Персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера в отеле уютная и комфортная, а интернет быстрый, что для нас было очень важно. Отдельно хочется отметить еду — всё было очень вкусно. Особенно нам понравились гювечи и блюда индийской кухни, они были действительно отличными. Melissa Garden оставил очень хорошие впечатления, и мы с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

• Regina (10/5): Alles hat gepasst, wir kommen wieder - Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Melissa Garden Apart. Unser Apartment war super mit viel Platz. Die vorhandene Küche reichte uns aus, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Der Balkon war gemütlich, haben darauf viele schöne Abende verbracht. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, die Bettwäsche wurde sehr oft gewechselt. Alles in allem sehr sauber, so wie wir es mögen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstückbuffet wiederholt sich immer. Da es reichhaltig ist kann man täglich eine andere Variante wählen. Tagsüber gibt es Speisen Ala Cart, sehr lecker.Die Aussenanlagen mit den 2 Polls absolute Empfehlung. Den Strand kann man gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen. Die Strandbar bietet Getränke und Speisen an, die Mitarbeiter sind so, so freundlich. Im Hotel sind alle Mitarbeiter aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder. Die Getränke für Alkohol, insbesondere für Bier sind sehr hoch. Ich unterstelle, dass wenn man das Bier etwas günstiger macht die Leute auch mehr im Restaurant sitzen.
• Benny (10/5): Brilliant family holiday, everything was sorted - Honestly, absolutely chuffed with our stay here. The half-board system is spot on—the food was brilliant every single day, proper tasty stuff. What I really liked was the pool area; usually, you have to fight for a sunbed, but there was plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The room was fully kitted out with everything we needed. We had the little one with us, so having the kitchenette was a massive lifesaver for sorting out baby food and bottles. Can’t fault it, really. Cheers for a lovely holiday

• Regina (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, das wiederholen wir - Wir hatten für 2Wochen gebucht und sind dann über 5Wochen geblieben. Alles passte perfekt. Schon der Empfang morgens um 2Uhr war so angenehm. Kasim aus der Rezeption stand sofort beim Taxi und hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Unsere Koffer hat er in unser Apartment gebracht. Das Hotel ist sehr familiär. Egal wen man vom Personal anspricht, jeder hat uns geholfen, alle sind so aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Kinder noch anreisten sind wir nach 10Tagen in ein größeres Apartment gewechselt. Alles lief unkompliziert ab, Hilfe von allen Seiten. Unser Apartment wurde täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Die Bettwäsche wurde so oft gewechselt, wir haben es nicht gezählt. Sauberkeit Top, das ist für uns das Wichtigste. Dankeschön an unsere fleißige und freundliche Putzfee. Es gibt Frühstück und Dinner, kann vorab zugebucht werden. Tagsüber wird auch warmes Essen angeboten, von Pommes bis, bis. Alles hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Küche ist offen, den Koch kann man beim Zubereiten zusehen. Die beiden Pools und, und, wunderbar. Zum Strand ein gemütlicher Spaziergang, keine Gebühr für Liegen und Schirme. An der Strandbar ist man mit Getränken und Speisen gut versorgt. Nach Side ist ein gemütlicher Spaziergang auf der Promenade zu empfehlen, wunderbar. Der Dolmusch fährt gegenüber vom Hotel nach Side. Ein großes Dankeschön an Gökhan aus der Rezeption, er hat uns mit seinen sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen den Aufenthalt leicht gemacht. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Mustafa vom Service, dieser Junge hat voll die Übersicht, da bleibt keiner lange ohne Getränk oder Speisen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass Mustafa den Gästen die Wünsche von den Augen abliest. Danke auch an Alfie, Meli, Imat, Muhammed und, und. Dankeschön Euch Allen. Wir kommen wieder und üben weiter mit Euch Deutsch. Ja, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und sind Euch so, so Dankbar dafür. Bis Dann Regina und Udo Keine Ahnung, es gibt ja immer etwas wo man denkt "Das ist nicht so toll" Das wäre nun stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Denn Preis/Leistung passt super.
• Hill (10/5): Heerlijk eten, vriendelijk personeel en een perfect systeem - Een prachtig hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De halfpension-optie was echt geweldig. ’s Ochtends werd er een verse omelet voor ons gebakken, en ’s avonds konden we kiezen uit een à-la-cartemenu in plaats van een standaard buffet. Eén avond aten we de chateaubriand – absoluut heerlijk – en ze gaven zelfs korting op de halfpensionprijs. Een slim en eerlijk systeem: lekker eten van hoge kwaliteit voor een goede prijs, en wanneer je iets speciaals wilt, kun je upgraden zonder dat het veel kost. • Margarita (9/5): Отличный семейный отель для отдыха. - Очень просторные номера. Ежедневная уборка номера. На кухне было все необходимое для готовки: плита, холодильник, посуда. Удобная кровать, также предоставили кроватку для малыша и большой диван. Большой милый балкончик с видом на бассейн. В отеле было два бассейна без подогрева, один с горкой, ребенок был доволен, но в начале ноября вода в бассейнах была уже довольно прохладной - долго не поплаваешь, в море значительно теплее. На территории была также детская площадка очень кстати, т.к.в округе Сиде с площадками плохо. Интернет работал на всей территории и у бассейна и в номере был хороший сигнал. У отеля есть свой пляж SouthBeach с зонтиками и шезлонгами и также с доступом в интернет идти до него неспешным шагом с детьми 15 минут. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, особое спасибо Еркхану, который оперативно решал все проблемы и запросы. При заселении было мало туалетных принадлежностей, но по запросу все приносят.

