo kapısının önüne yağmur yağdığında tavandaki pencereden su damlıyor bu durum kayıp düşmek konusunda tehlike yaratıyor…
• Paweł (1/5): This Property is Unfit for Human Habitation, Especially Families. - We booked this apartment for 4 nights based on the misleading photos on Booking.com, assuming it was a safe and clean environment for our 8-year-old son. We were completely mistaken. The condition of this property is simply unacceptable. The bathroom was the worst offense. The ceiling, which was conveniently hidden from all listing pictures, was literally caked in thick, black mold. This was not a small patch; it was an extensive, horrifying amount of mold spread across the white surface. Every single time we had to use the facility, my son and I were subjected to a truly disgusting and deeply unsettling experience. The air quality alone was concerning. To make matters worse, the separate, lower-level toilet space was highly impractical. Furthermore, during the typical London rain, the ceiling window leaked right into the room. This demonstrates a severe lack of maintenance and preparation for basic weather conditions. In the kitchen, the electric cooking element was so old, rusty, and neglected that we immediately decided against using it for any cooking whatsoever. Let me be clear: this listing lied about its condition. The photos are a gross misrepresentation of the reality. The areas you cannot see in the pictures are in disgraceful and deplorable condition. This is not just disappointing; it is a health hazard. Do not book this apartment, especially if traveling with children.

• Caroline (7/5): Bien - L'emplacement à 2min à pied du métro, la rapidité de réponse, la gentillesse des interlocuteurs, les petites attentions: produits de toilette/eau/capsules de café/petits gâteaux/sachets de thé...les équipements sont présents comme décrits dans l'annonce Même si nous avons apprécié les échanges rapides et de qualité ainsi que l'emplacement et les petites attentions je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas satisfaisant. L'état général du logement ne correspond plus aux photos. Il y a de l’humidité dans la salle de bain, le parquet est abîmé, certains murs présentent des trous/des vis apparentes et l’armoire de l'entrée est instable. Nous n'avons pas testé le lave vaisselle et le lave linge/sèche linge. Je note par contre les efforts qui ont été faits de répondre aux différentes demandes: adaptateur/cintres...

In una città così grande l' appartamento è vicino a tutto...40 minuti a piedi a Buckingham Palace, 40 minuti da Covent Garden sempre a piedi. A due minuti a piedi da Warren Station. Per chi vuole vedere il parco di Jerry Potter è vicino a Euston Station. Vicino alla fermata degli autobus. A 15 minuti a piedi a Oxford Circus... Luogo silenzioso, si è dormito bene. Lo staff che ho contattato via mail ha risolto i piccoli problemi che ho avuto, a parte l' ultimo per una richiesta di trasporto all' aereoporto. Non è molto grande ma in 4 ci si sta ( due adulti e due ragazzi). Con ciò che testato fornito per la colazione ( da bere), mio marito è andato avanti una settimana. Ho richiesto di prolungare di un giorno il soggiorno e mi hanno aiutato a prolungare. L' odore terribile delle scale con la moquette che portano all' appartamento. Consiglio di cambiarle e risistemarle. L' odore dell'appartamento quando si entra. Bisognerebbe pulire meglio l' appartamento, così quando si entra si sente il profumo. Consiglio di mettere degli attaccapanni perché non si sapeva dov'è mettere gli abiti.
• GRIGORI (9/5): We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! - The keyless entry was convenient. It would be helpful to send door codes a bit more in advance. It was stressful not to have that information just a few hours before the flight.
• Matt (9/5): Exceptionally convenient and cosy central London apartment - Location was great - steps away from the tube and somehow down a quiet street. Very easy to find and access. The coffee machine was a very welcome addition and the rooms were a decent size and level of comfort. The shower wasn't great and a couple of things needed fixing. The sky-light was also leaking.

• Anonymous (1/5): Very Poor services - l had stay 7 days at here, but nobody help to clear room, and not change towel. And two big garbage bags were put on the door with poor smell for 4 days. Poor services for the hotel even I have pay clearance fee. Poor and unable Wi-Fi even change another one. TV channel numbers are not so many to choice

• Xaviour (9/5): Pleasant Stay - Good location, just 5min walk from Warren Street Station. Refreshment were provided and its enough for our stay. Good communication with the host. The Wi-Fi is not strong enough, which we can't connect the TV with Wi-Fi. The stairs was bit steep, which could be difficult if you carry large luggage.
