Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Pas de mini bar proposé dans les chambres. Beaucoup de bruit dû a l'environnement (hypercentre). Piscine non chauffée sur cette période. Carrelage extérieur non adapté : très glissant et dangereux dans la salle d'eau, les terrasses et les piscines. Petit déjeuner identique chaque jour et l'huile d'olive et le vinaigre payants car salades non assaisonnées. Je trouve cela très déplacé de réclamer quelques euros dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le cadre y est mais les prestations ne suivent pas du tout.

Le petit-déjeuner absolument fabuleux avec que des bonnes choses. Malgré les critiques lues concernant la machine à café, ce n’est qu’une question d’organisation et le café est excellent. Les serveurs/ses très agréables et aux petits soins pour la clientèle. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. La terrasse avec piscine absolument superbe. Un lieu calme pour se ressourcer. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement merveilleux. Rien.

- Helmut (4/5): - Gute Lage Enttäuschend für den Preis – nicht zu empfehlen Wir hatten uns aufgrund der schönen Fotos und der guten Bewertungen sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt im Antoperla gefreut, wurden aber leider enttäuscht. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste – wir mussten mehrere Minuten warten, bis überhaupt ein Tisch frei wurde. Die Auswahl am Buffet war überschaubar. Schade dass es keine frisch zubereitete Speisen (Omelette, Pfannkuchen etc.) gab. Frische Früchte waren ebenso Mangelware. Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern auf der Website – Es war auf 2 Etagen, wobei die erste im Keller war, ohne jegliche Aussicht, wirklich düster und man fühlte sich unwohl und das im Urlaub. Badezimmer entsprach nicht dem Standard von 5* Besonders störend war, dass man am Pool nicht einmal ein selbst mitgebrachtes Getränk trinken durfte, sondern gezwungen war, alles teuer im Hotel zu kaufen. Und das Schlimmste: Die Terrasse mit dem privaten Pool, auf die wir uns gefreut hatten, war praktisch nicht nutzbar, weil der Baulärm extrem laut war und bis am Nachmittag andauerte – von Entspannung also keine Spur. Vom Spa kann ich nichts berichten, da wir keine Lust mehr darauf hatten. Für den hohen Preis war das insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

I think at least one bottle of water should be included in the package each day. I also feel if the drinks were cheaper at the bar you would get more business.

J'ai demandé a plusieurs reprises de changer le lit d'appoint de mon fils trop petit et inconfortable, mais ils n'ont jamais répondu à mes demandes. Aussi ils ne fournissent pas d'eau, malgré le fait que l'eau ne soit pas potable. Aucun affichage de prix si on a envie de consommer. Trop cher pour la prestation rendue.

- Mentzen (1/5): - Jedyny plus tego hotelu to lokalizacja. Jest blisko do plaży, restauracji i sklepów To nie jest hotel 5-gwiazdkowy. Pokój był ciemny, słabo oświetlony. Wieczorem nie dało tam się nawet poczytać książki. Brakuje większej szafy, przy pięciu osobach nie dało rady wypakować wszystkich rzeczy z walizek. W pokoju mieliśmy mrówki. Hotel nie daje wody do pokoju. Zalecają kupno w sklepie, a następnie nie pozwalają jej pić przy basenie. Śniadanie jest beznadziejne. Codziennie serwują to samo, najtańsze marketowe jedzenie. Ciągle czegoś brakuje, noża, chleba, misek. Jest za mało osób do pracy, przez co podczas śniadania jest tam brudno i wszędzie walają się śmieci. Ogólnie odradzam, za tę cenę oczekiwałabym czegoś lepszego

- Helle (8/5): Would stay again - hotel, rooms and pool area beautiful and great location - We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed in a suite with own pool and the room was great with 2 big rooms (1 downstairs) and 2 bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the entire hotel was very clean and beautiful. Great aircondition in room too. The private pool was good size but we spend most of the time in the big hotel pool which was really nice and clean. The hotel is super quiet (except the unneccessary music blasting from 8.00 morning to midnight) and in a great and very quiet location - only 100 meters from the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful and had lots of recommendations for trips, restaurants etc etc. The hotel was really tranquil but for some reason they had music blaring in the pool/restaurant area everyday from 8.00 morning to midnight. At breakfast it was okay lounge music but from midday until midnight it was blasting loud house music (think Ibiza style) music which was unneccessary and kind ruined the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. We asked several times to turn the music down but was told that it had to be played. Breakfast was okay but it was the same breakfast each morning so could use a bit of variety (and better coffee & fresh juices). There was enough of everything though and well laid out. The pool area could use more sun beds (although the location is close to the beach where there are 100’s of sunbeds available) and they have a weird rule that you are not allowed to consume your own water (or any other food or drink) at the pool area for tax reasons and the hotel does not provide water each day in the room or by the pool. We had mistakenly thought it was a kids free hotel (no under 16’s) but there were several kids staying.

