• Apisara (7/5): Nice place but no empathy. - Nice view, good facility チェックインを担当してくださったスタッフの方はとても親切で、その点は大変感謝しております。 しかし、到着前に家族が緊急事態に直面しました。家族の一人が日本の病院で緊急手術を受けることになり、予定通りの到着が非常に難しい状況でした。そのため、日程変更、キャンセル、または人数変更についてご相談しましたが、いずれも対応いただけず、人数が減った場合の返金や割引もありませんでした。結果として、体調が万全でない家族がいる中でも、予定通り宿泊せざるを得ず、大変ストレスのかかる滞在となりました。 私は日本で長年ホテル業界に携わってきましたが、緊急の医療事情に対してこれほど配慮や共感が感じられなかった宿泊施設は初めてです。施設自体はとても良かっただけに、オーナーや運営側の対応には非常に残念な気持ちが残りました。このような状況では、もう少し柔軟で思いやりのある対応があれば、印象は大きく変わったと思います。 The staff who checked us in was very kind, and we truly appreciated that. However, before our arrival, our family faced an emergency situation. One of our family members had to undergo an emergency operation at a hospital in Japan, which made it very difficult for us to arrive as planned. We contacted the accommodation to ask about changing the date, canceling the reservation, or reducing the number of guests, but unfortunately none of these options were allowed, and no adjustment or discount was offered. As a result, we still had to proceed with the stay even though one of us was not in good condition, which caused a great deal of stress for our family. I have been working in the hotel industry in Japan for many years, and this was honestly the first time I experienced an accommodation that showed so little empathy toward a guest’s medical emergency. Even though the accommodation itself was very good, I was deeply disappointed by the response from the owner or management. In situations like this, a more understanding and flexible approach would have made a significant difference.
• Yuka (10/5): 控えめに言って最高！ - 親戚10人でお正月に利用しました。 雪の日だったのですが、床暖房がとても心地良く暖かく過ごしました。 キッチンは使い勝手が良く、食事の準備もスムーズでした。 カラオケは防音がしっかりしていたので、時間を気にせずに楽しめました。 お風呂も清潔で広くみんなでゆっくり入りました。信楽焼きの浴槽も大好評でした。 マッサージ機も交代で順番待ちするほど使いました。 洗濯機、ドライヤー、キッチン用品などの備品も素敵なものが整っていてお正月気分を盛り上げてくれました。
