• Alexander (10/5): Perfekt - Top Unterkunft. Neu, Modern, sauber. Mit kleiner Aufmerksamkeit. Balkon und Terrasse. Und die Gastgeberin mit ihrem Sohn war glaube ich das beste, dass ich in alle meinen Jahren des Reisens erlebt habe. Große Empfehlung. Alles komplett super gewesen. Nichts zu meckern

• Fani (8/5): Stunning small studio in the old town of Monopoli - A perfect small appartment in the old town in a very quiet area. Very clean and well managed. Well equped kitchen with all the facilities you need. Ana Maria is the most welcoming and the kindness person I've ever meet. She greated us when we arrived with small gift and on the day of our departure she let us leave our laguagge up to 3 p.m since our flight from Bari was at 23:40 . She also made us focacca for breakfast which was very kind from her. Her son answerd all our questions and was very helpful when we needed anything The appartmant was very small for us. We were three adults and one child. It was perfectly written in the description about the size of the appartment, but this is practically one room, separated on a small leaving room and one small bedroom. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, but not for a familly. Also the stairs are very sharp and not safe for kids to climb.

• Suzanne (10/5): What an amazing location! - This apartment is in a fantastic location! Everything in the historic center of Monopoli is right outside the front door. I loved being able to go out and explore and then have my home right there. I arrived by car, and parking was very easy because it's November. I was able to park just outside the center, less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. I did take the train to Bari and Polignano one day, and found it to be a very easy 20-minute walk to and from the train station. The apartment was smaller than I expected, but it was perfect for me because I was traveling alone. I'd also be comfortable staying here as a couple. I think more than that would be tight. The rooftop terrace is AMAZING! I didn't spend a lot of time up there because the weather was a little chilly, but I could definitely see spending lots of time up there in the summer. Anna Maria is a wonderful person and she is so kind and welcoming. I liked knowing that I had a friend nearby if I needed anything. She also clearly loves hosting people in her beautiful city. I would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend!
• Renata (10/5): Super apartament - Świetna lokalizacja, czystość apartamentu, niesamowita i właścicielka Anna Maria, która od razu odpowiadała na każde zadane pytanie, jak również przygotowała wspaniałe niespodzianki😍. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzeba, i dodatkowo Anna Maria przygotowała poczęstunek😍 Do dyspozycji jest również bardzo duży taras na dachu (na wyłączność), na którym są meble wypoczynkowe. Jeśli wrócę do Monopoli zatrzymam się ponownie w tym apartamencie😍😍. Polecam . Wszystko było super.

• Scott (10/5): A spotless, well-located apartment with a rare private roof terrace and truly outstanding hosts - we couldn’t have asked - Anna Maria and her son were absolutely wonderful hosts - so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer any questions or offer help. On arrival, Anna Maria even saved us a parking space with her own car (parking in Monopoli can be competitive!) and then kindly drove us and our bags the short distance to the apartment, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with a good bathroom, working air conditioning, and a nicely finished interior - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also has a small balcony, but the highlight is the private roof terrace, which is for this apartment only. That’s a rare find in Monopoli, and it was such a joy to have - perfect for breakfast, dinner, evening drinks, or simply drying clothes in the sun. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the old town, with every site, church, and restaurant within a 10-minute walk max. I especially recommend Café Roma nearby for coffee and pastries, and Il Quadrifoglio - which might look like just a pizzeria, but actually served the best seafood of our entire trip. If you want beaches too, there are great beaches still only a walk away (as well as further a field to drive to). Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - it truly made our time in Monopoli special with a comfortable & safe apartment to come home to with very trustworthy hosts. A few small things to be aware of, though none of them affected our enjoyment of the stay. Some guests mention the stairs - the ones up to the apartment are a little steep but honestly we didn’t find them a problem at all. The stairs up to the roof terrace are a bit trickier, so you just need to take your time and hold onto the rail. These are historic buildings, so it’s part of the charm, and as long as you’re reasonably able-bodied it’s no trouble (though I wouldn’t recommend sending children up unsupervised). Parking in Monopoli old town is definitely competitive, but this is the case everywhere in the centre. In practice we never drove around for more than five minutes before finding a (free - white lines) spot, and once parked you’re only ever a short walk away from the apartment. Honestly, it’s impressive how everything is so close together in the old town - walking everywhere is easy and enjoyable (& that is coming from a Londoner). Check-out is a little early at 10am (11am would have been nice), but Anna Maria was extremely accommodating and kindly let us leave our bags until later in the day, which made all the difference before our evening flight. If you were more than two people the apartment might feel a little snug, but for us it was perfect. The roof terrace already has a nice table and chairs, but a pair of sun loungers would make it even better for relaxing and sunbathing.

La struttura era perfetta, comodissima, in pieno centro storico ma in una zona tranquilla. Il terrazzo è qualcosa di eccezionale, comodissimo, super privato che dà sul chiasso con la vista sul campanile, davvero eccezionale!! grazie, davvero super consigliato, torneremo sicuramente !

Lokalizacja idealna - kilka kroków do plaży oraz do restauracji i sklepików, a przy tym idealny spokój. Pyszna kawa na dużym tarasie. Można wypocząć w bardzo komfortowych warunkach. Przemiła właścicielka powitała nas oliwą i chlebem. Anna Maria była z nami w stałym kontakcie i chętnie rozwiewała różne wątpliwości. Z przyjemnością wrócimy do tego apartamentu!
• Elka (10/5): - Perfect location, we feel like home. It was near to 3 nice beaches. The lady Anna Maria left us un umnrella and all the neesed facilities for our long stay - 9 days. The apartment was in the Top historical center of the old town and to all restaurants and shops. The lady was very nice and gave us very important advices for our trips and scaduals. They take us a ride to the station. We want to say a big Thakks and hugs :-)

We were welcomed by Anna Maria and shown through the apartment, gifted local breads and olive oil. We had exclusive access to the rooftop where we had coffee in the morning. • Jackie (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived in Monopoli on a hot afternoon. As we got off the train from Brindisi Anna Maria texted me to say she was out in her car and could collect us from the station. We were very grateful. Anna Maria is so gorgeous and friendly we honestly felt we were being greeted by family. Her apartment is gorgeous. Located in one of the very old buildings in the old town. But the interior is very modern and comfortable. There is a lovely roof terrace for sitting with a glass of wine or to read a book. The bathroom is modern and has everything you need with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has a comfortable couch. There is a juliette balcony for looking out at passers by. The overall space in the apartment is very well configured and it is bright and clean. Anna Maria and her family produce olive oil and she left some for us with some bread. It's delicious with a gorgeous peppery after taste. It was a very memorable stay. Mainly because Anna Maria was extremely helpful, communication and very jolly and friendly. I would highly recommend her appointment. ♥️ Nothing to complain about.