Brak klimatyzacji w apartamencie na antresoli, pokój górny bardzo gorący, klimatyzacja na dole nie jest w stanie ochłodzić gornej części w czasie upałów. Śniadanie praktycznie codziennie takie samo, brakowalo potraw z rybami-proponujè wieksze urozmaicenie.

Grande Staff non si può cenare la sera , ma sono convenzionati con un ristorante nelle vicinanze. mentre a pranzo sono organizzati per diversi piatti caldi e freddi. per essere considerato un 5 stelle migliorerei i servizi della stanza come per esempio un minibar pieno con prodotti vari. la colazione buona (meglio la parte salata che dolce) ma era troppo self service con i tavoli da apparecchiare con posate, piatti e posate anche queste self service .

- Santosh (8/5): A very decent palce - A decent property but located quite a distance from the main centers of Santorini . The rooms were clean and adequate for the group. Breakfast was very good and the staff polite and efficient. The black beach is however within walking distance lots of dining options. The distance from the main centers . The jetted pool was too cold to be used.

- Daniele (10/5): - Struttura di lusso e tenuta in modo impeccabile. Veramente un bel posto. Staff gentile e disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie, anche riguardo escursioni in zona. La nostra camera aveva la piscina privata, appena fuori dalla camera, super!
- Alison (8/5): - The location was great. So close to the beach it was ideal. The swimming pool area was really nice and very relaxing. I could sit there all day everyday. It was perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good too. I hope to go back sometime. The room was really small for a family of 5 and I personally found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. But that’s really just my personal preference. I was disappointed the jacuzzi was freezing cold.
- Jackline (9/5): The best group trip ever🫶🫶🫶❤️❤️❤️ - This hotel was incredibly clean, with great staff and a peaceful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every single minute of our stay here. I can’t forget Mustafa, who became a friend to us—he was so helpful with everything we needed. George was also a wonderful help at the front desk. I remember the night we arrived—we wanted to surprise our friend, and George went out of his way to speak with the staff and help us organize everything smoothly. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage by the pool, which made for a perfectly relaxing day. Thank you for your generosity and everything you did to make our stay so special. We shall indeed come back. We have so much sweet memories fr this place. My best trip ever so far 👌 Bella, Dee, Didi, ❤️🫶. The breakfast has the same range of buffet. Each morning we found the same buffet. Please try to change with more different variety. But everything was delicious 😋 and so organized and clean.
- Helena (5/5): Disappointed with the hotel and the facilities and the breakfast, not even tea bags most morning s , or cutlery , no sau - Location was great , staff pretty much not that friendly , facilities definitely needed upgrading to the size of the property, most drinks at the bar weren’t available as you would image for a five star luxury hotel , and the breakfast buffet was cold every morning , Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying there , even though you can use the sister hotel up the street not enough there either , our jacuzzi was unusable from Saturday 24th due to a storm and dust , the patio area was cleaned the next day but the jacuzzi wasn’t and it wasn’t very pleasurable sitting out there after this as the beams overhead where full of dust and water , we did report this on the Saturday night and asked for a cloth so we could at least clean the table and chairs so we could sit out there , we where told under no circumstances where we to clean it ourselves and they would send someone , no one came until the normal cleaning the next day where the patio area was cleaned , jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned at all for the next few days , we did report this on our departure to which the manger said we should have come and reported it to him , we explained we had reported it to the girl on the desk at the time and what we where told ie they’d send someone I have enclosed photos as it really did put a damper on our last few days ,it wasn’t a pretty site , I have stayed in 2 3 and 4 star accommodation that was way beyond this , it wasn’t very relaxing as we taught .