An der Rezeption und im Restaurant versteht man deutsch, alle sind bemüht die deutsche Sprache zu lernen. Unser Apartment liegt ruhig mit Blick in die Natur, wir sitzen gerne auf dem Balkon. Unser Zimmer wird fast täglich gereinigt, es gibt genügend frische Handtücher. Die Anlage wird von fleißigen Mitarbeitern immer in Ordnung gehalten. Es gibt 2Pools an denen man immer einen Platz findet. Die Mitarbeiter stellen gerne Liegen dazu. Getränke etc. können bestellt werden und werden zum Platz gebracht. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht, warmes Essen gibt es auch tagsüber, was uns sehr gut gefällt. Das Essen ist vielfältig und schmeckt sehr gut Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Supermarkt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen, Liegen und Schirme sind kostenlos und es ist immer ausreichend Platz. Die Bar am Strand bietet Getränke und Essen an. Uns gefällt das familiäre Ambiente. Wir haben spontan verlängert. Preis-Leistung ist stimmig. Wir sagen Danke!!!!

• Naomi (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Very good value for money. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and bar/restaurant and shop which is open to 3am - ideal for getting basics if arriving late. Beach walking distance. We will definitely return. Very basic which is maybe to be expected for price. Kitchen facilities and utensils very basic - probably to encourage you to eat at the restaurant but meat only meals in the evening so good if you’re vegetarian. I would suggest taking your own corkscrew and wine glasses if you want to have a drink on the balcony. The apartments overlooking the pool and bar can be very noisy as music playing all day. There are apartments on the other side of the complex which I think are only 1 bed which are much quieter so worth checking if this might be an issue for you.

