• Hubertus (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit is prima - Locatie is geweldig, gezellige bar aan de overkant van de straat en de bus naar port Batangas/ferry Mindoro vertrekt dagelijks voor de deur. Karaoke bar en restaurant op de bovenste verdieping, geluidsoverlast was minimaal!!! Een beetje gedateerde kamers, maar hier is de prijs ook naar.

• Paula (6/5): Pleasant - close to manila bay I could hear loud music at night I guess it was the bar at the rooftop, but I put my earplugs on and it was all good. I had to ring Reception many times but no answer. Saw one or two small cockroaches. Apart from that, it served its purpose for me, accommodation for the night, i slept well.

Never see such dirty place and arrogant front desk staffs. - The breakfast is the only thing I can say was the outstanding due to the service and dealing of the person on the floor. Young lady was really great. 1. First room the lights were not working. Changed the room. 2. Second room Toilet seat was broken reported immediately and technician came fast looked at it and told he will replace it next day which never happened, though we reported several times during stay. 3. Bedsheet had blood stains we reported from the very first day and no one pay any attention.

My room assigned near to stock room I can hear the staff chit chat early morning and some noice of stuff hotel (used linen taken for laundry). Faucet below the shower malfunction and hot and cold shower not working too. 🥲

• Catagcatag (4/5): Disappointing - I like that the property is near restos/fastfood chains. Good location! The room is not the same as shown in the pictures. I booked a room good for two, superior room, but the room given to me is good for one only. The bed is good for one person. Although I am the only one staying, but I paid for a room that was advertised as having a double-sized or queen-sized bed as shown in the pictures the property posted. I asked the person in the front desk and verified to them if they have given me the right room which is a superior room and they told me that it is already their superior room. And also the walls are thin enough that you can hear the noise from the outside.

The room and/or alley smells like piss maybe due to lack of or poor ventilation.

The bidet was placed on the left side of the toilet bowl. The bed always make a sound and squeak with sudden movements and room 208, I don’t know but I always hear the sound of water and cleaning sounds . Also the AC swing cover needs fixing.

• Vincenzo (7/5): My stay warm good coz was a very good location and a affordable rate for accommodation - Not so good I mainly had breakfast next door at the citystate tower hotel , but the room rates at city-state were a little bit too pricey for me the restraunt very poor , it was much butter inder the former name of grand prix. Restraunt needs to change menu and a better breakfast set up. And a slightly better bed

• Abegail (7/5): Great location but the room has to be improved - I really like the location because it's so close to the place where I will be doing my medical exam. It's also nearby different restaurants and banks. I also like the bar at the roof top where I was able to enjoy the night breeze of Manila and drink a cold bottle of my favorite beer. The staff from the concierge to the maintenance and housekeeping were also very nice and greets you with a smile. That's really commendable! What I didn't like were the little cockroaches crawling inside the bathroom on the toilet seat and inside the bedroom on the floor. I had to kill all the crawling little cockroaches and spray them with alcohol and disinfect what I can disinfect. I also didn't like the very small space inside the room and the dim lighting in the bedroom. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable because the room I got feels like I'm inside a small box with a big bed and big furnitures, with little space for moving and with poor ventilation though I requested during booking to give me a room with a window. By the way, the restroom is very spacious, its actually big but I'm not very happy with the size of the bedroom.

Accessible jeepney to Chinatown, Binondo and Divisoria. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about accessibility of certain locations. I also like the complimentary water, hot and cold. There's a water dispenser on every floor. No sound proofing but not a big deal, when you are all tired from a day of shopping you can sleep through the noise outside.

The front desk even asked me to coordinate it with booking.com myself. They didn't even grant our request while for payment confirmation to give us a room and I'll be going downstairs to settle the issue between relocation/ transfer of hotel from booking. Com to their facility. Which is not merely our fault and they should initiate the confirmation directly to booking.com ,not to us.we are only the customer, we don't know the process.we felt the inconvenience given the time it's midnight already and we are very exhausted from our trip. Next time pls considerate to ur guests, feel them and offer them at least empathy not just solely to earn but to provide us good services to us clients. If u booking.com needed the proofs for our gruesome experience last night, I can provide all the evidences. Never again!😔😪
