• Michelle (9/5): Great large house! - The house was a great size for two families travelling together. There is 9 separate beds. It was really close to the train station on a line taking you easily to tourists spots in Osaka, heaps of shops including a supermarket and the massage chair was very welcome after all the walking we did. Nothing.

House was big, beds were comfortable, it had everything you need - towels, toothbrush, kitchen and dining room utensils, tissue, hairdryer. Theres a 711 and supermarket nearby, kura sushi, sukiya yayoi, etc. There are a lot of power outlets. It was a very pleasant stay for a family of 7 with kids and senior citizen. Theres a bedroom downstairs for our senior citizen and 2 toilets and bath. It was perfect. None

• Medina (10/5): Really good house! - All about the house! The house have completed amenities, from toothbrush to shampoo, body wash even laundry detergent. Point + : - really close from tengachaya station - have big supermarket opposite from station to house direction, so you can save some budget for meals! - kids and elder people friendly! - very clean - have many restaurant and mini market around the house - have wash-dryer machine! So u no need to bring a lot of clothes Definitely will stay in here again when visit osaka next time! The heater in living/dining room not really can accommodate the room or maybe we can use it the right way.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable - equipped night lamps and coat rack. Facilities were sufficient to make it a comfortable stay. Bathrooms should have somewhere to hang our towels/clothes. Would be great if hand towels were provided at sinks.

Close to Tengachaya station, providing good access to anywhere else in Osaka. Fit 6 adults with ease, without being on top of each other. 7-11 store close by, for drinks and food. Plenty of local food nearby.

Tengachaya Station was only few corners away with direct access to the city centre, popular tourist spots and more importantly the airport, There is a large selection of restaurants around the area of different style. With supermarket just opposite side of Tengachaya Station and convenient stores just round the corner. Although very convenient but still very quiet neighborhood.

Heaps of room for a family of five with toilets and showers on both levels and a massive house by Japanese standards. All things modern and in working order and great communication by the host. I had to leave.
• Sonja (10/5): A perfect home away from home. highly recommend!!! - Our week-long stay at Retreat Tengachaya in Osaka was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better home away from home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed for a whole 7 days and found ourselves wishing we could have extended our stay even longer. This accommodation was perfect for our large group, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, being close to the train station, which made getting around the city a breeze. Additionally, being near a beautiful park filled with cherry blossoms (depending on the season) added a lovely touch to our surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the massage chair, which we absolutely loved! It was a fantastic way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. Having such a home base was essential for us during our many adventures in the city. The staff at Retreat Tengachaya were amazing! They were responsive to our questions and needs, making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality added to the overall positive experience and made us feel even more at home. Overall, Retreat Tengachaya exceeded our expectations and made our time in Osaka truly memorable. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Osaka. I cannot think of any negatives, our stay was perfect and I wish I could go back.
• Shen (9/5): Overall a nice and comfortable stay - Accommodation was a short walk to the train station. It was well furnished. There were shops, eateries and supermarkets nearby should you need anything. The house was overall clean and comfortable. The host was very kind to let us check in early, and allowed us to leave our luggage in storage after check out time as our flight was late in the evening. Our whole family enjoyed the stay in the spacious house.
• Margarita209 (9/5): Excellent and well-equipped house for large group of travellers - Only a few minutes’ walk from Tengachaya Station (Nankai line and Sakaisuji line) and convenience stores. The house was well-equipped with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, clothes iron, and even a massage chair. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was thoughtful and kind enough to provide plenty of clothes hangers, bathroom amenities, garbage bags and also instructions on dumping garbages. One of the bedroom was very small. Also, it was quite inconvenient using the bathrooms as there was no room to put body towel and dry clothes rather than common areas.