• Anna (7/5): Polecam na krótki, budżetowy pobyt, ale bez wyżywienia! - Bardzo fajne baseny, dobra lokalizacja, miły personel 1. Mieliśmy wykupioną opcję HB. Śniadania ok, ale bez rewelacji (kawa okropna). Problem był z kolacjami. Ze zdjęć hotelu dostępnych w Internecie wynika, że kolacja jest w formie bufetu - na zdjęciach wygląda super! Na miejscu okazało się, że zmienili formułę. Kolacja jest z karty, kelner podchodzi i zbiera zamówienia - 1 danie dla 1 osoby. Karta zawiera b mało dań tureckich, za to dużo włoskich, azjatyckich, fast food itp. Nie ma możliwości zamówienia ŻADNYCH OWOCÓW ANI DESERÓW! Ale najgorszy jest czas oczekiwania. Kuchnia i kelnerzy nie nadążają. Już na złożenie zamówienia długo się czeka, a na otrzymanie zamówionego posiłku czekaliśmy od 45 min do blisko 1,5h! Samo jedzenie też niestety nie najlepsze, na pewno niewarte tego czekania. 2. Hotel w opisie chwali się plażą. Tymczasem plaża, do której kierują ulotki otrzymane w hotelowej recepcji to publiczna plaża miejska, która jest niestety bardzo, bardzo brudna. Mnóstwo śmieci, trzeba bardzo uważać na co się nadeptuje. Hotel jest skromny, budżetowy, ale na to byliśmy przygotowani. Super baseny, dzięki którym dałabym nawet ocenę 8, ale problemy z kolacjami, codzienne marnowanie 1,5-2 h żeby zjeść coś bardzo średniego mocno popsuło nam obraz tego hotelu.
• Tatiana (9/5): - Location is close to sand beach. Transfer to airport is comfortable. Apartments are big enough with all stuff there. Breakfast is good, Turkish one, and we were not bored by it by the end of the stay after 3 weeks. I strongly recommend to include both breakfast and dinner as restaurants are far away. Dinner is good too, but downside - most of the time we needed to wait long time as kitchen is small but amount of people at dinner large. Internet was working fine, but video calls were lagging. There is no beach towels, so bring yours. Go to dinner earlier or get ready to wait long time. Location is far from the historic center, take taxi. Best lukum is also in historic center - or in the center of Side, the one in hotel’s shop is not good.

Чтобы избежать этого, следует селиться в отдельной задней части отеля. Там свой сад и бассейн, а по вечерам нет ни караоке, ни шумной музыки, ни криков веселящихся гостей. 2) Мебель устаревшая. Мягкая мебель нуждается в химчистке. 3) Из гигиенических принадлежностей только шампунь.

Melissa Garden avec un personnel très gentil,les femmes de ménage ,la personne à l'accueil ,les animateurs comme muhamed et les serveurs mais surtout je remercie Ahmet, une personne tres gentille qui a su nous comprendre malgré nos difficultés en anglais. Nous étions un groupe de 16 personnes donc un peu envahissant par moment et maladroit et il a été notre repère pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Nous le remercions tous Les transats un peu vieux ,un monsieur blond à lunettes pas très sympa. Il se reconnaitra, Je pense qu'il ne nous a pas apprécié et ça s'est fortement ressenti .les taxis très chers et souvent malhonnêtes.

Ahmet est l’organisateur et négociateur pour toutes les activités ! N’allez pas ailleurs pour vos activités. L’équipe est relativement réactive à nos demandes diverses. Deux piscines : une familiale avec toboggan + musique et l’autre est plus calme (pas mal quand on veut se reposer) La nourriture du restaurant n’est pas la meilleure mais dépanne tout de même Le nettoyage des chambres est aléatoire

• Olivier (10/5): Perfect Holidays - Very nice stay in Melissa Garden. Ahmet and his team are very professionnal, efficient and friendly. You feel like in family. You can ask them to help you to organise trips or activities, they have got good tips. The private beach is also very nice place to stay. The food is very good and there is show or games every evening. The pool is also nice after a very hot day. Maybe more choice of fruits for the breakfast

Das Frühstück war gut und frisches Obst und Gemüse. Das Abendessen von einer extra Karte war sehr gut, besonders das Chicken Tikka Masala und die türkischen Gerichte. Das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern war überdurchschnittlich groß, aber nicht so sauber. Der zweite Pool war ruhiger und schöner gelegen. Die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand South Beach waren gut. Die Bar bietet sich auch an, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Jeden Abend Unterhaltungsprogramm…wir wurden von zwei Hotels parallel beschallt. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, wenn die Gäste auch noch nachts weitergefeiert haben.

• Khaled Ramadhan (10/5): - The best part of Melissa Garden is the atmosphere that the staff create. I haven't been to a hotel before with such nice and friendly staff. We had a late check-in — around 2 AM — and were welcomed by the nicest guy, Kasim, who made sure we had everything we needed for the night. The next morning, we met the rest of the boys — Mohammad and his brother Aziz, Denis, Ahmed, among others — who were all very helpful and created a warm, friendly environment for all the guests.
