Upon arrival, I checked into the room at approximately 23:15 Within 15 minutes, there was a complete power failure in the room, leaving me without electricity, light, or basic facilities. I found this situation unacceptable, especially as it occurred immediately after check-in. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund for this stay is justified, as I was unable to enjoy the service or stay comfortably. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter with the property and securing a refund. Please let me know if you require any further information or documentation. - Han Yin (7/5): The room facilities and location are good, but improvements are needed in response time and soundproofing. - The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Slippers were provided, and the smart TV was a nice touch. The location is very good and convenient, although parking sometimes requires a bit of luck. I found an insect in the bathroom (not sure if it was a cockroach). I contacted the staff and asked them to come up to check and handle it, but unfortunately no one came even after waiting for about 20 minutes. The soundproofing was also quite poor. I stayed in a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the TV sounds and even the alarm from the next room, which rang repeatedly from 6:00am to 6:15am. This affected the quality of my rest.

I booked this hotel because it was just within walking distance from Sunway Hospital in Penang, and the price is quite friendly. They don't provide any extra bed and the refrigerator is not available in every rooms, only the bigger rooms. The elevator is quite slow.

- Tjandra (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - The location of this hotel is perfect, just across Sunway Carnival Mall. The mall itself it's still new and quite complete. I went there because the hotel is also just within walking distance to Sunway Penang Hospital. So, it's very convenient. I think, the staff can clean the bathroom better. During my stay there, more than a week, they don't really mop or clean the bathroom floors. Otherwise, it's all good.

- Syazwana (6/5): - Overall, my stay was quite good — the hotel is very convenient and comfortable. The location is great; it’s really close to the mall, and we could literally walk there to lepak or just hang out. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the hotel, including places that function like 7-Eleven and Mr. DIY, which made everything super convenient. One thing really made me uncomfortable. Around 8–9 a.m., while my friend and I (both female) were still asleep, a staff member suddenly knocked on our door for housekeeping. I wouldn’t have minded if they had just asked, but the staff actually tried to open the door even though we didn’t request any cleaning and had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. Luckily, we had the chain lock on, so my friend managed to stop the door and told the staff to come back later. It was quite unsettling because we weren’t checking out that day. I hope the management can remind the housekeeping team to respect guest privacy and only enter when requested or after check-out.

- Tjandra (10/5): Comfortable Stay - Located just across the Sunway Carnival Mall, so it's very convenient to get food and to shop. The mall is quite new but complete. The hotel is also nice, the room is very minimalist but comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel again. There are no refrigerator and safety deposit box in 20m rooms, but you can find them on the 25m room. The elevator is quite slow, more for loading elevator but that's okay.

Seeing that the location is quite strategic the very limited parking space. I think this property using elevator for items and not human. The elevator is quite slow and it is not really safe for people.
